The second step is to make the wing from scrap iron wire, bend the skeleton of the wing according to the size of the drawing with the waste iron wire collected by the students, and the joint part should be reinforced with hot melt adhesive or welding iron, and then wrap the entire wing body with the can aluminum cut from the beverage can, and in order to make the wing appear more promoted, a layer of hard cardboard or can diaphragm is added between the wing and the plastic film.
The third step is to make the fuselage with waste glass glue tanks and make the cabin with cardboard, the tools to be used are glass glue and screws and studs and other items, and the cabin should also be reserved for two No. 5 batteries, so it takes a little effort to make.
The fourth step is to make airplane wheels from waste can caps, without two cans with a set of bottle mouths, the interface should be correct, and then wrapped along the edge of the can with adhesive tape, so that three wheels should be made.
The fifth step is the assembly of the aircraft model, there is a vital link in the assembly process, that is, the nose with propeller passes through the protruding screw on the fuselage through the small hole, and the top of the screw is used to hold the nose with solder burner after wearing; In addition, there is also the fixation of the wings, in the body of the aircraft model, the long wings are two behemoths, its fixation is very important for the stability of the aircraft model when taxiing, in this regard, the spring and the students also took a lot of effort, and finally made a few vertical fixed wire posts around the wing, the upper and lower wings are supported, and the wire posts are tied with cotton threads crossed, which is equivalent to acting as a steel cable on the wing of the aircraft. In this way, no matter how the aircraft turns, the wings will not be distorted and deformed.
After all the parts are installed, a small propeller model with novel ideas, creativity and imagination, ingenious and reasonable design is completed by handmaking from waste cans, although the aircraft model can not take off, but the propellers and wheels of the aircraft can be rotated, which is a scientific and technological invention with real beauty and artistic value.
