▉ Three flowers gather at the top, the spirit and spirit are one, and the three Dandan flowers bloom and fall, over and over again!

◆ Sandan: Sandan, spirit, spirit, and spirit. Let's talk about the concept of the three palaces first, and then the thoughts of the three houses.

◣ The Jingdan → Dantian of the Lower Palace Dantian, [Shen Zhou thinks] The so-called dantian is the Jingchao in the male, and the sub-mansion in the female, collectively known as the Purple Mansion, which is different from the misinformation from the outside world. The three inches below the umbilicus mentioned by the predecessors are not measured lying down, nor standing, but the approximate distance of sitting cross-legged. The ancients said that it was not good to say anything directly, but to say three inches below the umbilicus. Shen Zhou has the courage to be specific, dantian is the reproductive breeding area!

In women, it is mainly based on **, so this area is often called the lower palace. In the cultivation of this area, because women are physiologically better at giving birth and raising, women are more inherently advantageous.

Men are congenital, and this block is better at being born and neglecting to raise, so in the cultivation of the day after tomorrow, the practice in the lower palace should focus on "raising" and cultivating essence!

In the 789 world designed by Shen Zhou, he does not advocate the use of this one, not deliberately to distinguish it from Chendong in the early stage, but because Shen Zhou has always been reluctant to grasp the point and the surface, and the behavior of focusing too much on the point and despising the surface.

◣ The three palaces are connected to say that it is the marrow of qi and blood, and Mo Ruo says that nerves are more meaningful in practice.

◆ Dan flower blooming: the three major inner Dan, each major is fully mature, pregnant into Dan breaking, and blooming. The three flowers gather at the top and become one.

◣ Three flowers gather: three kinds of Danhua gather at the top, which is the top of the three flowers. Each kind of Dan flower, before the aggregation, is a separate storage zài, so it is also called a single flower.

◣ Flowers to the top: Flowers bloom to the top, which is for the peak, that is, the peak. Danhua blooms to the extreme, it will reach the top.

◣ Three-in-one: The process of gathering three flowers is different from other generalities, and 789 will be conclusive and clear about this process. The three flowers gather at the top for unity, and the process of unity is from bottom to top→ first the fine flowers flourish, from the lower palace to the middle palace, refining the essence of qi, and converging with the qi flowers of the middle palace. At this time, the convergence is simply integrated into one, the conditions are not yet complete, the combination matures into a pedicle flower, and is no longer a single flower→ essence and qi are combined, and the pedicle flower blooms to the upper palace, and the three flowers in the upper palace are juxtaposed, which is to refine the gas and transform the god. This phenomenon is the gathering of three flowers. → the three kinds of singles are combined into one, this is the process of merging essence and qi, qi and spirit, and is the true unity of essence, qi and spirit in the sense of practice.

▲ Sanhua Juding is just a foreshadowing, unity is the key, if it is not one, it is only the top of the previous realm, and it is impossible to step into the next realm. The process of unity is the union of the three voids (essence, qi and spirit), the unity of the void and the reality (the illusory results of cultivation and the real world), and the integration of the inside and outside (the inner universe and the outer universe), which is the true sense of the three-in-one. And the vast majority of cultivators have only completed the first step, and they don't know what is to come, so the difference in strength is the distance between heaven and earth. There is no one in ten thousand who has completed the second step of unity, and there are few people in the world who have completed the third step of integration.

▲ Sanhe is a god→ God and the will are combined into the virtual→ virtual and the real are combined→ the real and the external are combined→ and the fake becomes true→ the real Dan is the only way to be considered a real success. There are so many tricks in the middle, and there are few who really understand everything, so Shen Zhou said again and again, those who really understand know that it is Xuan, and those who don't understand think it is a ghost!

◆ Flowers and falls: Sandandan's co-opening and unity, is an important key to the Jindan period, the previous Jindan, in fact, is only tangible and substantial, is just a fake Dan. The actual meaning of the three-in-one is to make the fake come true! That's why the Jindan Realm will be so crucial in the entire cultivation period!

◣ After the three-in-one becomes true, the three palaces are withdrawn and then re-incommodated, that is, the flowers fall again.

◆ Over and over again: It is because there is more than one time that the Jindan period takes so long. The Dan of the first pass, because there is no combination of the virtual and the real, the inner and the outer, is a virtual result of the powerful inner mind through guò, so it can only be a false Dan.

◣ Only after the fusion is formed into a true pill, and then the three Dan pills bloom, can there be the possibility of becoming a baby.

◣ This is also the reason why there is no one in ten thousand who can really break the pill and become a baby during the Jindan period. There is no distinction between truth and falsehood! How difficult it is to cultivate the truth and cultivate the truth from scratch little by little, and in the end there are still so many people who do not distinguish between the true and the false! Those who think they have already distinguished themselves are still a step behind.
