Fourth, one year later, after the inspection and qualification, the applicant is determined to be the development object of joining the party, and after the party branch discusses and makes a resolution, the applicant is asked to fill in the "party membership volunteer form", and the applicant for joining the party is transferred and political review and forms a report, which is reported to the party committee at a higher level for publicity after the pre-examination.

Fifth, before the examination and approval of the higher-level Party organization, appoint a special person to review the "Letter of Willingness to Join the Party" and relevant materials, extensively listen to the opinions of the masses inside and outside the Party, and talk with the applicant for further investigation.

Sixth, the higher-level Party organization shall notify the grass-roots Party branch after collective discussion, deliberation and approval.

Seventh, the approved probationary party members shall take the oath of joining the party in front of the party flag.

Eighth, after the expiration of the probationary period of one year, the probationary Party member shall submit a written application to the Party organization, and the Party group shall put forward its opinions, the Party branch shall solicit the opinions of the masses inside and outside the Party, the branch committee shall review it, and after the discussion and approval of the branch meeting, it shall be submitted to the higher-level Party organization for approval and shall be converted into a formal Party member.

The above is the process of the development of regular party members, but when it comes to Qian Jin, these processes are directly saved by the province, and Qian Jin and Deputy Director Sun have finalized the four party objects.
