However, due to the lack of data link equipment, the targets obtained by the ALR-94 cannot be transmitted to the external command and control system, forming an information island phenomenon of the F-22, which obviously reduces the capabilities of the overall combat system to a certain extent. In a series of later upgrades, improvements to the F-22's data link were included in the priority projects.

In addition, due to the original positioning, the F-22 was not originally designed with ground strike in mind. However, judging from the experience of several air battles since the 90s of the last century, the US Air Force generally mastered absolute air supremacy at the beginning of the war, so the F-15, which has no ground attack capability, is basically in a state of idleness in the middle and late stages of the war, which is obviously also a waste.
