When the Alien Beasts appeared on the Floating City, the Arcanists were ready for battle.

Rows of arcane golems formed a dense phalanx, blocking the way in front of the arcanists.

They come in a variety of types and cover almost most combat positions on the battlefield.

At the top of the list is a row of esoterically tall and stout arcane golems.

They are generally up to ten meters tall.

Compared to other golems, their metal components are almost fully covered, and they appear to be particularly thick and strong. The surface of the metal components is etched with all kinds of strange magical patterns and arcane secret words, and the surging arcane energy in their bodies is transmitted through the cracks in the components, condensing into a layer of arcane barrier on their bodies.

The sturdiness of the red bronze combined with the good magic guiding properties of the magic silver make them a powerful war puppet that respects both magic and martial arts. Their weapons are massive metal fists and terrifying legs that are 2 meters thick.

When they stood in a row and charged swiftly towards the enemy, the whole world trembled and trembled.

Behind the war puppets are rows of battle puppets more than 3 meters high, whose shapes have been carved and polished to look like steel knights. They resemble human knights in full steel armor, holding two steel swords with blades one and a half meters long.

They follow closely behind the war puppets, wielding their swords like flying, and they look like guerrillas.

Behind the Iron Guards, there are a large number of ordinary Arcane Golems.

Although their hand-to-hand combat ability is a little weaker, they all have the strange ability to release energy balls. As a result, they act as ranged attackers in the team.

As for the human arcanists, they all took refuge in the Arcane Tower, where they controlled powerful arcane devices and condensed a lightning storm of lightning and thunder above the battlefield.

On such a battlefield, there was little room for the Arcane Apprentices to display their abilities, so they were all sent to the inner ring area of the Floating City, where they were intensively protected.

At the beginning, the alien beasts that rushed to the floating city were scattered after all, and they could not break through the powerful defense line formed by the arcane puppets. One after another alien beasts had just rushed over, and before they could touch the war puppets in the first row, they were blown into a sky of blood sauce by the raining energy balls.

However, as time went on, there were more and more alien beasts rushing up to the Floating City along the sky-high stone pillars, and even the sky was occupied by black and red alien beasts that were shuttling and screaming wantonly.

There was a muffled thud.

The Evil Hoof appeared in front of the Arcane Golem's defense line with great power, and looked at the puppet team that was waiting for it, it stood up, and its lotus-petal-shaped mouthparts trembled rapidly.

It was as if a trumpeter had blown the horn of the charge, and the growing group of alien beasts immediately roared and rushed towards the puppet defense.

The lightning storm that had been condensed at the front of the battlefield early immediately erupted, and thick thunderbolts slashed down, sending green smoke all over the bodies of the alienated beasts, and the life energy was even more wild.

However, the alien beasts were clearly not afraid of life and death, and they waded through the minefield like a flood that opened the floodgates, and collided head-on with the war puppets in the first row.

The war puppet like an iron giant froze in place, kicking or punching, cutting the black torrent into even finer black threads. The alien beasts that had escaped the war puppets were immediately entangled with the Iron Guards.

Knock knock knock......

Boom Boom Boom ......

Click-click-click......

All kinds of strange sounds were intertwined on the front line of the battlefield, deafening and bloody.

With a muffled thud, Grim stepped out of an aura of exploding flames, ignoring the scorched alien beasts beside him, condensed his eyes, and peered at the entire battlefield from afar.

At this time, the fighting was mainly focused on the outer ring area.

A large number of arcanists sent by the Floating City used the power of the Arcane Golem Legion and the Arcane Tower to forcibly block the alien beasts from the periphery. Within the horizon, there were bloody killing battlefields everywhere, and there were death zones full of energy, but the inner ring of the floating city seemed unusually peaceful.

"How about we? Let's go to the inner ring first, and scavenge for some resources by the way?" A few hundred meters away from Grim, the wizard of Hollywood was wrapped in astral armor and had just set foot on the surface of the floating city.

And behind the two, that Qiu Lisha didn't know how to hide her figure, and she was also secretly peeking at the battlefield.

"The Arcanist's defenses can only hold off the Alien Beasts, not a few of us. However, we don't know anything about the situation inside, and it is easy for the Arcanists to set a trap and ambush the Arcanists if they break in like this......" Grim thought for a moment and rejected the advice of the Wizard of Hollywood.

"What do you mean...... then," Wizard Hollywood hesitated.

"Help the Evil Hoof open a passage in the defensive line, let some of the Alien Beasts into the inner ring, and then we will take advantage of the situation to sneak in and do a big job. In this way, with the Alien Beast attracting our attention, the probability of us being ambushed is much lower!"

"Okay, it's all up to you!"

After a brief discussion, the two bold wizards immediately took action.

When it comes to overcoming difficulties, the Wizard of Holy, who has astral armor, still has to use Grim a lot.

I saw that he was mixed in the alien beast herd and kept rushing forward, and before the thunder and lightning that slashed down could get close to his body, they scattered into some electric energy under the illumination of the strange starlight.

And after he approached a war puppet for a hundred meters, he raised his hands high, and a pillar of light half a meter thick was condensed between his palms, and it shot towards the other party in an instant.

It was very strange that this pillar of light actually penetrated the arcane barrier outside the war golem's body, and directly hit its thick and huge metal chest.

Hey, what kind of lineage is this light, and how can it not perceive the energy breath it should have? Without energy support, what kind of harm does such light have?

Just as Grim was secretly puzzled, a little starlight suddenly escaped from the seemingly harmless pillar of light, and began to rapidly erode the metal shell of the war puppet. Those starlight didn't know what kind of energy substance they were made of, and they had an unusually powerful corrosive effect on metal.

Visible to the naked eye, the metal on the chest of the war puppet was dissolved like powder by Starlight, peeling off layer by layer.

A small pit quickly appeared!

The Arcanist who was hiding in the Arcane Tower in the distance and controlling the war golem was the first to notice that something was wrong, and immediately drove the war golem to pan horizontally to avoid this strange pillar of light.

However, the size of the war golem was too large after all, and its movement was not as large as the offset of the pillar of light in the palm of the wizard of Holy. Therefore, under the rapid corrosion of the strange starlight, the pit collapsed rapidly, almost eroding through the war puppet's one-meter-thick chest.

Beneath the chest is the most important power center of the war golem.

Once the core of the arcanchot is damaged, regardless of the damage to other parts of the war puppet, it will still be fatal with one blow, thus turning into a pile of useless scrap copper and rotten iron.

Seeing that the situation was critical, the Arcane Tower in the distance suddenly burst into glory, and a violent lightning chain that stretched out stretched across nearly a thousand meters of battlefield space, slamming towards the Wizard of Holy.

Grim frowned, stretched out his hand, and the furious fire elemental quickly converged on the surface of the Wizard of Holy's body, intending to condense into a lava shield to resist the damage for him.

However, irradiated by the strange starlight of the stellar armor of the wizard of Hori, the lava shield suddenly dispersed into a sea of fire before it could be formed, losing its due protective ability.

This Starlight of the Wizard of Hollywood seems to attack indiscriminately, even the buffs of allies can be insulated.

Just as Grim was about to carry the furious blow of the Arcane Tower, a thick stone pillar rose from the middle of the battlefield and blocked the attack path of the Raging Lightning Chain.

Thorn ......

With a bang, the furious lightning chain turned the thick stone pillar red, and then the powerful energy that could not be vented blew it into stone chips.

It's the Evil Hoof...... It was the one who blocked that blow just now!

Grim's burning eyes swept away, and the evil hoof emerged from the alien beast herd, roaring fiercely, "Attack...... Attack...... Keep attacking! Just attack that big guy, and I'll block the rest of the attacks for you. If you can put it down, I'll send you the same amount of resources!"

"Look at me!" said the Wizard of Holy, and the thick pillar of light between his palms became more and more condensed and ferocious.

Grim sneered and continued to make great strides.

As he walked forward, he shot out a series of blazing fireballs with deep and restrained colors.

These fireballs were obviously different from ordinary sorcery fireballs, and they contained a trace of powerful and strange power of the law of fire. Even an arcane puppet without any breath of life would be in a strange 'severe pain' when hit by such a fireball.

Those Tier 1 Arcane golems are swept into them by fireballs, and the metal rings around them will melt away. As a result, Grim's blazing fireballs rumbled like cannonballs through the arcane golem formation, knocking them to the ground, sweeping everything like an autumn wind sweeping leaves.

Even those Tier 2 Steel Guards couldn't withstand the bombardment of 2-3 blazing fireballs.

Therefore, under the bombardment of Grim, a path of flame that penetrates the puppet defense line appears!

And just as the arcanists were scrambling to send the arcane puppets from the rest of the region to fill the hole, the ten-meter-tall war puppet suddenly emitted a continuous explosion from its body, and countless metal parts and components on the surface of the entire body were blown away.

It swayed its massive body, staggered forward two steps, and finally fell to the ground on its back.

As the heavy body fell, it even crushed the ground beneath it that had been solidified and strengthened by hundreds of arcane methods.

And the fall of this war puppet also opened a passage to the inner ring on the frontal battlefield that stretched for several kilometers, and countless alien beasts trampled on its wreckage, wading through the path of flames, and rushed unstoppably towards the inner ring area of the floating city.

The line of defense has been breached!
