As the name suggests, Diaoyutai is a platform specially used for fishing. This Diaoyutai is not the "Diaoyutai Hotel" in Kyoto, but this Diaoyutai is much more famous than the "Diaoyutai Hotel". The Diaoyutai State Guesthouse has been around for more than 800 years. Located on the east side of Yuyuantan in Haidian District, Beijing, it is an ancient Chinese imperial garden and a modern state guesthouse complex. Emperor Zhangzong of the Jin Dynasty Wanyan Jing once built a platform here for fishing, and "Diaoyu Tai" got its name. In the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Qianlong ordered the dredging of Yuyuantan and the construction of a palace here, which was collected as a royal garden. It is now the accommodation of important foreign guests received by the Dragon Kingdom.

The Diaoyu Tai of Xuantian Temple is a garden courtyard. It was built on the shore of the lake. Once it was a small lake. The name is Xuantian Lake, and it is also a square mile in size. This lake is an important source of water for Xuantian Temple. It is also the water source for the Taoist disciples of Xuantian Temple to water their crops at ordinary times. It is also the place where many streams in the West Mountain converge. It plays an important role in flood control and drought resistance. Why is this Xishan Xuantian Lake famous? Not only famous, but also "expensive". How many dynasties, how many emperors who came to worship and wanted to enshrine Zen in Xuantian Temple, came to Xuantian Temple, and they settled here before they went up the mountain. It belongs to the annex of Xuantian Temple, and can live in several garden-style courtyards for hundreds of people. The garden in Suzhou is in this Diaoyutai Courtyard, which is scum.

Those gardens in Suzhou are only built by big tyrants, big landlords, and wealthy people, how can there be a Xuantian Temple, which belongs to the temporary foothold of many emperors in order to expand the Xuantian Temple. It is a luxurious annex belonging to the royal family.

Diaoyutai is a complex of buildings. It's not big, it's not big, it's not too small. Covering an area of about 20 acres, of course, it is impossible to build more luxurious, larger and more generous than the Xuantian Temple. A three-storey pavilion was built along the lake. Beyond these three-storey buildings is a semi-circular complex. There are as many as 56 small yards, each of which is a separate house. Have you watched the Qing court drama, the place where those concubines live is like this. This was to facilitate the emperor's entourage, where civil and military officials stayed. Of course, the officials have a separate courtyard and can live in single rooms. The next person is going to squeeze it. Stay in the shop. In addition to these 56 squares, of course, there are two kitchens, one is the legendary imperial dining room, and the other is a place for civil officials and subordinates to eat. The ancient emperors came thousands of miles to worship the Xuantian Temple here, and it was a great thing to mobilize the people. The emperor traveled without thousands of escorts, which was an act of looking for death.

The building complex of Diaoyutai is far worse than that of the Xuantian Temple, which is equivalent to the size of a separate courtyard of the Xuantian Temple. Next to the three major courtyards of Xuantian Temple, there are three separate courtyards, and there are twelve separate courtyards in Xuantian Temple.

The main building of Diaoyutai is also a wooden building. Like a palace, it is 15 meters high. The first floor is more than 600 square meters. The second floor has more than 400 square meters, and the third floor also has more than 200 square meters. In ancient times, this third floor was dedicated to the emperor's stay. The emperor is high, and it is impossible for someone to ride on his head, only his own rider's share.

The entire surface of the lake, except for the embankment here, has been rested and a stone embankment has been built. It was only later that this Xuantian Lake was expanded and a reservoir was built. That is, a dam was built in a valley downstream of the outlet of the original Xuantian Lake. In this way, Xuantian Lake has widened more than ten times. The large lake, which has reached more than a dozen square kilometers now, can also be said to be a reservoir. The water level of Xuantian Lake has not risen much. Because the terrain of the entire forbidden area is high. Let's put it this way, Nanping County is on the edge of the Xijiang River. Then most of the areas of Xuantian Temple are more than ten meters higher than Nanping County.

In this three-story building, it is the main building of the Diaoyutai Annex, the Stargazing Building. Behind it, on the shore of the lake, there is a covered bridge that goes deep into the lake. That's why the deck of the bridge is a closed cloister, a three-meter-wide stone bridge with a roof that shades the sun and rain.

It is more than fifty meters long. This is the real Diaoyu Tai, built specifically for people to fish. After all, Xuantian Lake is a pristine lake, a wetland lake with aquatic reeds growing on the shore. If you want to catch big fish, you have to go deep into the deep water of the lake. This is where the bridge came into being. This Diaoyu Tai is not an ancient cultural relic built in ancient times, it was built more than ten years ago specifically for the convenience of fishing by old leaders and old leaders.

The old men and grandmothers of the "old people's residence" often come here to fish. It's not a place where there is no fishing in the old people's house, there is an artificial lake in the old people's house. It's not small, it's more than a dozen acres in size. In the sky, on the surface of the lake, in the water and grass, all kinds of birds are flying and circling, foraging from the shore of the water and grass, floating and playing in the lake, this is the paradise of birds, and it is also the best place for them to breed.

You can see common birds here, such as egrets, swans, wild ducks, mandarin ducks, and so on, and hundreds of species, and sometimes if you are lucky, you can also find many kinds of rare birds, that is, the rare birds facing extinction in the first-class protected animal catalog of the Dragon Kingdom, which can be found here. These animals were raised by the Xuantian Temple. Very spiritual. I didn't see the old man when he was fishing, a brown bear was lying next to the old man, waiting for the old man to catch the fish and wait to eat. The old chiefs of the old people's residence all want an exclusive animal, that is, pets, every time the old chief comes to fish, the noses of these animals are really smart, and it doesn't take long to appear in front of the old chief. Hehe, if outsiders see such a harmonious scene, they will probably die of envy. Treat the beast as a pet, there is no boundary.
