The last four worlds are the enlightened worlds of the sages, namely the realms of shravaka, karma, bodhisattvas, and Buddhas.

108 - It means seeking the right thing for one hundred and eight samadhi, and cutting off one hundred and eight kinds of afflictions. The general saying of the one hundred and eight afflictions is that there are six roots, namely the eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, each with the three sufferings of suffering, happiness, and renunciation, which are combined into eighteen.

Each of the six roots has three kinds of good, evil, and peace, which are combined into eighteen kinds, for a total of thirty-six kinds, and then the three worlds are combined into one hundred and eight kinds of afflictions.

54 - represents the 54 stages of the bodhisattva's practice, namely the ten faiths, dwellings, ten elements, ten dedications, ten grounds, and four good root causes.

42 – Represents the 42 stages of the bodhisattva's spiritual process, namely the 10 dwellings, the 10 elements, the 10 dedications, the 10 grounds, the equal enlightenment, and the wonderful enlightenment.

36 – the same meaning as 108. For easy portability, divide 108 capsules into three portions.

27 – Represents the twenty-seven virtuous positions of the four directions and four fruits of Hinayana practice, i.e., the eighteen of the first four three fruits of learning and the ninth of the fourth Goa arhats.

21 - Representing 21 of the ten lands, the ten paramitas, the Buddha fruits, etc.

18 - commonly known as the "Eighteen Sons", the so-called "Eighteen" refers to the "Eighteen Worlds", that is, the six roots, the six dusts, and the six consciousnesses.

Six roots: 1, the eye, 2, the ear, 3, the nose, 4, the tongue, 5, the body, 6, the mind;

Six dusts: 1, color dust, 2, sound dust, 3, fragrant dust, 4, taste dust, 5, touch dust, 6, law dust;

Six Senses: 1. Eye, 2. Ear, 3. Nose, 4. Tongue, 5. Body, 6. Consciousness.

14 - It means that Guanyin Bodhisattva has the same compassion as all sentient beings such as the Ten Directions, the Three Worlds, and the Six Realms, so that all sentient beings can attain the fourteen fearless merits.

The 12 beads represent the "12 causes".

The bracelet in Zhou Rui's hand has twelve beads.

Most of the bracelets sold on the market now are twelve, and the long ones are generally one hundred and eight!
