Ruijing Garden, Floating City.

As the largest floating city in Ryan Province, Ryan Garden is a paradise for all arcanists.

On the huge plain of flowers, which is so vast that the sight is a little tired, Ruijing Garden Floating City floats above the crystal lake, above the clouds. No matter where you lie in the Flower Plain, when the sky is clear, when the white clouds can no longer cover the huge body of the floating city, you can enjoy the sacred and beautiful silhouette of the floating city.

It's the sunniest time of the day.

The warm sunlight shines through the arcane barriers, spreading a trace of warmth throughout the floating city.

The magnificent sights like city gardens, the arcane squares as white as jade, the beautiful fountains filled with a strong arcane atmosphere, the rows of elegant buildings of different shapes, the arcane spellcasters who wandered around the gardens, jade paths and fountains with books in their arms......

Anyone who sees this scene will instantly feel calm and calm, and feel a strong academic atmosphere of 'pursuing knowledge and yearning for truth' that is almost indissolvable.

In a way, the Arcanists are indeed seekers of knowledge and practitioners of truth!

However, at this moment, in the central hall of the Floating City of Ruijing Garden, a high-level arcanist was sitting around a huge long table, relatively sad, with a look of anger and helplessness. They were all dressed in pale blue arcane robes, with mystical magical runes outlined in golden threads.

Looking at the rank and strength, the people who can sit at the table are all high-level arcanists with more than 3 rings without exception.

A female arcanist with a gold ring on her head and a pretty face was at the head of the long table, and on her chest was an arcane badge engraved with an open scroll with five quills on it. This also indicates the profession and rank of this female arcanist.

The spread out of the scroll indicates that she is a scholar of the dossier who focuses on academic research, and the five quills indicate that she is a five-ring rank.

Like the wizarding world, the upper limit of the power of the Morian plane is also the peak of the 4th order.

Therefore, a five-ring arcanist like her can only stay within the arcane barrier to avoid the backlash of the plane's power. Once she leaves the Floating City and loses the protection of the arcane barrier, most of her own strength will be cut by half and pressed into the 4th order.

However, fortunately, the skills and combat methods of the higher powers are still there, and her strength is still above that of the vast majority of the 4-ring arcanists.

This is an important reason why the Grand Arcanists still dare to be in the midst of the danger inside the plane, knowing that the inside of the plane is extremely dangerous!

Grand Arcanist Freira looked around the room and cleared his throat before he said in a slightly hoarse voice the main reason for calling everyone together today.

"Our connection with the Fourth Arcane Tower, the Seventh Arcane Tower, and the Ninth Arcane Tower has been completely severed......"

As soon as Freira's words landed, exclamations rang out from the long table.

While the Arcane Empire was crumbling, several Arcane Towers on the outskirts of Ryan Province suddenly lost contact. This...... This can't help but give the arcanists present an extremely bad association and premonition!

"What are the astrologers doing, and with so many resources and gold coins to support them every year, they can't even notice that there is such a big mess on the periphery?" a 4-ring arcanist slapped the table angrily.

"yes...... Oh, yes...... Didn't that Noyan claim to be a master of prophecy? Why didn't he predict the enemy's approach?

Hearing the questions of many colleagues, a bald female sorceress dressed in purple robes and covered with sun, moon and star patterns opened her eyes coldly and explained, "The Imperial Command has issued an order, and all high-level and above astrologers have rushed to Jialan Province to help in the battle. The remaining astrology apprentices can't get rid of the backlash of the plane turmoil, and the astrological observatory has been unable to start for more than half a month......"

"It is impossible to predict the invasion of the enemy in advance, we understand that. After all, the fate of the plane has been messed up by many heterotopic powerhouses, and no one wants to spy on something from it. However, now the enemy has invaded Ryan Province and attacked three Arcane Towers. Don't...... Can't you see anything in this situation?"

Although the bald sorceress only has 3 rings, with her noble status as an astrologer, she can still talk to Freira on an equal footing.

Hearing Freira's questioning, she closed her eyes in pain and said with difficulty, "There are three enemies! Two of them have been shrouded by an unusually mysterious power, making it impossible for our Eye of Destiny to get close. ”

"And what about the other one? Who the hell are they?"

"Wizard...... They are evil wizards from the wizarding world!"

Immediately, there was a loud gasping sound on the table.

Although it was only a group of wizards who invaded, it was far easier to deal with than the rest of the enemies.

But that refers to the Ruijing Garden Floating City in the heyday of the Arcane Empire, which has the strength to compete with the evil wizards who came from across the border. But now, most of the Great Arcanists who are good at fighting have been transferred, and the only remaining Great Arcanist of the Five Rings is still a dossier scholar.

In such a situation, even if it is a wizard who is weaker among the many enemies, the battle situation is still not much more optimistic for Ruijing Garden Floating City.

After all, if the other party dares to cross the border, then it must be a group of elite high-level wizards who smuggle over. With their powerful combat power at killing, plague, curses, and sneak attacks, it will be extremely difficult for the Floating City to draw a team of arcanists who are strong enough to fight them!

With the Floating City in their backs and powerful arcane facilities, the Arcanists may still have the strength to fight them. Leaving the Floating City and the Arcane Tower, even if the two sides are of the same rank and have not much difference in equipment, the Arcanist is far from being an opponent for evil wizards who specialize in fighting and killing.

This is already an ironclad fact that the Arcanists have verified with the lives and blood of countless colleagues!

"Can you tell their offensive intentions?" Even the Great Arcanist of the Five Rings still felt a little tingling in his scalp when he heard the wizard's name, and couldn't help but hurriedly ask.

"The other two teams can't be tracked and can't judge...... And the only remaining team is made up of four Rank 4 wizards, and they are killing all the way to us!"

"Floating City...... Their goal is Floating City?" Friela could barely believe her ears.

This is the control center of Ruian Province, Ruijing Garden Floating City!

Those evil wizards had already been so unscrupulous that they dared to invade the still powerful Floating City with a mere team of four rank 4?

This...... It's incredible!

"Keep track of this wizarding team at all times, and report back to me as soon as there is any movement. In addition, inform all the Arcane Towers stationed in various places not to worry about the energy loss of the elemental pool, and immediately enter the highest state of alert, and never allow those evil wizards to intrude into the Arcane Towers casually......"

"Yes!"

"Also, the Arcane Vigilance must be dispatched immediately to find those evil wizards and wipe them out on the outskirts of the Plains of Flower Language. The three Floating Cities in Ryan Province are responsible for 17% of the arcane energy supply of the extraterritorial battlefield, and we must not allow evil wizards to destroy our energy system in a disorderly manner!"

"Yes!"

There are three floating cities in Ryan Province, and the other party has sent three groups of powerful wizards...... If you want to say that there is no connection in this, they don't believe it.

All the arcanists in attendance couldn't help but feel heavy on their hearts.

They had a hunch that these three groups of wizards might have come for the Arcane Empire's energy logistics supply system.

Once they disrupted the energy transmission here, the Grand Arcanists who were still fighting against many powerful enemies outside the plane barrier were also cut off from their energy supply. At that time, I am afraid that the entire Arcane Empire will no longer be able to stop many evil creatures from invading the Morian plane!

While everyone was discussing and discussing, the entire Floating City suddenly shook slightly, and a huge pillar of energy light rose from the arcane light tower in the center of the city, piercing through the heavenly dome, and falling into a place outside the plane barrier.

There, too, there is a majestic floating fortress, channeling torrents of energy into the near-dry elemental pools in strange ways. The Floating Fortress's energy reserves also began to fill up at a rate visible to the naked eye.

And 2,000 kilometers away from the floating fortress, there is an extraterritorial battlefield of flesh and blood, life and death.

The swarming strange monsters and the waiting floating fortresses collided and slashed, and pillars of energy soaked in the aura of destruction swept across the battlefield. Everywhere he went, all beasts were destroyed, and flesh and blood were burned.

However, this kind of fight is also extremely energy-consuming.

So, every once in a while, a floating fortress the size of a small continent would leave the battlefield and float back to near the walls of the Morrian plane. Then, anchored there to communicate with the floating city inside the plane, began to recharge ultra-long-range energy.

In the vast continent of Kentos, there are three floating cities floating above the leyline nodes, serving as a midway transfer of arcane energy.

Once the process of recharging is complete, the Floating City will have a brief period of energy exhaustion. And during this period, it is also the most vulnerable to enemy attacks.

In order to protect the Floating City from the attacks of evil wizards, the towering Arcane Towers shook their bodies and flew away from the Ruijing Garden, towards a place at the end of the sky.
