The high cost and high risk of raising pigs excludes many retail investors, leaving only those large pig farms. Why is the current pork not as good as before, that is, it is basically impossible to buy pigs raised by retail households, and they are all instant pigs from those pig farms. These pig farms basically rely on the subsidies above to make money, which has to have a good relationship with those governments, to tie the knot, to please them, but also to share the subsidies with them.
