The closing ceremony of the film festival is the same as the opening ceremony, and the leader's speech must be indispensable. Fortunately, the leaders who delivered speeches at the closing ceremony did not want to have so many opening ceremonies, so they entered the award ceremony very openly.

The first award was the Lifetime Achievement Award, and this award was given to director Zhang Huaxun, and it was Tsui Hark who presented him with the award.
