I have been a police officer for 20 years, and I have sharpened from a hairy boy to a calm uncle, my hair is gray, and my body is broken, but my enthusiasm has not changed, and my former persistence has not changed, but I have become more and more aware of the law, more and more experience, and I feel more and more tired.

I know I'm not as hard as the cleaners, I know I'm not as dangerous as my counterparts in Xinjiang, but I feel more and more inadequate.

Am I old? No, I'm still working hard like a boy. Am I tired? No, I'm still obsessive-compulsive trying to solve all the cases. Why am I feeling more and more tired?

1. There are more and more duties, and the responsibilities are getting bigger and bigger.

When I first came to work, I didn't remember that there were so many duties, and there were even fewer duties in the whole office, regardless of men, women, old and young, the old, the weak, the sick and the disabled.

Preventive duty is increasing. No matter what news is getting in any department, or what is going to happen somewhere, we have to stand guard as if it were happening. Actually, I have no objection to being on duty, but this kind of duty, which is 99% of the time, will not cause problems, but we have to stand in a steady manner for a day. Occasionally, the problem of 1% really happens, and it is not to take it away immediately, but to do work like an aunt in the neighborhood committee to persuade you to leave, without any punishment. The result became: persuasion, persuasion, and persuasion, and then come, and then persuasion. Without the responsibility of being afraid of accidents without arranging for duty, and without the courage to punish mass incidents, we had to suffer from our worthless police force, repeating yesterday's story again and again.

There are more and more courageous duties. The last thing that every grassroots police officer dislikes is non-police activities, and the police are not vertical leaders like the army, so you are destined to be willing or unwilling, and non-police activities are waiting for you there, such as cleaning up the road and operating on the road, such as demolishing illegal buildings, such as rectifying tax evasion and evasion...... Can we refuse? No, because the salaries of civilian police officers depend on the expenses of governments at all levels, and because the evaluation at the end of the year depends on the faces of governments at all levels. Can we resist? No, because no matter whether the resistance succeeds or not, we will be labeled as "ignorant of the overall situation." Even if more and more civilian police officers are now participating in this kind of courageous duty, they will only be pestled there like a log, and they will be pestled until the end of their tasks.

There is an increasing number of commercial duties. In order to retire safely, who is not staring 24 hours a day during duty, perhaps only the comrades who are inspected by their superiors come after sleeping at four o'clock in the morning.

2. There are more and more police information, and feedback is becoming more and more cumbersome.

When I first went to work, there was not so much police information, and the masses thought from the bottom of their hearts that it was not the police's business to open the door or return the goods at a loss. When I first went to work, the police handling was not so cumbersome, although it was a telephone police, but the police will give feedback to the police center every police situation, the grassroots police language report, the police will carefully record, division of labor and cooperation, very harmonious.

And now, there are few police situations that really belong to the jurisdiction of the police, and the police information of catching cats in trees and saving dogs in rivers has been sent in a steady stream, although it has been repeatedly emphasized that the police station will no longer accept "non-police activities", and the days have passed, these emphatic highlights are still only living in documents and flashes of self-media public accounts. In the face of the internal contradictions of the people who are not enemies, I can only be anxious and irritable, and can only say good things at both ends as if I have done something wrong, tired and tired, and after each policeman, I feel that I am farther away from the profession of the police, and closer to the identity of the aunt of the neighborhood committee.

The current alarm receiving station is also more standardized, and the standardized ones are somewhat impractical, and the standardized ones are too cumbersome. The report sheet printed by the computer should be filled in on the computer, the paper should be filled, the computer should be feedback, the paper should be feedback, the major should be fed back by phone, the mailbox should be fed back, and the mobile phone text message should be fed back······ Originally, the police were tired enough, and these repetitive tasks had to be done by the police and auxiliary police, so that they would be tired after their bodies were tired! The handling of police situations is also becoming more and more complicated, and we dare not say what we dared to say before; we dare not make decisions that we dare to make in the past, and we dare not make more and more lessons from taking responsibility, which will only make us silently think in our hearts: The police are not omnipotent, I can't help it, and I am also trying to save my job. Small disputes that can be mediated can only act in accordance with the law because of the fear of being hyped up, and those who should be persuaded to go to the court should go to the court, and those who should be persuaded to go to industry and commerce. While trembling and going to the police, in addition to repeatedly thinking about which action or which speech may be pinched off by someone, you also have to think about whether the suspect should be chased if he escaped, whether the other party should be subdued when the police attacked, to what extent, and at what stage of subduation······

If you want to increase your luck value, the magic weapon is to have a softer attitude, a better mentality, a little less force, and a little less. On this day, the police came out, and the nervousness was like walking a tightrope without safety protection for a day at a height of several hundred meters!

3. There are more and more reports, and more and more details.

As long as the higher authorities ask for numbers, they must reach out to the grassroots level, regardless of whether the numbers have just been counted! Mentally ill patients must find out the bottom of the matter, the printing and tourism industry must make statistics, fire inspections must take pictures, and dog management needs information······ The public security police are busy handling cases, and the community police and the internal police are either reporting or on the way to completing the report. However, what is chilling is that the meaning of these tables is only a few tables, not only will they ask you again when they are counted next time, but they have also been reported countless times, and the hidden danger rectification opinions have been reported countless times, and the various places in your community are still the same, and nothing has changed, because there is no "order to suspend business" in the authority of the public security.

The establishment of a new department, you have to reach out and ask for more reports, in the past, some of the old departments, in order to alleviate aesthetic fatigue, will change the tricks and improve some reports, these reports are useful and useless will be no matter how small. Looking at the young back-office girl, her haggard face reads: There are no poems and distances in my world, only ord and Excel.

4. There are more and more inspections, and the research is becoming more and more disappointing.

In addition to being tired of coping with duty, overtime, case handling, duty, and reports, it is also necessary to regularly deal with inspections, visits, condolences, and investigations at all levels and departments. Later, I found that I was very tired from participating in this scene, and I often couldn't rest at night, waiting for the arrival of every great god.

It's okay to visit and condole, it's all good for you and me, but I have to work overtime to "loess mat road, clean water splash street", and I have to show a fake smile to the leader with sleepy eyes.

The inspection is also relatively direct, that is, after the inspection team has read all the contents, the members of the inspection team each said that the eggs and bones are faulty, and finally the leaders of the inspection team reprimanded the grassroots from a high position, and the grassroots were surprised that they did not find such a problem, and wept bitterly to express that they had changed the past, and after that, the inspection team was full of vanity and left satisfied, however, those problems that have existed for many years should not be changed, but we have long changed what can be changed by virtue of the power of the grassroots.

What I don't like the most is the research, every time I send a hot jar to hold, and after a heated discussion, I see the "relatives" leave like the husband who sent the voyage, and the content of the survey is also like the husband of the voyage There is no news, leaving only the grassroots police fantasies of the beautiful Wangfu Cliff. Over time, everyone found that the most difficult thing to grasp the scale was research, and leaders who told the truth did not like to listen, and their conscience did not like to listen to lies.

5. There are more and more cases, and the handling is becoming more and more complicated.

The law is getting lighter and lighter, and the requirements for evidence are getting stricter, so that more and more bad guys are evading punishment. The cost of handling cases is getting higher and higher, the cost of crime is getting lower and lower, and the disrespect for the law has made more and more villains change from quantitative to qualitative, and they have taken risks and embarked on the road of crime. And those "veteran drivers" who have been on the road of breaking the law and committing crimes for many years have already figured out the weaknesses and lives of the public security organs, and have become more and more rampant repeat crimes, with a higher and higher incidence rate and more and more cases.

When I first came to work, it took three or four transcripts and two or three procedural documents to deal with a person, but now more and more attention is paid to procedural justice, and even a case file has only two transcripts, but there are dozens of procedural documents.

Originally, a transcript recorded three pages, and the pages were all high-quality, but now a transcript records three pages, and more than half of them are nonsense that must be recorded. "Are you a party member? Do you have an exit document, do you have an infectious disease? Do you need to rest, do you want ······to eat?" These "nonsense" that have nothing to do with the case and must be recorded are just for the convenience and de-responsibility of various departments when making statistics, and preliminary statistics show that at present, a transcript needs to make a page and a half of "nonsense" before it can get to the point.

The victim prepared a page of evidence for the public security organs, and in the past it was enough to sign it and press a fingerprint, but now it is necessary to issue a notice to collect evidence, extract records, and accept a list of evidence to prove the legitimacy of the source of evidence.

In the case of an administrative case, the original record needs to be re-recorded by the parties concerned, and the exact same record is used as evidence at the beginning of the record? Is this kind of regulation of taking off one's pants and farting, covering one's ears and stealing the bell, really saving judicial costs and respecting the facts of the case?

At this time, the right of each organ to conduct its own investigation has disappeared, and sometimes it is even for the public security organ to issue a certificate that a certain person could not be found during the trial. Everyone knows that this is not an ordinary certificate, but just a rip-off document that no one wants to take responsibility for and throws the responsibility to the grassroots police station.

And ······ I'm so tired that I really don't want to list them all.

6. There are more and more forms, and the requirements are becoming more and more stringent.

When I first went to work, I remember that the sisters at the front desk of the household registration were not too strict about wearing uniforms, and every time I went to the household registration office, I always remembered that the sisters talked and laughed with the people who came to do business. Now look at the sisters in the household registration room (who have not been newcomers for many years, and the sisters have become old sisters), not only do they require them to wear uniforms and not smile every day, but they also have to have their heads crossed, light makeup, and water dispensers, reading glasses, and wireless iFi. When we drink boiling tap water every day and turn on our own traffic to report all kinds of information in the WeChat group of our mobile phones, we can't help but feel a little jealous, and the reading glasses, printing clay, and signature pens at the front desk of the household registration are lost seven or eight times a month.

In the past, if you can't handle the hukou, you can't do it, and the sisters who can accommodate the hukou will help find a way to find a way to coordinate with the superiors; now the hukou can't be handled, and the higher-level departments that are becoming more and more stringent are "courteous" when they face the complaints of the masses, but they are "polite and give three points", either let the police station be responsible for explaining the work to the masses, or they will make an exception to "handle special matters", and the higher-level departments avoid the invisible people who contradict the contradictions and the good people who do not adhere to the principles, so that I can see that the sisters of the household registration office who adhere to the principles are often scolded and cried by the masses. Every day is "happy to go to work, crying and coming home", can the heart not be tired?

Not only the front desk, but also the duty room of the police station, when you are sleepy, you can't lie down, crooked, or oblique, and you can't play with your mobile phone, watch movies, or eat snacks if you're not sleepy. On duty is to enjoy the "high pressure", don't try to use any entertainment to relieve pressure, even if you promise not to delay the police, and even from time to time there will be a snapshot of the monitoring head of the duty room. Living in a lifeless pressure cooker every day, can the heart not be tired?

In the 10 years since we opened a police bulletin here, the name, photo and mobile phone number of every police officer have been displayed on the wall every day, and several times I have been complained about not answering the calls of the masses in time because I need to hand in my mobile phone when I go to the prison to interrogate suspects. When the masses call us, no matter whether you don't answer because you are arrested, whether you can't answer because you are arraigned, or whether you are unable to answer because you haven't closed your eyes for three days, you will always make a complaint; what makes me even more tired is that no matter why you don't answer the calls from the masses, if you don't answer the calls from the masses in a timely manner, you will have to deduct points, that is, they will ignore the ideological and work style problems of the masses' suffering, and they will criticize and write inspections. Even if I am a robot, I still have times when I need to recharge, and the formulation of these seemingly people-friendly measures requires that I must be an iron man who "always has a full battery"! You are the one who pleases the masses, and I am the one who is tired and tired! Why does no unit dare to disclose their mobile phone numbers to the masses except for the front-line grassroots units?

7. There are more and more grievances······

Stability maintenance, stability maintenance, stability maintenance······ I don't want to say it, it's too much hypocrisy, and everyone who has done it at the grassroots level understands it. If you don't understand, as long as you don't pretend you don't understand, you can go to the grassroots police station to work for a month and experience it yourself.

In a word: what looks good is not practical, and what is practical is not good-looking. When some higher-level organs are busy shirking their responsibilities and pursuing a seemingly beautiful retreat, not only will the people be dissatisfied, but the grassroots police will become more and more tired!

There is no need to reprimand the front-line police on the platform to complain, at least they are working hard while complaining, even if they are tired of becoming dogs, they are still persevering, much better than those who can only give orders and don't do bullshit!
