The administrative division code is a string of six-digit numbers, that is, the first six digits of the Huaxia national resident ID card, and no administrative region does not have this string of independent six-digit administrative division codes, so the administrative region has not been recognized by the State Council and belongs to the ranks of administrative "black households".

If it is just a problem with the ID code, it will be fine, but in fact, the identity of the administrative "black household" in the Fengshan Management Area has caused great trouble to the residents living in the Fengshan Management Area, and has also seriously affected the social and economic development of the Fengshan Management Area.
