Chapter 7 The Great Tang Star Division
Li Chunfeng's achievements:
The astronomical armillary sphere invented by Luo Xiahong in the Han Dynasty was improved, and the ecliptic, equator, and white path were added to make astronomical observation more convenient and accurate, and it was the most advanced astronomical observation instrument in the world at that time. The armillary spheres made after the Tang Dynasty www.biquge.info pen "Fun" are all imitating this structure, and the ancient armillary spheres copied by the Purple Mountain Observatory in Nanjing are also imitating this structure.
Presided over by the edict and annotated by Liang Shu, a doctor of Chinese mathematics, and Wang Zhenru, an assistant professor of Taixue, the "Zhou Ji Sutra" and the "Ten Classics of Ancient Calculation" were issued as national textbooks, which are the earliest mathematics textbooks in the world and have a great and far-reaching influence on oriental mathematics in later generations. China, Japan, North Korea, Vietnam and other countries have continued to use it until modern times. Dr. Joseph Needham called it "the greatest annotation of mathematical works in the entire history of China."
At the age of twenty-five, he wrote a book to improve the "Wuyin Yuan Calendar", and Tang Taizong personally presided over the expert review, and finally adopted Li Chunfeng's seven suggestions.
When compiling the Book of Jin and the Astronomical Chronicles, he summarized that the tail of the Hui Xing, "when you see at night, you point to the east, and when you see in the morning, you point to the west", often reciting the law of the sun, more than 900 years earlier than the West. It was praised by Joseph Needham as "a treasure trove of astronomical knowledge" and had a profound impact on the development of astronomy in later generations.
Collecting the results of nearly 40 years of astronomical observation and calculation, he compiled the "Lin De Calendar", which became his masterpiece in the Taishi Bureau, and the surgeon called it precise.
During the seclusion in Chunfeng Village, he used his own design of the "three-legged chicken wind moving mark" to observe and measure the wind, and set the wind as eight levels, and became the first ancient scientist in the world to grade the wind, 1000 years later, the European Pu Fu was divided into 13 levels of wind according to the degree of influence of the wind on ground objects or the sea surface.
At the age of twenty-five, he compiled seven volumes of the "Chronicles of the Elephants" of astronomical observations and calculus;
He was instructed to compile and annotate the Book of Jin, the Book of Sui, and the History of the Five Dynasties;
He is the author of "Wen Si Bo Yao", "Acting Qi Min Yao Shu", etc.;
He is the author of "The Book of Houses" and is respected as a feng shui master;
He is the author of "The Yin and Yang Sutra of the Six Ren", and is respected as the ancestor of the Liuren;
He is the author of the first astrological masterpiece in ancient China, Yi Si Zhan, which is known as the encyclopedia of ancient Chinese astrology and is a monograph on ancient meteorology, which has important cultural and scientific historical value.
He wrote "Golden Lock Liuzhu Introduction" and "Taishang Chiwen Cave God Three Seals Note" and became a classic Taoist masterpiece and became a Taoist celebrity in the Tang Dynasty.
Co-authored with Yuan Tiangang "Tui Bei Tu", which predicted historical events such as "Taiping Heavenly Kingdom", "Qing Soldiers Entering the Customs", and "Japanese Invasion of China", and was known as the Oriental Prophecy Book for the Ages;
Therefore, Yang Weizhen of the Ming Dynasty pointed out: "Those who know the astronomical calendar in ancient and modern times should be the first to recommend Li Chunfeng."
Let's introduce Yuan Tiangang again: Yuan Tiangang is an astronomer, astrologer, forecaster, xiangshi, and Taoist priest of the Tang Dynasty. A native of Chengdu, Sichuan. His father, Yuan Ji, served as the Sicang of Liangzhou, and his grandfather Yuan Song, during the Zhou Dynasty, successively served as the county guard and chariot general of Puyang and Pujiang counties in the Qianwei region. Great-ancestor Yuan Da, who served as the assassin of Jiang and Huang in the Liang Dynasty, and served as the county guard of Tianshui and Huairen in the Zhou Dynasty. Yuan Tiangang spent his teenage years in loneliness and poverty. He was fond of learning and learning his skills, and he was proficient in physiognomy. In the Sui period, it was a salt official order, and in the Tang Dynasty, it was a volcano order. He is the author of "Six Lessons", "Five Elements Picture Book", "Push Back Map", "Yuan Tiangang Called Bone Song" and so on. Tongzhi bibliographies, which has a volume of "Yi Jing Xuanyao".
Yuan Tiangang is known for his physiognomy. When he was in Luoyang, he gave Du Yan, Wang Qi, and Wei Ting a face-to-face, and predicted that Du Yan would become famous all over the world because of his noble articles; Wang Qi would be a general to the fifth rank in less than ten years; and Wei Ting, who looked like a tiger, would become a military attaché. He also predicted that the three of them would be demoted after they became officials, and everyone would meet again at that time. Sure enough, during the reign of Tang Gaozu Wude, Du Yan was selected as a bachelor of Tiance with the history of serving the emperor, and the crown prince Li Jiancheng recommended Wang Qi to be the prince of Wupin, Zhongyun, and Wei Ting was appointed as the military attache Zuo Wei rate. When the three of them were having a smooth sailing career, they didn't expect to be demoted to Junzhou together by the palace coup, and they met Yuan Tiangang here again. Yuan Tiangang once again predicted that "the public class will be expensive in the end", and in the end, they will be officials to the third grade, and the future and ending of the three people will be verified later, which is not surprising. In the early years of Tang Taizong's Zhenguan, Yuan Tiangang was already famous all over the world for his physiognomy predictions, and Tang Taizong Li Shimin summoned Yuan Tiangang to praise the essence and profundity of his techniques, and asked him: "In ancient times, there was Junping (Yan Junping of the Han Dynasty, a master of mathematics), and now I am Deqing, what is it?" Yuan Tiangang replied that Yan Junping was born at the wrong time, and the ministers were much stronger than him! In the Jiucheng Palace, he asked him to look at the faces of Zhang Xingcheng, Ma Zhou, and others, who were important ministers of Zhenguan, and the predictions were all accurate.
One of the most famous allusions is that Yuan Tiangang looked at the empress Wu Zetian, which became Yuan Tiangang's physiognomy legend: when Wu Zetian was still a child, Yuan Tiangang was surprised when he saw Wu Zetian's mother Yang and said: "Mrs. Fasheng is a noble son!" Wu Zetian's mother led her two sons Wu Yuanqing and Wu Yuanshuang out to let Yuan Tiangang face each other, but Yuan Tiangang said at a glance that he could be an official to the third grade, but he was just the master who could protect the family, and it was not very expensive. Yang also called out Wu Zetian's sister (later named Mrs. Han) to let Yuan Tiangang look, Yuan Tiangang said, "This woman is expensive and not good for the husband!" Finally, the nanny brought out Wu Zetian who was dressed in boy's clothes, Yuan Tiangang was shocked when he saw Wu Zetian in swaddling clothes, saying that she "has dragon eyes and phoenix neck, extremely expensive!" But said regretfully: "It's a pity that it is a man, if it is a woman, she should be the lord of the world!" The historical process has been said by him in advance! Later, Wu Zetian's power swept the world and favored Yuan Tiangang, which is a later story.
Yuan Tiangang and Li Chunfeng, two strange people, appeared in the same world, and they were in perfect harmony, I don't know if it was a historical coincidence or God's intentional arrangement. The first strange book of Chinese prophecy, "Tui Bei Tu", was co-authored by the two of them, and it is the most classic prophetic masterpiece in Chinese history. The rigor of his creation, the rigor of his thinking, and the miracle of his fulfillment greatly surpass the great prophecy of Nostradamus in the West, "The Centuries". It takes the Chinese philosophy of symbolism and numbers as its theoretical basis, and makes a fatalistic expression of Confucian political philosophy through 60 diagrams: on the one hand, it expounds the historical concept of chaos in which the world is divided for a long time, and it must be divided for a long time, and on the other hand, it expounds the political concept of the separation of men and women in ruling by the way of one yin and one yang; on the other hand, it shows to future generations that human history will eventually move towards a world of great harmony in which people do not distinguish between black and white, land and north and south, no city, no government, no self, and one family. This is the political ideal of Confucianism, and it is also the historical destiny revealed by Tui Beitu.
At that time, Li Chunfeng used Zhou Yi gossip to calculate, but he didn't expect to be addicted to it as soon as he calculated it, and he was out of control, and he actually calculated the fate of China after the Tang Dynasty for more than 2,000 years, until Yuan Tiangang pushed his back and said: "The heavenly machine can not be leaked again, let's go back and rest", so this prophetic book is named "Tui Bei Tu". There are a total of 60 images in "Tui Bei Tu", and sixty represents the meaning of the cycle repeating. Each image is accompanied by a proverb and a poem that predicts the major events in Chinese history from the Tang Dynasty to the future world harmony. The predicted historical facts of the descendants have not been completely over until now!
The first 43 images (a total of 60 images) in the "Tui Bei Tu" have been revealed by history, and their mystery and accuracy are incomprehensible. The 17 unclassified images and prophecies are still mysterious.
Because of its accurate prediction, the rulers of all dynasties were frightened and have been listed as a banned book. Unlike the "Centuries" written by the famous Western prophet Nosa Damus, the push back map does not disrupt the order of history, and the predictions are all about the rise and fall of countries, so it is more valuable for research and more accurate. And the most gratifying thing is that it is the opposite of the pessimistic world predicted by "The Centuries", which predicts that the world will be one and the world will be happy and happy, which is encouraging.
