There are many husbands and things, each returning to its roots, returning to the root is quiet, quiet is called resuming life, resuming life is said to be normal, and knowing is often said to be clear.

Bai Xinyue wrote: Only those who can collect their hearts can control themselves and be self-conscious. The first stage is to straighten out the mind.
