Chapter 755: Qianlong's life experience

Qianlong personally wrote "Ten Perfect Martial Arts", and he praised himself as a perfect old man. He ordered people to engrave tablets in Manchu, Han, Mongolian, and Tibetan characters to show his martial arts. The Ten Complete Martial Arts refers to the two for the Pingzungar, one for the Dinghui Division, two for the Jinchuan, one for the Jingtai, one for Burma and one for Annam, that is, the two times the Gurkha surrender, and the ten perfections.

There is a saying that Qianlong is the brother of Chen Jialuo of the Red Flower Society, but in fact, this statement is not groundless, but has a certain origin. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, from the bureaucrats and gentry to the women and children, almost everyone knew that there was such a legend that a certain emperor in the early Qing Dynasty was the son of the Chen family in Haining, Zhejiang. Who is this emperor? Some people say that it is the Qianlong Emperor Hongli.

However, since very early on, many wild histories, literati commentaries and folklore have said that Qianlong was not the biological son of Emperor Yongzheng, but the son of the Han people. One of the most popular legends is that Hongli is the son of Chen Shiqi, an old Han official Chen Ge.

Chen Shiqi is a native of Haining, Zhejiang, and entered the court as an official during the Kangxi period, and often had contacts with Prince Yong's family. When Emperor Yongzheng Yinzhen was the prince, he was very good with the Haining Chen family, and the two families had frequent contacts. This year, it happened that the two families gave birth to a child on the same day and month at the same time. It's just that Yinzhen's family is a girl, and Chen's family is a boy. Yinzhen ordered someone to take a look, but secretly changed the child. The Chen family was shocked when they found out that the child had been replaced. But because of the power of the other party, he did not dare to pursue it, nor did he dare to speak out.

Soon Kangxi died and passed the throne to Yinzhen. After Yinzhen ascended the throne, several members of the Chen family were also prominent officials. Later, Emperor Qianlong ascended the throne and treated the Chen family with great courtesy. Qianlong toured Jiangsu and Zhejiang six times, four of which were to Haining Chen's house, and the last time he left, he walked to the middle gate and said to Chen: "If the emperor does not come in person in the future, this door should not be opened easily." The door has never been opened.

In the mansion of Haining Chen, there are two plaques written by the emperor himself, one is entitled Airi Hall and the other is Chunhui Hall. The word love day comes from the filial son love day, and later generations called the day when the son served his parents as love day. The word Chunhui comes from the poem "Wandering Son" by Meng Jiao in the Tang Dynasty: "Whoever says an inch of grass will be rewarded with three Chunhui", and later generations often use Chunhui as a metaphor for maternal love. The inscriptions on these two plaques have the meaning of the son's respect and filial piety to his parents.

Later, the girl who was exchanged with the son of Haining Chen grew up in the Chen family in Haining, and when she reached the age of marriage, she married Jiang in Changshu, Jiangsu, and Jiang built a small building for her, which was called the princess building in later generations. These historical sources or legends lead people to believe that Qianlong was the son of the Han Chinese.

Hongli, born in Kangxi 50 years, is the fourth son of Yong Prince Yinzhen, Yongzheng 13 years 25 years old succeeded to the throne as the king, Jiaqing first year Zen located in the emperor's fifteenth son Yan, when the Taishang Emperor, died of illness in the first month of the fourth year, at the age of eighty-nine.

The father of the Qianlong Emperor Hongli was the Yongzheng Emperor Yinzhen, and the mother was Niu Hulu, the daughter of the Sipin Dianyi Lingzhu. Although the legend that the Qianlong Emperor Hongli was the son of the Han official Chen Shiqi is very popular, it is not true after all, and there are at least four unanswerable questions.

Chen Shiqi was condemned and punished by Emperor Qianlong more than once. Chen Shiqi was honest and thrifty, and whenever he talked about the people's floods and droughts in front of the emperor, he would repeatedly state them, and even shed tears and complained, Qianlong was deeply moved and said: "Chen Shiqi came to cry for the people again." ”

Yongzheng five years Chen Shiqi to supervise the repair of water conservancy projects delayed and dismissed, at home for eight or nine years, Qianlong after the throne appointed him as the left deputy capital of the imperial history, and then successively served as the warehouse waiter, the household left waiter, the left capital of the imperial history, the Ministry of Works, Qianlong six years awarded Wenyuan Pavilion University Scholar, the promotion is not only unhappy, and once it violates the will of the above, it will be severely punished.

In the thirteenth year of Qianlong, the governor of Yunnan, Tuer Bing'a, was in deficit with Fan Guangde, the governor of Zhaozhou. By law, the Governor's impeachment of his subordinates should be reviewed by the Governor, but the Cabinet erroneously proposed that it should be reviewed by the Governor. When Qianlong discovered the mistake, he immediately reprimanded him and ordered the scholars Chen Shiqi and Shi Yi to be handed over to the Criminal Department for strict investigation and discussion, and the Criminal Department proposed that they should be dismissed. According to common sense, since he is a son of a man, how can he scold his father for being so petty, and he cited specific examples as proof, and ordered him to be dismissed from his official position and not allowed to live in Yanzhou. How could Emperor Qianlong, who prided himself on ruling the world with filial piety, reprimand his biological father like this and removed him from his official position?

The so-called Qianlong Southern Tour was to visit his biological parents, and he lived in Chen's house four times, but Chen Shiqian was relieved of his post in 22 years after he was reinstated in 16 years, and he resigned in 23 years, and died of illness in April. Qianlong went to Jiangnan in 16 years, and then went down to Jiangnan in 22 years, but did not go to Haining, and after the third southern tour, he went to Jiangnan six times, and then went to Haining, inspected the sea pond project, and lived in the corner garden of Chen Shiqi's house, at which time Chen Shiqi had died. The reason why Qianlong lived in Chen's Mansion and named Yuyuan Anlan Garden was obviously to build a sea pond to defend against the invasion of the tide.

If Prince Yong wants to raise someone else's son as his own son, and is to raise the son of a Han person, this is a serious violation of the Manchu and Han Dynasty can not pass the decree, but also a big crime to confuse the nobles, once the political opponents competing for the throne are discovered, Prince Yong will be cut down and imprisoned, and he will never be able to turn over. Prince Yong, who is very thoughtful and suspicious, will he do such a thing that dares the world?

Even if Prince Yong was more daring than the sky and dared to do such a dangerous thing, was it necessary? Unless he was cut off from children and grandchildren, he would never have acted like this. However, Prince Yong was not a man who had no children and grandchildren, he was only 34 years old at this time, and he already had three princes, although two of the princes had died young, but the third prince, Hongshi, was already eight years old, and on the day Hongli was born, there was also a princess who was already six or seven months pregnant.

Another theory is that Hongli is the son of Yinzhen, Prince Yong, but he was not born to Niu Hulu, and Hongli's biological mother was not a Manchurian, but a Han girl.

Legend has it that Qianlong was born to a palace maid in the summer resort of Rehe Palace during the Kangxi period, and this palace maid was named Li Jingui. In the autumn of the 49th year of Kangxi, the emperor led the prince's relatives and ministers of civil and military affairs to the Mulan enclosure to hold a large-scale hunting activity. This magnolia enclosure is 400 miles north of Chengde, where the mountains are high and dense, and there are all kinds of beasts, which is an ideal hunting place. The paddock with a radius of hundreds of miles consists of nearly fifty small paddocks.

One day at the end of August, in the Aggu paddock, Emperor Kangxi picked up his shotgun and hit a fat sika deer. The sound of the emperor's guns was the signal, and the teams rode their horses and whips when they heard the sound, chasing the scattered deer. The leader of one of the teams is Yinzhen, the fourth son of the emperor, Prince Yong, who is burly and can ride and shoot well. I saw that he picked a big deer and chased it with all his might, chasing after a meal, Fang raised his gun and shot two shots in succession, ending the life of the deer.

Yinzhen reined in the horse and looked back, only a boy named Enpu who was close to him caught up panting, and the other horses had disappeared. Yinzhen happily instructed Enpu to cut off the antlers so that he could go back to pay the bills. Enpu first took out a wooden bowl, cut the throat of the deer, took a bowl of deer blood, and handed it to Yinzhen, who drank most of the bowl in one go, and then cut off the antlers with quick movements, and the master and servant stepped on their horses and slowly walked south.

Deer blood has the miraculous effect of aphrodisiac and qi. Not long after, I saw Yinzhen's face on the horse swollen red, the deer blood was vigorous, and there was like an irrepressible fire in his heart, his throat was hot, like something was uncomfortable, and he couldn't breathe. Yin Zhen hurriedly called Enpu and said, "Is there anyone around here?"

Enpu said: "Fourth master, you can see the palace when you go over the mountain in front, I'll go find a girl for you to enjoy." ”

Yinzhen had no choice but to get back on the horse. They went down the slope and soon came to the flat land, only to see that at the end of the flat land was a vegetable garden, and at the edge of the vegetable garden, there was a forest, and a thatched hut on the edge of the forest came into view. The master and servant stopped their horses, and Enpp hurriedly said, "Fourth master, you go into the house and wait, I will be back soon." ”

Yinzhen understood what he was going to do, so he went into the house and sat on the edge of the kang and waited. After a short time, Enpp pushed a maid into the house, and then closed the door. The palace maid exclaimed: "Fourth elder brother!"

Yin Zhen couldn't hold back the fire for a long time, and finished the matter with this palace maid hastily in the dark, and performed this dewy marriage. After the incident, Yinzhen pushed open the door of the house and looked back, he was really surprised, this palace maid looked too ugly, thinking of the scene just now, he couldn't help but be disappointed, and he couldn't wait to leave this place immediately. Then he hurriedly shouted, "Enpu, lead the horse!"

Enpu led the horse, and after Yinzhen got on the horse, he didn't say a word, and walked north, nagging in his heart. It turned out that the Qing Dynasty had strict family rules, and the prince fornicated with the palace maids, which was regarded as a filthy palace, and if this matter came out, not only would it be hopeless for him to compete for the throne, but it would also leave a laughing stock for his subordinates and descendants. The only way to get rid of this knowing boy is to make a decision immediately.

Thinking about it, I approached the canyon, which was very narrow, with cliffs on one side and cliffs on the other. When he approached Enpp's horse against the side of the cliff, he raised his whip and whipped it at Emp's horse's buttocks, and Enpp's horse was frightened, kicked and jumped, and threw Enpp off the cliff with three strikes, and the horse then fell to the bottom.

When Yinzhen saw seven or eight attendants sent by Emperor Kangxi riding horses in front of him, they all stopped their horses, and a royal guard hurriedly said, "Fourth elder brother, the minions have found you." ”

Yinzhen then recounted how he caught up with a big deer and how Enpu accidentally fell off the cliff, and the imperial guards comforted him, leaving two guards to find Enpu's whereabouts, and he accompanied Yinzhen on the horse and rushed back to the paddock. Naturally, the emperor's father reprimanded him a few times, and then returned to the summer resort with the emperor. Later, the royal guards reported the death of Emp and dealt with the aftermath. Soon Prince Yong and his attendants returned to Beijing with the emperor.

Later, Jin Gui gave birth to a son in a dilapidated stable. After the palace knew about it, Concubine De came forward and asked for the consent of Emperor Kangxi, and then carried the child into the palace, and legend has it that he was Emperor Qianlong.

In the forty-second year of Qianlong, Emperor Qianlong's biological mother, the Empress Dowager Chongqing, died of illness in the Changchun Immortal Hall of the Old Summer Palace. In order to show his filial piety to his late mother, Emperor Qianlong issued an edict to make a golden pagoda less than a month after his mother's death, and the Empress Dowager was specially honored. The Jinfa Pagoda shared more than 3,000 taels of gold, which was undertaken by the Qing Palace Construction Office, and sent ministers such as Fu Longan and He Shen to supervise it.

The design of the Golden Hair Pagoda was approved by Emperor Qianlong, and then after more than three months of intense production, it was placed in the East Buddha Hall of Shoukang Palace where the Empress Dowager Chongqing lived before her death.
