It's finally time for the best clip to be awarded. Although the list of nominees has been increased to 10 this time, the judges clearly believe that only four will meet the criteria for the award, and the three most popular works this time, "The Artist" and "Posterity", and Leila's "Silence" and "The Avengers".

"The Avengers" aside, it's a bit helpless to reluctantly put "Silence" and the other two movies together among the "hottest" films. Compared with "The Artist", which has already won several awards, and "Descendants", which won a best adapted screenplay, "Silence", which won nothing, is really a bit out of reach.

Layla's talent for editing has long been recognized, as evidenced by the fact that she was able to bring both films to the list of nominees for Best Editing.

Don't look at the films directed by her, but they are completely different methods in editing. "The Avengers" is a superhero film and a special effects commercial film, which needs to make the audience feel very cool when they watch it. So when editing it, Leila made the film speed up a lot in rhythm, especially the superhero battle scenes, and used a more sharp way to highlight the thrilling feeling of the battle.

"Silence" is different, the first half of it is more like an adventurous comedy, so Leila uses a relatively slow rhythm to make the relationship between the two male protagonists gradually grow in time, and the longer battle in the second half becomes slightly faster, and then slows down the rhythm at the end.

Two different stories, two different editing techniques, can perfectly edit both, which shows how deep Leila's skills are. The research of the past life and the present life for more than 20 years is not done in vain!

"Best Editing...... Leila Moran, "Silence"!"

Hearing that Leila's name finally appeared, Roy and the other members of the crew secretly let out a long breath.

If they get so many nominations and end up empty-handed, they don't need media ridicule, they will bury themselves in a hole in shame!

Fortunately, the boss's strength is strong enough!

Everyone was glad that Lyra's face did not look better because of this award.

She is a director by profession, but she prefers to edit some times, which earns her more awards. It's actually quite funny and speechless. Happiness is happiness, but why is this happiness mixed with some bitterness?

Then the Avengers finally won an award for best visual effects, and Layla felt that this was probably the only award it could get today.

Layla tugged at Roy's wrist and looked at the time.

More than half of the Oscars have passed, and as the heavyweight awards begin to be awarded, the atmosphere at the scene has gradually become tense.

There are twelve nominations for the two films, and now they have only won two trophies, and whether they can make a comeback depends on the next few highlights!

When Natalie Portman took the stage, Leila knew that the Oscar for Best Actor, the Best Actor award, which she cared about the most, was finally going to kick off.

According to the usual practice, it is generally the actress (Best Actress) of the previous session who presents the award to the actor (Best Actor) of this year.

Last year, Natalie won both the Oscar and the Golden Globe for "Black Swan", so she will present the trophy to Zhang Guorong at the Golden Globe Awards, and then she will also hand over the actor's little golden figure to the final winner here.

As soon as she took the stage, several nominees began to appear in the film. Every time you change someone, you get a round of applause.

When Zhang Guorong's figure appeared on the screen, the audience gave him the most applause. If nothing else, just to see that he can come here as an Oriental, he deserves everyone's congratulations. This is not only an Oriental nomination for Best Actor, but also an improvement on racial equality at the Oscars.

Natalie took the envelope, opened it after a few clips, and then looked around the audience before slowly reading: "The winner of the Oscar for Best Actor is...... Roydzi, "Silence". ”

"Wow!" whistled and loud applause.

"Hah!" Roy laughed and hugged Leila and kissed her fiercely, and strode onto the stage.

"Thank you. He held the trophy in his hand and held it up in the direction of Leila: "I'm so excited to get this award. I'll never forget the horror I felt when I first saw the nominations, oh my God, what a terrible opponent I had encountered! Will I really get it? If I can't, will my wife drive me to her study?"

"Haha. His words caused a burst of laughter from the audience.

Leila's speechless appearance was also transmitted to the television sets of thousands of households, which also attracted a lot of laughter.

Roy said this on purpose, he had been worried that she would be unhappy because she had "only" won two awards.

It really means a lot to him to get the best actor trophy at the same time, because he not only defeated several other people on the nomination list, but also defeated the man who could easily attract the eyes of his wife.

Zhang Guorong's acting skills made him admire, but he didn't think he would be much worse. Didn't even Leila say that he was born to eat this line of food?

"I am grateful and honored to receive this award. Roy looked at the trophy and said in a deep voice: "Before I came to Hollywood, I didn't expect that one day I would become an actor and be liked by so many people." When I was a child, I could only find food through disguise and performance, and I never imagined that such a skill that I had spurned would one day lead me to encounter so many wonderful things. ”

He looked down the stage, and the bright lights set him off to stand out.

"Here, I would like to thank my wife, Leila, for making me so happy as I am now. Thank you to the entire crew of "Silence", each of them is fantastic. Thanks to my partner Zhang Guorong, he is a very talented actor, and I will never forget the filming life with him. Finally, thank you to all the fans who like me, you are like the sun to me!"

After saying his acceptance speech, he raised the trophy and kissed the camera before leaving the stage.

Looking at his departing figure, Lyra's eyes were in a trance.

Reborn into this world for more than ten years, who has been changed by the movie, who is not only herself? When she first saw Roy, she was attracted by his face. At that time, he still had childishness and recklessness on his face, even if he was brought to Hollywood for several years, he was a grumpy guy who never moved his mouth first when he could do it.

More than ten years have passed, and now that I look at it, he has grown into a real man. Standing tall and mature, steady and mature, and most importantly...... He became the most inseparable part of her life!
