In fact, this practice is detrimental to cultivation, and most of the monks of the precept institute eventually attain the vajra realm, not the arhat or bodhisattva realm, and even more hopeless Buddha realm, because there is such a mark on the Buddha's heart, and it must not be free of dust and obstacles.
