In the design of the F750, Li Fanyu made some modifications to the original version. In the previous time, the prototype of the F750 was huge, but the base model did use the same 19-inch wheels. This is obviously not very harmonious for the huge body of the F750. It has the feeling of a strong man with small feet.
Considering that the heavy-duty fire ladder truck has to adapt to the complex environment, Li Fanyu added large wheels and widened tires to the Zhengxin F750.
The fierce and heavy four-door version of the front end, with 385mm wide wheels with a diameter of up to 25 inches, the whole front end looks even more powerful!
In order to obtain a larger load, the trailer part is designed as a high-strength load-bearing steel structure. The entire trailer section is four meters long and consists of two pairs of load wheels. Equipped with a propeller shaft, transfer case, propeller shaft and rear differential, the Zhengxin F750 realizes a 6X4 drive structure.

But in Li Fanyu's opinion, this height is simply a gimmick.
In the high altitude, even if there is only a second-level wind on the ground, you will feel the sourness of the wind above. And such high-altitude wind resistance brings great instability.
In fact, a large amount of X-Super Alloy is used in the enhanced version of the 98-meter ladder of Shoshin. Moreover, the diamond-shaped telescopic lever structure codenamed "stockings" has a much higher wind resistance coefficient than the conventional concave ladder.
If Li Fanyu wants to do it, it will be easy to break the record of the world's highest ladder of 101 meters made by the Wave Kangtao Fire Factory in Finland.
But in his opinion, this is a great irresponsibility to the firefighters.
Because of the high-altitude wind resistance, the stability of the ladder above 70 meters is not successful. Because of the use of a special windproof structure, Zhengxin's "Qingtian" series of fire ladders can ensure that the swing range of the ladder does not exceed 20 centimeters at a height of 98 meters, or under the condition of 7 strong winds.
No matter how high it is, it won't work.
Think about it, at an altitude of about 100 meters, a swing of 20 centimeters in time will also make a normal person feel slightly dizzy. If it exceeds this range, it will be like riding a boat in the waves!
Therefore, the height of the Zhengxin Qingtian series of ladders has been controlled to 98 meters.
Under the premise of being safe, the maximum height that can be guaranteed!
In order to match this height, and to give maximum stability to the ladder and the lifting jet arm/lifting platform, the sides of the fire platform have also been carefully designed.
The general fire ladder truck will have four retractable brackets in the support point part of the bodywork. It opens before the ladder is extended, like the principle of a folding square table, holding the four brackets firmly on the ground.
