Chapter 845

According to the previous agreement with Zhang Yimou, after Song Zheng set off this public opinion war, Zhang Yimou, Chen Kaige, Feng Xiaogang and other internationally renowned directors, as well as some showbiz stars will stand up to support Song Zheng, which is naturally indispensable to Cheng Long, Li Lianjie and other international movie stars.

After this press conference, people from all walks of life in China's entertainment industry took action to bombard Spielberg and those Hollywood stars who had previously claimed to boycott the Yenching Olympics.

"The Olympics have nothing to do with politics, and it is a pity that Spielberg, an internationally renowned director, made a very wrong decision, he not only hurt the feelings of the Chinese people, but also tarnished the Olympics. ”

"Anyone with a conscience knows that the Chinese government has always been committed to maintaining world peace and stability, on the contrary, some erroneous ideas exported by some countries to the outside world are the main culprits that lead to the turmoil in the world, but some people do not know self-examination and self-examination, but instead blame China for no reason, and even kidnap politics with the Olympic Games, which makes people very disappointed and angry!"

"A very small number of people have expressed their desire to boycott the Olympic Games, thinking that this will make the Chinese who have already stood up with their backs and poles submit to them again, and for such people, I just want to say to them that this is whimsical, since the Chinese have stood up, they will definitely not lie down again!"

"It's just some clowns who jump beams, the Chinese will prove their ability, and we will host the most successful Olympic Games in history, absolutely unprecedented!"

Representatives of the performing arts, literary and artistic circles, and sports circles have expressed their support for the Yenching Olympic Games, and some people have also said that for those who declare that they want to boycott the Olympic Games, their films and endorsed goods will be spontaneously boycotted by the people in China.

For a time, some Hollywood stars who only cared about the pain and pain before panicked, now China is not the past, as the world's second largest economy, as the world's fastest growing country, China's market, is difficult for them to give up, if it really comes to the point that their works, the goods they endorse are fully boycotted by the Chinese, their losses can be great.

As a result, Hollywood stars, who were still excited, as if they really stood on the moral high ground, relented and apologized for their previous inappropriate words and deeds, and as for whether the Chinese people bought their accounts, it was another matter.

Of course, there are also some Hollywood stars who put on a posture of a dead pig who is not afraid of boiling water, and continue to bark wildly, but unfortunately, no one will bird them anymore.

As the first to stand up, he will face no small trouble for Spielberg and those Song Zheng who have declared that they want to boycott the Yenching Olympics.

Those Hollywood stars may change their attitudes because of the Chinese market, but the Chinese market is not relevant to some Americans at all, they live on the other side of the world, and they don't care about the attitude of the Chinese people.

Thereupon~~~~~~~~~~

"I regret that although Lionsgate and I personally support the Yenching Olympics, Lionsgate's main market is the United States, and we have to take into account the sentiments of some of the more radical people in the people. ”

On the day of the press conference, someone from Lionsgate came to the door, and it was the vice president of Lionsgate, a middle-aged fat man named Chris Hoover.

The words are very euphemistic, but the meaning is very clear, the movie "Inception", people want to withdraw their investment.

In this regard, Song Zheng was not surprised at all, nor did he feel angry, this was what he expected: "I also regret it, but I can understand your thoughts, I can accept all the decisions made by your company, Mr. Hoover, please understand." ”

Hoover is really sorry, the script of "Inception", he was the first to see Lionsgate, when he got this script, he had a hunch that this would be a film that detonated Hollywood, and after its release, it would be 100% sensational, but unfortunately, for some considerations, he had to make this decision.

"Song, I think we can only end this cooperation, of course, as compensation, the money that has been invested in this film, we will not pursue it, as long as it is ~~~~~~~"

"No, for every dollar Lionsgate puts into this film, I'll give it back. Song Zheng didn't wait for the other party to finish, and directly interrupted him.

"No, Song, you don't need this, this is our problem, you have not violated any of the terms of the cooperation agreement, according to the original agreement, we should compensate you for your losses, but, you know, Lionsgate is not a big company, a mistake in investment may cause immeasurable losses to Lionsgate, so ~~~~~~"

"No! No! No! Mr. Hoover, we have a saying in China called legal principles are nothing more than human feelings, compared to cold contracts, agreements, we Chinese are more willing to talk about friendship, according to the friendship to do things, before the cooperation between our two companies was very pleasant, to both of us have brought a lot of benefits, although this time, for some reasons, resulting in cooperation can not continue, but I still cherish the friendship between us, so, please do not refuse!"

Hoover really didn't know what to say, hesitated for a moment, and nodded gratefully: "Song! Lionsgate will continue to cherish our friendship!"

After sending Chris Hoover away, Song Zheng called Zhang Xu directly: "Brother Zhang! Lionsgate is going to be withdrawn, what is the mood of those actors in the crew, if anyone asks to terminate the contract, they will all be accepted." ”

"Director Song, don't worry, the actors have already said hello, and no one has any intention of terminating the contract, but Lionsgate has withdrawn, how can we shoot this scene!?

Song Zheng said: "Lionsgate doesn't take the initiative to ask for someone, we will pretend to be confused, and we will shoot how we want, but in the past few days, we have been steady, notify first, the crew will suspend filming, when will it continue, and we will notify you separately!"

Song Zheng hung up the phone after speaking, and then called Wang Jinghua: "Sister Hua, help me book a ticket back to China." ”

Matter, Song Zheng did it, troublesome, he also admitted it, but this up-and-coming bird can't just do it for nothing, and the above has to give him an explanation anyway.

"What's wrong? I'm going to go back to China to avoid the limelight!?"

Song Zheng turned his head and looked at Fan Bingbing, who had been sitting quietly on the side, and said with a smile: "Hide from the limelight, I'm going to go back and ask for a reward!"
