Chapter 373: Awkward Pharmacist
When the master was arguing with the store manager, Gao Shenghan faintly sensed that the atmosphere was not right, and he felt a little uneasy, but he was quickly relieved. Pen Fun Ξ© Pavilion.
When Minister Ye of the Quality Control Department of Huafeng Pharmacy left the flagship store, he greeted the master warmly, and the master was happy.
Minister Ye was accompanied by Store Manager Zou and sent out. They talked and laughed as they walked, and the store manager was not unpleasant.
After a day or two, I saw Pharmacist Jiang go to the kitchen, and Manager Zou came to Gao Shenghan in a good mood, "Xiao Gao, don't forget to treat you." β
"No, no, in a few days, definitely. Gao Shenghan really almost forgot.
"Are you familiar with the medicine bucket of Chinese medicine now?"
"I'm familiar with it, don't believe it, store manager, you can just report a few and give it a try. β
Store Manager Zou said that there are three kinds of infrequently used ones: wood butterflies, flax seeds, and rush grass.
Gao Shenghan found it without thinking. The store manager assesses himself, that is, he cares about himself, and Gao Shenghan's cooperation is positive and a little cheerful.
"Can you read the prescription?"
"It's okay, the master asked me to read the prescription repeatedly in the past few months, a few doctors who often have prescriptions come over, their habitual writing, can generally be understood, my master is very strict with me. β
"The master's strict requirements are for your good, how about recognizing the medicine? However, now the decoction pieces have packaging bags, it is not easy to make mistakes, to be honest with me, can you work alone now?"
"It's not a big problem to take the general prescription alone. "Gao Shenghan has the meaning of expressing himself.
The master said that they used to need apprenticeships for three years before they could go to the counter, but now he can be on his own in about a month, in addition to his own efforts, it is all the credit of the master, "However, store manager, my current Chinese medicine is too broad and profound, I'm afraid I won't be able to learn it in a lifetime." β
"Do you learn from all the time, and your master is the same, don't worry, there is nothing difficult in the world, but I am afraid of people with hearts, have you eaten? Do you want to eat with me? Then I will eat." β
If he knew the true purpose of Store Manager Zou, Gao Shenghan would not have said "it's not a big problem" anyway.
It is said that peers are enemies, and one mountain cannot tolerate two tigers, which is usually because of conflicts of interest and hatred of each other.
Store Manager Zou and Pharmacist Jiang have no conflict of interest, they are more unconvinced by each other.
If it is placed in the 80s of the last century, Zou Airong does not have anything to be unconvinced.
When Jiang Jinping joined the work, he was a high school graduate, and he followed the master as an apprentice, often helping the master fill out forms and write notes, because the master was thirteen years old with a quilt on his back, and went out to a place hundreds of miles away to be an apprentice, and never entered the school.
The master can't write, but he can't read but is not ambiguous.
Some doctors (traditional Chinese medicine doctors) prescribe dragon flying phoenix dance, most of which Jiang Jinping can't understand, and the master can see it at a glance. If you don't accept it, you can't.
Some medicinal materials can not be distinguished by others, so the master takes them and looks at them, pinchs them, smells them, tastes them, and they will know what kind of medicine they are. If you don't accept it, you can't.
The master not only recognized the medicine powerfully, but also knew the performance and attribution of the drug, the doctor made a mistake, he knew at a glance, and the processing and processing were even better. If you don't accept it, you can't.
Interlacing is like separating mountains, no matter how high your education level is, if you don't know Chinese medicine, you don't understand Chinese medicine, it is equivalent to a blind man lighting a lamp - in vain, useless. If you don't accept it, you can't.
Jiang Jinping studied as an apprentice for two years, with a salary of 21 yuan, and the master's salary was more than 60 yuan, which was three times that of him, which was higher than the salary of the company manager, and he was more qualified and skilled.
However, to be honest, the current store manager Zou has a reason not to accept Jiang Pharmacist.
Although Jiang Pharmacist's pharmacist qualification certificate is also obtained, and the license unit is also the State Food and Drug Administration, it is a big difference compared with the licensed pharmacist.
The state clearly stipulates that the application for a pharmaceutical enterprise must be equipped with a licensed pharmacist! No matter how good the pharmacist technology is, there is nothing to do without their pharmacist! (Around 2oo4, a practicing pharmacist can replace a licensed pharmacist.) οΌ
Although Zou Airong has only worked in the pharmacy for three years, she is a graduate of pharmacy, became a store manager in the second year, and has obtained the qualification certificate of practicing Chinese medicine pharmacist in the third year.
Store Manager Zou's salary has also doubled that of Pharmacist Jiang, of course she has a reason, has the capital, and is qualified not to buy his account.
On September 10, the company's human resources department issued an order to transfer Jiang Jinping to another store, and the headquarters reasoned that there was a greater need for experienced Chinese pharmacists, and he was the most experienced candidate for the company.
After a month in his new job, Pharmacist Jiang resigned and went to Hangzhou, Zhejiang.
Ten years later, in 2o17, during the "Two Sessions" held in Beijing, Pharmacist Jiang, who was unwilling to accept the embarrassing identity of a practicing pharmacist, wrote a letter to the premier of the State Council.
Can You Not Abandon Us?"
- A practicing pharmacist in an awkward position
My name is Jiang Jinping, ID number: 36oooooooooooo, I joined the work in April 198o, and from the first day of work, I have been dealing directly with traditional Chinese medicine, and my original work unit is a pharmaceutical company in a certain city in Jiangxi Province.
In 1981, he officially became the apprentice of Xie Wangsheng, a veteran pharmacist, and was the last group of employees to sign a mentor-apprentice agreement.
In the 90s of the last century, I took the examination organized by a regional pharmaceutical company and obtained the qualification certificate of "Chinese pharmacist".
In 2oo2, on the basis of having the qualification of a junior pharmacist, I, like most pharmacists, participated in the pharmacist examination organized by the Jiangxi Provincial Food and Drug Administration, and obtained the qualification certificate of "Practicing Pharmacist" issued by the State Food and Drug Administration.
Before the restructuring of the enterprise, we participated in the final GSP certification work of state-owned enterprises, and after being laid off, we worked in individual pharmacies, and also participated in the certification work many times.
We practicing pharmacists have participated in re-education training every year for more than ten years, and we are looking forward to one day becoming licensed pharmacists.
Some people may say: why do you have to wait instead of taking the licensed pharmacist exam like everyone else?
Standing and talking does not hurt your back. Chinese medicine practitioners in the health system, who have a professional title and have worked for 20 years, can be exempted from taking two professional courses (only four in total!). Their enterprise has not been restructured and has a stable income.
Most of us are laid-off workers who have passed the age of not being confused, both old and young, who have to work for others every day and support their families. We were paid a pittance and worked far more than forty hours a week.
Many of us have been working on the real front line, how many of us have not been working for more than 30 years? 30 years, in the medical front, dealing with all kinds of patients (customers), can the Chinese medicine staff in the hospital compare with us?
- But we don't have any preferential treatment or care except for being laid off.
Seeing that the Chinese medicine industry is deteriorating and becoming more and more sluggish, in 2o13, I purposefully walked out of my hometown in Jiangxi and went to Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and other places to work, wondering what happened to traditional Chinese medicine?
Through the media, I have seen that many people of insight have seen that the motherland's traditional Chinese medicine is in decline. However, no one noticed the hardships of practitioners, especially the embarrassment of practicing pharmacists.
Practicing pharmacists - especially pharmacists among practicing pharmacists, many of them have left their homeland and worked all over the country, and the treatment is far from being comparable with practicing pharmacists, but the same as junior pharmacists.
The difference is that practicing pharmacists have to participate in re-education examinations and training every year like licensed pharmacists.
Some people will say that licensed pharmacists are better than your practicing pharmacists, and they should enjoy higher and better treatment. I have no objection to their current treatment, and I even think that their treatment is lower than that of other industries.
However, is a licensed pharmacist necessarily better than a practicing pharmacist? Not necessarily!
As far as I can see, from working all the way from Beijing, at least practicing Chinese pharmacists is not much better.
Because all the practicing Chinese medicine pharmacists I know, they basically don't know Chinese medicine and don't work in Chinese medicine.
If you don't know Chinese medicine, can you call a Chinese pharmacist? Isn't this a big joke in the world?
Nowadays, the vast majority of young people are reluctant to learn Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is dirty and tiring, and the income is low. ββThere is a serious shortage of green and yellow in the post of traditional Chinese medicine!
So, who is doing Chinese medicine work on the front line? The laid-off old employees of pharmaceutical companies, old pharmacists, and the backbone are, of course, Chinese pharmacists among professional pharmacists!
But what have we waited for, what have we been waiting for?
We waited for the "Notice of the General Office of the Food and Drug Administration [2O15] No. 165 on the Management of the Use of Existing Pharmacists by the Food and Drug Administration"
The notice said: conditionally extend the term of the existing pharmacist qualification to 2o2o years. ------ from January 1, 2o21, pharmaceutical business enterprises must be equipped with licensed pharmacists in accordance with the requirements.
This means that what we are waiting for is that after January 1, 2o21, our pharmacist qualification certificate will be invalidated. Our annual re-education is in vain, we are back to square one, we are abandoned.
It wasn't until the promulgation of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Law" in 2o16 that we saw a ray of light again.
The "Law on Traditional Chinese Medicine" clearly states at the beginning, "Article 3 The cause of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of China's medical and health undertakings. The state vigorously develops the cause of traditional Chinese medicine, implements the principle of attaching equal importance to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, establishes a management system that conforms to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and gives full play to the role of traditional Chinese medicine in China's medical and health undertakings.
The development of traditional Chinese medicine should follow the rules of traditional Chinese medicine exhibition, adhere to the combination of inheritance and innovation, and maintain and develop the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.
Article 18 The people's governments at or above the county level shall develop traditional Chinese medicine preventive and health care services, and include them in the basic public health service projects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State.
The people's governments at or above the county level shall play the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the emergency response to public health emergencies, and strengthen the reserve of emergency materials, equipment, facilities, technology and human resources of traditional Chinese medicine.
Article 35 The State shall promote the education of TCM teachers, and support TCM physicians and TCM professionals and technicians with rich clinical experience and technical expertise to teach apprentices in practice and business activities, impart TCM theories and technical methods, and train TCM professional and technical personnel. β
However, how to strengthen the "human resource reserve" and how to let "professional and technical personnel of traditional Chinese medicine lead apprentices in practice and business activities"?
If there is no reasonable treatment for professional and technical personnel in traditional Chinese medicine, who will lead apprentices to teach? Chinese medicine practitioners have no prospects, who is willing to learn Chinese medicine?
My master started his apprenticeship at the age of thirteen, and he didn't even have a primary school diploma, but he had a copy of the "Old Pharmaceutical Worker" certificate signed by Peng Zhen, then chairman of the National People's Congress!
At that time, the old pharmacists were treated no worse than the cadres of the units, and the old pharmacists at that time were very respected, both inside and outside the industry. Because they are the mainstay of the Chinese medicine industry in the motherland and the inheritors of traditional Chinese medicine.
My master has passed away for several years, how many old gentlemen in the country still hold the certificate of "old pharmacist"? How many of those old gentlemen are still able to engage in traditional Chinese medicine?
Who will pass on traditional Chinese medicine? We pharmacists may not be the best candidates, but we have more than 30 years of work practice, and we ask the world, is there a more suitable inheritor than us?
We are eager to make contributions to the motherland's traditional Chinese medicine to the best of our ability! Really, we have already stained our temples, how many more years can we persevere?
In order to write this letter, Pharmacist Jiang spent a lot of effort, but when he was ready to upload it on the Prime Minister's direct train, he was only able to upload 400 words!
