Under the gloomy sky, an Arcane Alert Tower sped across a vast plain filled with golden wheat waves.

At the end of the plain, billowing black smoke rose into the sky, and earth-shattering roars of fighting continued to be heard.

From afar, a series of strange monsters as huge as small mountains are rushing and killing in a frenzied collision, and what is fighting them to the death is a huge arcane golem with a body of hundreds of meters tall and made of azure crystal.

The battle on the ground is earth-shattering, and the sky is not idle, with strange monsters with eagle wings on their backs fighting bloody battles with arcane alert towers circling and flying.

Above them, a strangely shaped star beast had rushed up to the enormous floating city, roaring in the midst of a dense torrent of arcane artillery fire and a frenzied slaughter destroying everything in its path.

The Star Beasts were extremely large, almost each the size of a human city.

Its huge body was densely covered with huge black scales, and below it were hundreds of thick arthropod legs. Don't look at its bloated and hideous size, but it has a agility that is extremely incommensurate with its size.

It writhed, roaring as it crawled forward quickly.

The dense artillery fire from the Floating Fortress and the Arcane Alert Tower blasted into a sea of fire on the surface of its shell, leaving behind one pit after another of flesh and blood several meters deep and ten meters in diameter. Such an injury can no longer be dead if it is placed on an ordinary creature, but on this behemoth that is often thousands of meters in size, it is just a disease of scabies, and it cannot damage its life source at all.

Still, such a dense arcane attack caused the star beasts to suffer painfully.

It raised its neck and let out all sorts of strange roars that shook the heavens, and raised its huge claws to slash at its body, and rows of tall arcane buildings collapsed in a huge column of dust. Neither a person nor a building can remain intact under its sharp claws that are tens of meters long.

Even those arcane towers protected by powerful arcane power were swept by the star beast's arthropod legs that were more than ten meters thick, and the transparent arcane barrier outside the tower would squeak and twist in a crackling explosion of energy.

If the Arcane Tower does not dodge and escape in time and is attacked by the terrifying arthropods of the Star Beasts, even the Arcane Tower, known as the Flying Fortress, will explode into a huge firework with an earth-shattering roar.

While the official Arcane Towers are still like this, the simplified versions of the Vigilance Towers are even more vulnerable.

Therefore, in the face of this terrifying star beast rushing into the floating city, a large group of arcanists rushed out from various arcane towers and floating fortresses, harnessed and drove a series of tall and powerful arcane golems, and attacked wildly around the opponent's side.

And some parasitic beasts that inhabit the surface of the star beasts, driven by the star beasts, frantically fought with the arcanists and arcane puppets that came in.

The powerful star beast spewed out thick pillars of energy of different colors, sweeping a large area of death on the surface of the floating city, and at the same time twisted its body and tried to crawl towards the magnificent hall at the very core.

Wherever its huge body and dense thick knots passed, the houses collapsed and the earth cracked.

And the purple-black blood that flowed from the numerous wounds on its body fell on the ground, and soon condensed into a violent and ferocious bloodthirsty beast. Their ferocity and toughness are no less than those of the 2-ring arcanists.

And the 2-ring Arcane Tower, even within the Arcane Empire, can be regarded as a relatively noble professional! But for this huge star beast, any drop of blood in its body combined with the matter in the plane can be condensed into a terrifying monster of the second order.

This...... It also fully shows how powerful and terrifying this star beast is!

It's just a Rank 6 Star Beast!

If placed outside the dimensional barriers, the vast Arcane Empire can completely rely on the large number of Grand Arcanists and the extremely powerful Half-Plane Fortress to blast it into flesh and blood with dense firepower. However, when this 6th-order star beast broke into the interior of the plane, although its attack power was limited to the peak of the 4th order, its huge size and super physique made it a terrifying monster that was almost impossible to destroy.

In the face of such a huge star beast, even those two Arcane Emperors with a rank as high as 8 were a little intimidating.

With their strength, there was naturally no problem in killing this star beast.

However, it is precisely because the power they control is too strong, and the aftermath of any power overflows, and the damage to this floating city and this dimensional world is greater than the damage to this star beast, and it is even more difficult to clean up!

It was precisely for this reason that those Grand Arcanists were afraid and at a loss.

These star beasts can not care about the huge damage caused by wild battles to this dimensional world, but they can't care less!

After all, the Morian plane belongs to the Arcane Empire, and it belongs to them, the Arcanists, the Grand Arcanists. Once the unbridled attack destroys your home, what is the use of defending against those powerful enemies who are eyeing the outside of the plane barrier and want to invade in a big way?

…………

The Light of Truth, the Floating City.

As the largest and most powerful floating city in the Arcane Empire, the Light of Truth plays a pivotal role in the entire Morian Plane.

In the center of the Floating City of Light of Truth stands a majestic, beautifully shaped Arcane Temple. The hall is divided into ten floors, each floor is up and down 100 meters, and on the wide and flat solid platform, there are large and small arcane colleges, public libraries, arcane research institutes, learning promotion associations, stargazing platforms, and arcane laboratories...... and a large number of puppet workshops.

Among the only two Arcane Emperors of the Arcane Empire, Garcia, who is in charge, is stationed here all the year round, making this Floating City of the Light of Truth a unique political and economic center of the entire Arcane Empire.

It's a pity that at the time of this catastrophe, the Light of Truth Floating Sky City has become the main target of many powerful enemies outside the territory. The two Arcane Emperors were still resisting the attacks of terrifying enemies outside the plane barrier, and inside the plane, a Rank 6 Star Eater had already penetrated into the Morian plane and was recklessly attacking the Truth Light Floating City.

Looking at its meaning, it seems that it wants to attack the control center of the Floating City and make this Floating City of Truth Light fall into the sky. With the current scale of the Light of Truth Floating City, once it falls to the ground, I am afraid that it will be difficult to rise to the sky again in a hundred years.

And once the Light of Truth falls, the Arcane Empire's Half-Plane Fortress, which is currently outside the plane barriers, will lose the necessary energy supply. At that time, the front line of the war, which was barely holding off the enemy with half-dimensional fortresses and floating arcane towers, was in danger of collapsing in an instant.

Therefore, no matter how great the losses are, the Arcanists will annihilate this star-eater beast and break the invasion plot of the extraterritorial enemy!

Inside the Arcane Palace, the three Rank 6 Grand Arcanists gathered together and argued fiercely.

"Activate the Light of Annihilation...... We must activate the light of annihilation...... Otherwise, if the Star Eater really attacks the center, what are we going to rely on to stop its advance?"

"No, the power of the Annihilation Light is too great, it will burn the energy core...... Once the Energy Core is broken, do we have the resources to repair it?"

"What then? Just watch our people die, and our homes are being destroyed? This doesn't work, that doesn't work, just let me rush out and fight that big guy! I don't believe that a 6-Ring Grand Arcanist's self-detonation can't kill it......"

The three of them argued fiercely, and no one could convince anyone, which also made the atmosphere in this hall strangely boring and anxious.

While the three of them were arguing, the star-swallowing beast moved its body and advanced another hundred meters.

Wherever its massive body passed, all the buildings were knocked down and crushed, and all living beings were slaughtered. And the pillar of energy that erupted from its giant mouth knocked down an arcane tower from the sky, causing it to crash in front of it in a thick cloud of black smoke.

"No, I can't take it anymore...... I'll go pester that Star Eater, and you can continue to discuss it here!" The eldest of the three old men poked the marble floor with a cane in his hand, and his eyes turned red.

And at this moment, an unusually soft voice suddenly sounded in the main hall.

"Nehr, your temperament is still so impatient. You don't need to go, leave this damn creature to me!"

With the appearance of a soft voice, the huge arcane rune array in the center of the main hall suddenly lit up silently, and countless mysterious runes and arcane brilliance escaped from it, outlining the image of an unusually tall and majestic arcanist in the air.

Outwardly, he was just an old arcanist, dressed in a simple arcane robe, a white arcane scepter, with a solemn and dignified appearance, and two small suns lit up in the depths of his pupils under his snow-white eyebrows.

This is an ordinary arcanist!

If anything, he was different from other Arcanists, it was the Arcane Crown he wore on his pale hair. It was filled with layers of arcane ripples visible to the naked eye, faintly maintaining a deep and close connection with this floating city and the entire plane.

However, at this moment, the strange arcanist wearing the arcane crown was surrounded by a glittering arcane radiance, which did not seem to be a human body, but a humanoid projection of arcane energy.

When the three Grand Arcanists saw the energy humanoids, they all hurriedly bowed down.

"You are a seeker of arcane truth, guiding us forward, we ......"

"Okay, okay, when is it, and I have to repeat these meaningless and nutritious speeches again. You guard the Arcane Temple, and I'll deal with that guy......"

With that, the humanoid phantom had appeared in the sky above the Arcane Temple.
