Dong Mei thought to herself, why are you asking!

She rushed to the giant beast industry with several leading actors in the movie at noon, and from the afternoon, every few minutes, Dong Mei had to subconsciously glance at the box office data on the monitor.

Ye Qing really just asked casually.

Yang Baihe replied, more than 3.3 million.

The ticket price of the new movie is set at 35 yuan, which means that before the movie is broadcast, there are already about 110 million box office receipts.

At present, this data is not very good compared to some popular movies, and it is not good in the first-day advance box office of cinemas.

Maybe this movie, with a total investment of more than 100 million, can pre-sell a box office close to the total investment amount before it is released, and the form looks very good.

But take into account that virtual movies are different from traditional cinemas.

It does not have huge customer mobility like traditional movies, and at present, nearly 10 million users with virtual glasses, even if each person buys a movie ticket, only 350 million box office.

After deducting various taxes and sharing profits in proportion to the giant beast industry, Qingyu Media can only be said to be a loss at best.

Of course, this is what Dong Mei thinks in her heart.

Ye Qing glanced at the time, it was still forty minutes away from six o'clock.

……

In Ye Qing's opinion, the success of this movie has become inevitable, so there is no need to be too nervous and concerned.

But on the Internet, the topic of this upcoming virtual movie has become a hot topic of public opinion.

This is the first virtual movie in the history of movie viewing, but the problem is that this movie is not something that can be watched casually with a movie ticket. There is no trace of this movie in traditional movie theaters, and even all the booking software has not been able to find tickets for this movie.

Holographic glasses can be seen, but the vast majority of people do not have holographic glasses in their hands.

"I have it, the ticket price is thirty-five, so cheap. In the midst of the discussion and complaints, someone soon jumped out to pull hatred.

"I also have it, haha you don't know, there are dozens of virtual cinemas in the virtual world, and each cinema is a strange shape that you can't imagine when you hollow out your brains. ”

"I'm going to lie on the beach with my girlfriend and watch a movie, what about you?"

"I'm going to look in the clouds. ”

"I'm going to watch a movie in the Galaxy Hall, floating on a raft in the mysterious galaxy. By the way, I'm still going to hug my girlfriend. ”

"Look at your motherfucker!"

Netizens who don't have holographic glasses are going to blow up their lungs, and these people who show off are enough.

It's not that I don't have money, but I can't swipe my card and installment, and the problem is that I can't buy holographic glasses even if I have money.

"It's definitely not good. ”

"I heard that the movie was originally intended to be released in theaters, and the posters were posted. In the end, because the content was vulgar and misleading, the wrong values were misleading, and then it was screened offline. ”

"I think so, I saw the poster of this movie in the cinema last month. ”

"Really, so exciting?"

The layman looks at the bustle, and the insider looks at the doorway.

Why this movie suddenly withdrew from the physical theater chain, the relevant personnel in the film and television industry know it. Even foreign filmmakers in other countries, who are nervously following the first virtual movie at this time, have heard a little.

It's not that this innovative model of watching movies anytime and anywhere with just one glasses will deal a fatal blow to traditional cinema chains, and then these stakeholders are frantically resistant.

State-of-the-art technology products are often the first to appear on the table of competitors.

Even if holographic glasses are currently only sold in China, at this moment, the server responsible for verifying the login information of holographic glasses still counts the login information of more than tens of thousands of overseas users.

Not being sold overseas does not stop these eyes from peeking into the virtual world.

Remove those domestic users who travel abroad with holographic glasses, at least half of them are film industry practitioners from various countries, and relevant technical personnel of technology companies.

They want to see it, and the Behemoth Industry generously lets them see it.

Twenty minutes before the movie was released, the atmosphere in the virtual film and television department became a little tense, and even Ye Qing focused on the box office statistics on the monitor.

More than 5.7 million movie tickets.

This data seems to be a bit unsatisfactory, and the viewing rate of more than 90% of users is what Ye Qing expected.

And then soon the number became six million.

Fifteen minutes before the start of the movie, it became 7.5 million again......

"This ...... Do these people wait for the last minute of the movie to buy tickets?" In the last ten minutes, Dong Mei was stunned by the crazy box office figures in front of her.

This situation is simply not possible in traditional theaters, usually for popular movies, audiences will always buy tickets one day in advance. Basically, the next day's box office figure can be accurately calculated at 12 o'clock in the evening.

"Because you don't have to wait in line to watch a movie in the virtual world. Ye Qing was also a little surprised, these users could wait.

"It's a pity. ”

Dong Mei asked in confusion, what is the pity?

"Let's assume that the users of holographic glasses, as of 12 o'clock that night, can reach 90 ticket purchase rates, then today's total box office is a little more than 300 million. Ye Qing recalled the data he had specially checked before.

"I remember that in the history of Chinese films, the single-day box office movie record was Wolf Warrior II, reaching 360 million in a single day. ”

"We're only a few tens of millions away from this number, which is a shame. ”

If the first virtual film in the history of cinema could break the single-day box office record in China on the day of its release, what a glorious milestone would it be?

It's tens of millions, but Dong Mei also understands that after tonight, they won't have any chance to break any records in this movie.

Because the current nearly 10 million users will enter a period of silence after today's carnival.

After all, everyone has seen the movie, and few people will buy tickets to go for a second time.

The new box office can only be placed on those new holographic glasses users.

During the one-month release period, the addition of new users is bound to be slow and steady. This data will also be reflected in the box office.

"Wow~eight million. In the blink of an eye, Dong Mei found that the numbers on the screen had skyrocketed.

Even if you know that the final ticket sales data will not exceed 10 million, but this kind of exciting experience of selling hundreds of thousands of tickets every few minutes and entering tens of millions of box office through digital visualization. made Dong Mei, who had created a billion-dollar box office, tremble with the same hands.

……

Five minutes before the movie was released, the rich second-generation Xia Qianduo and Yang Xiling appeared in the virtual world.

The virtual world has opened 29 viewing maps, among which the Galaxy Viewing Hall is the most anticipated. Located in the tranquil depths of space, this viewing hall will receive a free raft when you buy a ticket.

This small raft can carry up to two people, and at the beginning of the movie, the raft will float on a mysterious, slowly flowing galaxy, surrounded by an endless universe.

Although the universe is lonely, the mysterious galaxy is not lonely.

Because there will be many rafts rafting together, and there will be their own companions on the raft.

This viewing hall is undoubtedly intended for young couples, and a single dog on a raft will only withstand 10,000 critical hits from all directions.

The two are not a couple, but they somehow feel that they want to experience this cool way of watching movies.
