Chapter 324: Li Bo's Reflections
Without a strong association and a complete set of training and competition mechanisms, it will be difficult for China's dog sports to move towards the international leading level.
After chatting with the nine-tailed fox Daxian, Li Bo, who rushed to Sanya first, has been thinking about this problem.
If it weren't for Daxian's reminder, he really hadn't seriously thought about it.
There is inertia in the human mind.
Li Bo's first contact with agile dog sports has to go back more than ten years, when there was no CKA in China, let alone any canine events.
At that time, Li Bo was just an ordinary pet dog lover.
But when he first accidentally saw a clip of a foreign agile dog race on TV, he was immediately fascinated by this sport full of speed and passion.
After reading it, he began to search the Internet for information on this subject, wanting to learn about it and even join the sport.
Unfortunately, even on the Internet, he can only find a small amount of information about FCI and USDAA competitions, and no one in China is engaged in the sport, let alone playing.
This is very regrettable for Li Bo.
But he was not discouraged.
At that time, he was purely attracted by the speed and passion of the project, and he didn't think about having to participate in the competition or anything.
Since there is no competition, let's play by ourselves!
However, in the absence of any foundation in China, it is not easy for him to play by himself.
Dogs are fine.
Although the border collie is a foreign dog breed, it can still be bought for a little more money.
But what about the dog after it was bought?
Want to take your dog to get trained in agility dogs?
Sorry, there are no such training institutions in the country, and there are no people who know how to train agile dogs.
It doesn't matter, if there is no place to train, we will explore it ourselves!
But it's not easy to figure it out on your own.
The biggest headache for Li Bo is that he can't even buy training equipment.
In desperation, he had no choice but to find information on the Internet, and then draw his own design drawings and find someone to process them.
This is how he started the Agile Dog movement.
He was lonely because there was no one to play with.
It wasn't until he slowly figured out a little bit of fame that people gradually became attracted to the sport and slowly joined his team.
Song Chengzhi was one of the first to join.
But even if someone plays together, it still can't be fun.
It's a fast and furious sport, so how can you enjoy it without a race?
But at that time, it was really difficult to organize a regular competition.
There are only a few people who play, and many dogs can't even complete a track, how can this race be organized?
As a result, the group of people at that time could only get together occasionally and compare them irregularly.
It wasn't until 2006 that Li Bo and others finally saw the light of day.
In that year, the CKA was established and a cooperation agreement was signed with FCI to introduce a whole range of FCI to China, including the Agile Dog Competition.
Li Bo was overjoyed, and he immediately organized an agile dog enthusiast club and began to invite more people to join the sport, preparing for the arrival of domestic agile dog competitions.
This club is the predecessor of the China Agile Dog Sports League.
In 2007, CKA held the first real Agile Dog Champion Exhibition in Beijing, and Li Bo and others finally had the opportunity to directly contact this event, and the domestic Agile Dog competition also had a difficult start.
Over the years, he has been working hard to develop the domestic agile dog sport.
But because of the existence of CKA, and because the domestic foundation is too weak, he never had the idea of organizing other competitions or establishing other associations by himself, but just worked hard around the FCI competition.
Then a few years later, the USDAA competition also began to enter China, and there were more opportunities to compete, and China's agile dog sport was slowly able to participate in international competitions, and he never had such an idea.
This is the inertia of thinking, also known as habit becoming nature.
Now, Li Bo has finally begun to reflect seriously.
He was reflecting on whether he had taken the right path in the past.
It's not wrong, but it's not right either.
Lee Bo soon came to such a conclusion.
The reason why I say this is because the domestic agile dog movement has developed from scratch and has developed to this point, which is quite difficult.
From another point of view, ten years have passed, and the foundation of the domestic agile dog movement is still so weak, it is indeed not a correct path.
Regarding the weak foundation, Li Bo is deeply aware of it.
After arriving in Sanya this time, as the referee of the Hainan station of the FCI Agile Dog World Championship China Qualifiers, he got the list of the game as soon as possible.
That's a pitiful number of entries!
China has a population of more than one billion people and 160 million dogs, but this time, the three levels combined, there are only more than 100 dogs in total.
That's a pitifully low percentage.
But Li Bo knew that this was already the largest one!
Alas, what a failure!
Li Bo sighed and walked out of the hotel room, ready to go to the airport to pick him up.
Rice grains and old black are coming!
Others can ignore it, but the rice grains who come to participate in this competition for the first time can be taken care of, which is an important figure who plays a key role in the Chinese canine sport.
But as soon as he walked out of the hotel door, he was stopped by a dark-skinned girl.
"Wow, Brother Bo, I finally met you in person!"
The girl looked a little excited.
"Brother Bo, my name is Li Mena, I am your fan, and my nickname in the live broadcast room is Black Princess, do you remember?"
The girl asked excitedly again.
"You're the Black Princess?"
This nickname Li Bo has an impression, this is a frequent visitor to the live broadcast room, and he often gives a reward, but he rarely speaks.
"Yes, yes, I came to you on purpose, but I don't know which room you live in, I asked for a long time, and the waiter refused to say, but fortunately I ran into it. ”
"Brother Bogo, can I invite you to dinner? I have a question for you. ”
Li Meina was really a little enthusiastic and said a lot in one breath.
Li Bo was immediately a little embarrassed.
The girl was too enthusiastic, which made him a little unaccustomed.
Moreover, he is not used to going to dinner alone with a girl who claims to be a fan.
"I'm sorry, I'm going to pick someone up at the airport now, wait for next time. ”
Fortunately, he has a valid excuse.
He shirked as he reached out to hail the taxi.
"Go to the airport, I'll take you there, I've got a car!"
She didn't seem to have any intention of letting Li Bo go easily.
This made Li Bo embarrassed again.
He's really a little afraid of this kind of unfamiliar and overly enthusiastic fans.
However, the other party can be regarded as a benefactor who rewards himself, is it appropriate to refuse again?
Forget it, since she has a car, it's good to rub her car.
Li Bo thought to himself, anyway, the rice grains will arrive in a while, and with the rice grains as a buffer, there is no need to worry too much about this girl's enthusiasm.
That's how he followed Limena into the car.
