A bridge is a bridge between the author and the reader. The author writes something, and the thing should first of all accurately represent the author's meaning. This is also the expressiveness that has always been emphasized in junior high school language in exam-oriented education.

Then, the work should also be able to be understood by the reader. The previous link of expressiveness refers to the transition from the author to the work.
