Chapter 170: A Taste of Revenge
Hermione screamed at Snape, Blake stood up and looked at each other angrily, and Harry jumped to his feet as if he had been electrocuted.
"Don't be so surprised, I got a little help from Mr. Weasley, it does make a lot of sense, and I have to thank him!" Snape turned sideways, his wand firmly pointed at Sirius Black's chest.
Beside him, Ron walked into the common room with a blank face, his eyes glazed over at Harry, Hermione, and Sirius Black.
Harry and Hermione watched in disbelief, looking at Ron with heartache, not understanding why he was doing this, why he was luring Snape over.
Even though he knew that Ron was being controlled, Harry still felt that he could not forgive him, and he had never hated Ron so much as he did now.
"Mr. Weasley provided me with a very useful prop. Snape gasped for breath a little, and with an irrepressible sense of triumph, he took out the map and threw it on the ground, "Remember this parchment, Potter?"
"Live map!" Harry and Hermione exclaimed again, and even Blake looked in surprise at the parchment that Snape had thrown to the ground.
Hermione burst into tears, remembering that before Evan left, she told herself that he had gone to Professor Lupin's office to find a map of the living spots.
But this map is in the hands of Ron and Snape, does that mean that Evan has met Peter Pettigrew?
How is he doing now, is there something unexpected?
"This map!" Snape stared at Blake, his eyes glowing, "Just one glance and I understood everything I needed to understand, I saw you walking down the aisle into the Gryffindor Tower, you now"
"Shut up, snot!" Blake looked at Snape angrily, looking like he might pounce at any moment, "Why are you at Hogwarts?!"
"Obviously, by the time you were imprisoned in Azkaban for murder, I had become a professor, a Potions professor!" Snape looked at Blake, his eyes glowing feverishly, "Who of us would have thought that this would be the case more than a decade later?! ”
"You deserve it!" Blake said with a sneer, clenching his fists, "you used to sneak around and wonder what we were doing, hoping to get us fired." So I'm going to show you how to get into the Screaming Shack, and let you follow Lupin in and see it all at once. I remember the day when Jaime rescued you, you even peed your pants in fright. ”
"Shut up!" Snape roared, a few sparks coming from the end of his wand.
"Afraid to remember the troubles of your school days?" Blake looked at Snape disdainfully, "You're still the same as before, snot! Jaime shouldn't have saved you back then!"
"He's not saving me, he's saving yourselves. Snape's expression contorted, his breathing becoming rapid, "Look at what that werewolf did, attacking his own students"
"You scumbag, Lupin wouldn't do that kind of thing. ”
Black roared and lunged at Snape, but Snape's magic was between Black's eyes.
They glared at each other, unable to tell whose hatred was deeper on their faces.
"Professor Lupin is innocent, and Sirius is innocent!" Harry shouted, stepping between Snape and Black.
"Trust us, Professor Snape. Hermione followed suit, "It's all Pettigrew."
"Shut up, Potter! Shut up, Granger!" Snape spat and squinted, "You two are already in danger of being suspended from school, it's so unfortunate that you're in the company of proven murderers and werewolves!"
"We don't, it's all Peter Pettigrew"
"Be silent, Potter, even if it's just once in your life. ”
"Everything that is happening now is a conspiracy, Peter Pettigrew has taken control of Ron, and it was he who wronged Professor Lupin last night, he" Hermione said eagerly.
"Shut up, you stupid girl!" Snape shouted, suddenly going berserk, "if the empty-headed Weasley doesn't learn to give his poor brain a little protection, there's a chance anyone can control him." But I don't care, I don't care if he's controlled, I don't care if the werewolf is innocent, I don't care if there's any conspiracy, I just have to catch Blake now, I just have to give him to the Dementors!"
He screamed in rage, the expression on his face contorted, and a few sparks erupted from the end of his wand, which was still pointed at Blake's face.
Harry and Hermione stepped back, their faces pale, not knowing what to say, they had never seen Snape look like this.
"The taste of revenge is very sweet. Snape said to Black, "How I wished I had caught you that was me, now is the time for revenge."
"Just grab that mouse, catch Peter Pettigrew, and I'll be back in Azkaban quietly, even if I stay in it for the rest of my life."
"Azkaban?!" Snape smiled grimly, "I don't think there's any need to bother, all I need to do is get you out of the castle, and those Dementors outside the castle will be very happy to see you, Blake." I dare say they'll be so happy that they'd love to give you a little kiss right away!"
Hearing his words, the little blood left on Blake's face was now gone.
"You can't do that, you have to listen to me, that boy's mouse"
"Scared?!" Snape's eyes had a sparkle that had never been seen before, "when you betrayed them to that man, when you told the location of their house, you should have imagined that one day." ”
"No, I don't"
"You killed her, so you deserve to die too!" said Snape, word for word, in a grotesque voice, as if he had lost his mind.
Harry suddenly noticed that there seemed to be a slight glint of tears in the corners of Snape's eyes.
It must have been an illusion, Harry blinked, and when he looked closely, all he could see was mad hatred in Snape's eyes.
Hatred had consumed Snape, and he was tasting revenge. (To be continued.) )
