The security guard on the first floor openly flirted with female employees during working hours, and there is no doubt that this is a big problem in the management of the enterprise.

This kind of phenomenon had never happened in Lin Cheng's previous life.

It is true that except for Ai Wei's films, Lin Cheng is extremely disgusted with everything in the Japanese country, but it is undeniable that the Japanese enterprises have always been extremely strict in terms of enterprise management, and the management level is far beyond that of domestic enterprises.

In the previous life, as a Sino-Japanese joint venture, Sanhua was very strict in management, and there was never any indecent phenomenon that happened just now.

But in this life, after Lin Cheng acquired Sanhua, the Japanese and Japanese management personnel have been rolled up, and Lin Cheng does not value the development of Sanhua, and adopts a free-range attitude towards Sanhua, so Sanhua's management is naturally relaxed.

At this time, Gu Jinzhou's courage was almost frightened, his own people knew his own affairs, of course he knew that Sanhua Factory had a big mistake in management.

However, Sanhua Factory was established in 1991, and it has been nearly ten years, and the company's internal relationship is extremely tortuous and complex, which is really a headache.

At first, it was good that the Japanese management pressed it, but after the Japanese management got out, all the cows, ghosts, snakes and gods of the Sanhua factory ran out, even if Gu Jinzhou had the heart to rectify, but he was powerless to return to heaven!

As the general manager of Sanhua Electronics Factory, who was transferred from Lin's four years ago, Gu Jinzhou still has a lot of complaints about Lin Cheng, because Sanhua Factory is the product of Lin Cheng's hot brain acquisition, and has little to do with other enterprises of Lin's Group, Lin Cheng's support for Sanhua Factory is very little, and Gu Jinzhou is quite alone in Sanhua Factory.

It was not until the beginning of last year that the electronic enterprises under the Lin Group have made continuous efforts, BBK, OPPO, vivo marketing all over the world, Sanhua factory as a veteran electronics company, which has begun to receive the attention of the group head office, and has successively received OEM contracts from BBK, OPPO and other Lin's internal enterprises.

However, compared with the enterprise founded by Lin Cheng, the management mechanism of Sanhua Factory is independent of the Lin Group, and the only executives sent from Lin to Sanhua Factory are Gu Jinzhou and Qin Lanxin, Minister of Finance, and the impact on Sanhua Factory is very small.

As for the inspection institutions such as the internal security department and the supervision department, which are unique to the Lin Group, they are almost extinct in the Sanhua plant and are completely covered up by the security department of the Sanhua plant.

Lin Xiaoran saw that Lin Cheng's face was black throughout the whole process, and the senior management of Sanhua was also trembling, the atmosphere was extremely heavy, and the woman's benevolence was attacked, so he couldn't help but persuade: "I think, the scene I saw just now should be an isolated phenomenon, Mr. Lin, you don't need to be so angry, right?"

Gu Jinzhou and the others saw that there were steps to go down, and hurriedly said: "Yes, yes, everyone usually abides by the company's regulations, and the scene just now is definitely an isolated case." ”

At this time, the group had already arrived in the conference room, Lin Cheng didn't need to save face for them, he glared and shouted: "In broad daylight, security guards and female employees dare to flirt at work, if it is in the middle of the night, wouldn't they be on the spot!"

Field-in-place?

When everyone thought of that kind of picture, they couldn't help but want to laugh, but when they saw Lin Cheng's gloomy face, they were all silent and didn't dare to make a sound.

"Kara, Kara!"

After entering the conference room, Lin Cheng took the lead and sat directly in the main seat, Lin Xiaoran, as Lin Cheng's side, also sat down honestly and unceremoniously, and the other senior executives of Sanhua Factory had to sit down smoothly.

The mood of the senior management at this time was quite apprehensive, or that sentence, their family knew their own affairs, and Lin Cheng's sudden inspection broke the calm atmosphere of Sanhua Factory.

If Lin Cheng had sent a notice a few days in advance that he would come to Sanhua for inspection, then the executives of Sanhua Factory, who were very good at superficial kung fu, would definitely clean up the Sanhua Factory, so that Lin Cheng could not find the slightest problem.

But Lin Cheng made a surprise attack, and he didn't give them half a point of preparation at all, so the absurd scene of the female employee sitting on the lap of the security guard on the first floor of the manufacturing department flirting and scolding was displayed in front of Lin Cheng.

Seeing that everyone was sitting down, Lin Cheng asked, "Are all the people here?" The security guards on the first floor of the manufacturing department, as well as the direct boss of the female employee, are all here?"

The matter involved the Ministry of Security and the Ministry of Manufacturing, and the Minister of Security Kuang Yuming and the Minister of Manufacturing Lao Denuo hurriedly stood up and said: "Someone has been arranged to call them, pay off Mr. Lin and wait." ”

Lin Cheng glanced at Kuang Yuming and said curiously: "It stands to reason that the security departments of factories and enterprises are generally at the section chief level, why is our Sanhua factory at the ministerial level?"

Kuang Yuming was stunned when he heard this, what did Lin Cheng mean by this?

Zhou Huaixuan, deputy general manager of Sanhua Plant, explained: "Mr. Lin, you may not know that there are more than 3,000 employees in Sanhua Plant, and most of the employees are female workers, so there are always places where management is not in place.

Therefore, in order to facilitate management, after the meeting of our senior executives, we decided to expand the power of the security department, expand the security department of more than 10 people to the security department of more than 50 people, and entrust part of the power and responsibility of enterprise management to the security department. ”

Kuang Yuming added: "Vice President Zhou is right, our security department is not only responsible for managing people, but also responsible for taking care of the company's valuable property, take the SMT workshop of the manufacturing department as an example, the SMT workshop has twelve production lines, and the machinery and equipment of each production line are more than 5 million yuan, and the Sanyo machine imported from the Japanese country is as high as 12 million.

If our security department does not have enough security forces, once the machinery and equipment are stolen and damaged, the loss will be quite huge, and no one can afford this huge responsibility at that time. ”

Lin Cheng glanced at the two of them and said, "So, the security department is still a very important department in Sanhua Factory?"

"Of course!" Kuang Yuming nodded and said: "It is precisely because the security department bears a very heavy responsibility for the Sanhua factory, our security department has formulated quite strict recruitment conditions when recruiting security guards, first of all, the security guards must be veterans, and perform well in the army, have no bad habits, have a strong sense of collective honor, and emphasize that all actions are under command." ”

Lin Cheng asked: "In that case, how do you explain the indecent scene that appeared today? What is the company's clear stipulation? I pay them wages, do you invite them to come to the factory to fall in love?"

Lin Cheng's series of questions were like slaps on Kuang Yuming's face one after another, and Kuang Yuming saw the leader who was furious for the first time, and his legs and stomachs were weak.

Zhou Huaixuan couldn't help but defend his henchmen: "Mr. Lin, as the saying goes, there are all kinds of birds when the forest is big, there are too many Chinese, no matter what unit, there will always be one or two black sheep appearing, you can't overturn a boatload of people with one rod!"
