VoIP phones have a lower voice bandwidth and do not occupy a fixed time slot, so the call quality is slightly worse than that of landlines and mobile phones).
Thirty time slots allow thirty pairs of users to talk. When the user makes a call, the monitoring unit of the program-controlled switch temporarily applies for a time slot for the user, and when the user hangs up after the call, the program-controlled switch should release this time slot for the later user to use.
Once the program-controlled switch hangs one of the time slots due to software or hardware reasons, the 2M relay board will reduce one phone lane, and can only allow 29 pairs of users to talk. Naturally, the more hanging, the fewer lines that can be used to talk, and the lower the utilization rate of the 2M relay board.
