There are five chapters in "Xuanling Shangfa", which are divided into: spiritual formula, star formula, return to truth, spiritual change, and Xuanling true self.

Xuanling is on the law, the respect of all laws. Draw the spirit of heaven and earth, and raise the body without extinguishing. Take the nine paths of the aura of heaven and earth, and plant the dantian qi sea to take root. Through the circulation of the seven meridians and eight veins, the acupuncture points around the body are built as the foundation. Return to the chaos of all laws, and nourish the nine spirits to the mystery.

Induction formula:

Heaven and earth are full of energy, and the Tao is different. Feel the movement and see the changes. There are nine dragons around the sun, and there are five Jiao into the sea. When the mind is relaxed, you can understand the mysteries. Exhale and breathe, meditate. As soon as you breathe in and out, the spring is quiet. Finally, the clouds can see the sun, and the willows and flowers will be bright.

The first Reiki implantation mantra:

The Fifth Reiki Implantation Mantra:

The Ninth Reiki Implantation Mantra:

The silk bamboo went to turn the ear door, and the ear door was like a hook. The wind and the two heavens enter the two shoulders, and the aura flows to the outer gate.
