The construction of these two centers was determined by Tagawa after consulting the opinions of various project teams, and was well received by the project teams. Some of the project teams did not last too long, and they might have completed the study and cancelled without the conveniences of it, but that still did not stop them from looking forward to and supporting the two centers. After all, Tagawa has established a long-term cooperation with their unit, and even after the project is completed, they will still have the opportunity to conduct new research and teaching work here.

Unlike temporary houses such as color steel houses used in other buildings on the farm, the buildings of the two centers are sturdy and permanent, and the local government has obtained legal approval procedures for the construction of the houses, and Tagawa wants to treat the two centers as a long-term job.

When it came time to approve these buildings, Tagawa was not hindered in any way. Bases 2 and 3 are under the jurisdiction of Ji Province. Although Hebei Province is the closest province to the capital, its education is really good, and not a single institution of higher learning has been included in the first batch of 211 universities, and the admission rate of the college entrance examination is also surprisingly low. The prospect of the two pilot centers in Tagawa having the potential to become the most influential comprehensive research center for green and healthy agriculture in the country is enough to make local leaders excited.

The construction progress of the comprehensive test center and the comprehensive service center is rapid, in just over a month, two frame-type three-story buildings in each base have risen from the ground, and the interior and exterior eaves decoration has begun, and various test equipment has been transported one after another, and the installation and commissioning have begun.

Leaders of local governments and research institutes, as well as leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Education, were invited to attend the opening ceremony.
