The Yijiang-class inland river patrol boat is a relatively advanced inshore/inland river military patrol ship, and the development of this inland river patrol ship is mainly aimed at the military operations that may be launched by the southern Burmese government in the southern part of the coastline and the lower reaches of the Yijiang River.

The Yijiang-class Type 680 inland river patrol boat has a full load displacement of 680 tons, a total length of 61.4 meters, a width of 9.5 meters, and a draft of 2.9 meters. The main engine is a diesel engine, twin shaft, power 14800 kilowatts, maximum speed 25 knots.

Equipped with an advanced thermal imaging search system, sonar and four C802J shipborne anti-ship missiles, 40 mm anti-aircraft guns, 25 mm machine guns, 300-pound TNT depth charges and mine tracks, etc., it can undertake a variety of tasks such as supporting large warships, fishery protection, anti-submarine, mine-laying and coastal patrols.

In addition to the 680 type, the Yijiang-class inland river patrol boat also has a variety of different displacement models such as the 360 type, the 240 type, the 130 type, and the 60 type, some of which are suitable for the sea with high winds and waves, and some are suitable for narrow inland waterways.

At present, the Ijang Inland River Fleet has a total of 22 ships of different sizes and types, which is an important part of the North Burma Navy.

The reason why he chose to take the Yijiang waterway was that Yang Weiping also wanted to stop by to see the equipment and training of the Yijiang inland river fleet.

Although North Burma and South Burma signed the "20th Parallel Armistice Agreement", Yang Weiping knew that all the agreements were used to tear up, and the reunification of Burma in the future was inevitable. The direct route from the Yijiang River to Yangon is a very convenient offensive route, so it is absolutely necessary to build a strong river fleet.

After disembarking from the Ringanqiang Yijiang Wharf, Yang Weiping and Yang Xinru and a group of six people took two military Humvee H1 off-road vehicles provided by the Ringanqiang Military Sub-district and went straight to the Ringanqiang Oilfield.

This is Yang Weiping's first ride to experience this Tiangong Hummer H1 military off-road vehicle manufactured by Tiangong-AMG Automobile Company. After sitting on it, I was quite satisfied with the comfort, interior decoration and power performance of this military off-road vehicle along the way.
