Under the headquarters building of the Sanhua Factory, Lin Xiaoran said: "Didn't you say before you came that you were going to eat in the canteen of the Sanhua Factory and mingle with the employees?"

Lin Cheng had eaten in the Sanhuachang canteen for ten years, and he was tired of eating in his previous life, but he was a little nostalgic in this life, so he originally planned to have lunch in the canteen today.

But now he has turned the Sanhua factory upside down, where does he dare to eat in the canteen, he is not afraid of being poisoned to death!

Lin Cheng shook his head and smiled: "I just smashed the jobs of all the leading cadres of the Sanhua Factory, it can be said that I have cut off their financial routes, and cutting off people's financial routes is like killing our parents, we are almost all enemies in the Sanhua Factory, if I still run to the canteen to eat with a big grin, doesn't this give them a chance to deal with us?"

"Wouldn't it?" Lin Xiaoran said in disbelief: "You are the richest man in the world! And in your company, there are still people who dare to disadvantage you?!"

"It's always a good idea to be careful, I became the richest man in the world at a young age, and if I hadn't been cautious enough, I would have been tied up seven or eight hundred times.

Qin Shi Huang, who unified the six countries back then, was awesome, but under Jing Ke's assassination, Qin Shi Huang was not so embarrassed that he was chased by Jing Ke. Lin Cheng said with a smile.

Although Lin Cheng smiled very easily, but in fact his spirit was still tense, today he was really a little careless, he only brought Lin Xiaoran to the meeting in the headquarters building, if Zhou Huaixuan and they were bold enough, they would do it to Lin Cheng in the meeting, with Lin Xiaoran dragging him down, Lin Cheng might not be able to get out of the headquarters building.

Lin Cheng, as a world-famous powerful boss, if he planted it in his own company, then Lin Cheng would really become a laughing stock for the ages, but fortunately, Lin Cheng and his party have already left the headquarters building, and more than a dozen bodyguards are in place, and he can finally breathe a sigh of relief.

Lin Xiaoran also felt scared at this time, and said weakly: "We were too careless before, if they go crazy and attack us in the end, we may really be captured by them." ”

Lin Cheng nodded and said, "So at all times, I have to be cautious, otherwise if the boat capsizes in the gutter, then I will become a big joke." ”

Lin Xiaoran said distressedly: "I only know now that you have had such a hard time, and I will definitely treat you well in the future." ”

Lin Cheng immediately hit the snake with the stick, and said with a smile: "Then did you promise to let me go through the back door tonight?"

Lin Xiaoran was embarrassed, beat Lin Cheng's chest again and again, and said disobediently: "You want to die, your mind is full of bad thoughts!"

"Haha!" Lin Cheng laughed and said, "Men are not bad, women are not loved!"

……

From Huacheng to Pengcheng, less than two hours by car, at two o'clock in the afternoon of April 4, led by Fang Dehua, president of the group company, Zhang Xiaobao, Fang Chengjian as the backbone of the joint investigation team of more than 30 people settled in the Sanhua plant, officially carried out a week-long investigation of the Sanhua plant.

In order to make a strong reputation, Lin Cheng also specially sent more than 100 security guards of Jindun Security Company to settle in the Sanhua factory to be responsible for the security work of the Sanhua factory.

As for the original 50 or so security guards of the Sanhua Factory, all of them have been temporarily relieved of their posts and become the targets of the investigation team, and if they violate the law and discipline, they will be further punished.

The investigation of the joint investigation team naturally made the people of the entire Sanhua factory panic, many people had no intention of working, and even an employee who operated the machine was negligent and scrapped the machine worth hundreds of thousands.

When Lin Cheng learned of this news, he had to order the investigation team to change from overt investigation to unannounced visits, which gradually calmed down the tense atmosphere in the factory.

……

On April 11, after a week-long investigation, Fang Dehua reported to Lin Cheng the final investigation report of the Sanhua plant.

After the report, Fang Dehua said with emotion: "It's really unbelievable, it's just a Sanhua factory, and its corruption is ten times more serious than that of Oriental Ceramics Group."

Oriental ceramics are only a problem at the middle and high levels, but the Sanhua factory is rotten from top to bottom, and even the small squad leader on the production line is promoted by immoral means such as giving gifts and sleeping. ”

Lin Cheng said: "Although the Sanhua factory is rotten from top to bottom, but as long as the problem is not big, we can give them a one-month probationary period, and after one month, those who pass the performance will be retained, and those who are unqualified will come down." ”

Fang Dehua was a little surprised, Lin Cheng had always denied his six relatives, and he thought that Lin Cheng would come to a big purge from top to bottom!

He was puzzled and asked: "Why don't you all fire it all? It's just a Sanhua factory, and it can be completely demolished and rebuilt." ”

Lin Cheng sighed and said: "People are not sages, as long as they are people, there will be times when they make mistakes, I believe that most people actually want to do a good job, but the environment of Sanhua Factory is too bad, many people have no choice, you don't give gifts to sleep, there is no chance at all."

Besides, there are some things that we have to look at in two, you have seen the performance report of Sanhua Factory, what do you think?"

Fang Dehua is a data controller, and he opened his mouth and said: "The performance is incredibly excellent, and the product quality can be ranked among the top three among the foundries with which Lin has a cooperative relationship." ”

Lin Cheng said with a smile: "Isn't this enough, in the final analysis, whether the performance of employees is good or not, we still have to use performance to speak."

The fact that the performance of the Sanhua plant is still good under the condition that the upper echelons of the Sanhua plant are rotten, which shows that although many grassroots cadres of the Sanhua plant have been promoted through immoral means, they are indeed very competitive and have not wasted the opportunity for promotion.

If it weren't for the fact that Sanhua's senior management did too much and turned the entire Sanhua factory into a cave, I might not have dealt with them with a dead hand if they slept with a few female employees and were greedy for a few small money. ”

Fang Dehua glanced at Lin Cheng in surprise, feeling that Lin Cheng had changed a lot, in the past, Lin Cheng had always adopted a "zero tolerance" attitude towards corrupt and disciplined cadres, but now he can condone a few female employees and a few small money? !

Lin Cheng said with a smile: "Don't look at me like this, I have discovered now that we Chinese are officials for thousands of miles just for money, and it is impossible to completely eradicate the inferior nature of the Chinese people."

So I can only draw a line for them, and as long as they don't cross the line and contribute a hundred times more to the group than they have gained from corruption, I can allow them to continue to exist.

Of course, as long as they dare to cross the line, I will kill the killer and recover all the proceeds of their embezzlement, leaving him with nothing and even jail.

It's like a farmer cutting leeks, one stubble is cut, and the next stubble will grow immediately, in short, no matter what, my harvest will always be greater than what I get. ”

Fang Dehua has always received a Western-style education, and he doesn't understand Lin Cheng's approach of being in line with the national conditions and being particularly down-to-earth, but after listening to Lin Cheng's crooked reasoning, he feels that there is nothing wrong with Lin Cheng doing this.

It's like Qianlong specially left Heshen, a big fat pig, to Jiaqing to slaughter, after Jiaqing slaughtered Heshen, he immediately ate a lot of fat and no longer had to worry about running out of money.
