In the field of machining, production equipment can only make products that are less precise than themselves. And the precision of the components of this car model is beyond the power of Manson Clay's most advanced machine tools.

And in fact, in the opinion of Manson Klein's engineers, such a precise part can be manufactured in such a short period of time, perhaps only Mercedes-Benz or the industrial machine of the National Equipment Center in the whole of Germany can do it.

After more than two months of intense work, all four parts of the Atlas project are nearing completion. Under the progress of Lao Zhang and Li Fanyu as soon as they arrived, the four parts came to fruition almost at the same time.

In the design of the F750, Li Fanyu made some modifications to the original version. In the previous time, the prototype of the F750 was huge, but the base model did use the same 19-inch wheels. This is obviously not very harmonious for the huge body of the F750. It has the feeling of a strong man with small feet.

Considering that the heavy-duty fire ladder truck has to adapt to the complex environment, Li Fanyu added large wheels and widened tires to the Zhengxin F750.

The fierce and heavy four-door version of the front end, with 385mm wide wheels with a diameter of up to 25 inches, the whole front end looks even more powerful!

In order to obtain a larger load, the trailer part is designed as a high-strength load-bearing steel structure. The entire trailer section is four meters long and consists of two pairs of load wheels. Equipped with a propeller shaft, transfer case, propeller shaft and rear differential, the Zhengxin F750 realizes a 6X4 drive structure.

Together with the three pairs of load-bearing wheels on the universal fire platform, the entire fire ladder truck has six pairs of wheels, which looks like a missile truck!

There are two sets of control systems on the highly modular design of the fire protection platform, which can carry out conflict-free operation of the fire ladder and the lifting jet arm/lifting platform.

Because considering the size of the whole vehicle, there will be a conflict with the simultaneous operation of the two bodywork, so the bodywork part is designed to be quickly switched.

In a manner similar to that of a tractor locomotive for loading and disassembling a trailer, the two types of bodywork are switched in-line.

At present, the test vehicle in front of the engineers is equipped with a conventional 78-meter ladder. Why say it's conventional?

Because under the leadership of Li Fanyu, the R&D team has equipped the F750 with a three-height ladder, the basic version is 58 meters, the regular version is 78 meters, and the enhanced version is 98 meters!

The current record for the highest fire ladder in the world is 101 meters, manufactured by the Bolangtao Fire Factory in Finland.

But in Li Fanyu's opinion, this height is simply a gimmick.

In the high altitude, even if there is only a second-level wind on the ground, you will feel the sourness of the wind above. And such high-altitude wind resistance brings great instability.

In fact, a large amount of X-Super Alloy is used in the enhanced version of the 98-meter ladder of Shoshin. Moreover, the diamond-shaped telescopic lever structure codenamed "stockings" has a much higher wind resistance coefficient than the conventional concave ladder.

If Li Fanyu wants to do it, it will be easy to break the record of the world's highest ladder of 101 meters made by the Wave Kangtao Fire Factory in Finland.

But in his opinion, this is a great irresponsibility to the firefighters.

Because of the high-altitude wind resistance, the stability of the ladder above 70 meters is not successful. Because of the use of a special windproof structure, Zhengxin's "Qingtian" series of fire ladders can ensure that the swing range of the ladder does not exceed 20 centimeters at a height of 98 meters, or under the condition of 7 strong winds.

No matter how high it is, it won't work.

Think about it, at an altitude of about 100 meters, a swing of 20 centimeters in time will also make a normal person feel slightly dizzy. If it exceeds this range, it will be like riding a boat in the waves!

Therefore, the height of the Zhengxin Qingtian series of ladders has been controlled to 98 meters.

Under the premise of being safe, the maximum height that can be guaranteed!

In order to match this height, and to give maximum stability to the ladder and the lifting jet arm/lifting platform, the sides of the fire platform have also been carefully designed.

The general fire ladder truck will have four retractable brackets in the support point part of the bodywork. It opens before the ladder is extended, like the principle of a folding square table, holding the four brackets firmly on the ground. If you look down from the sky after the conventional ladder is deployed, the fire ladder truck and its four brackets on the ground are in a "囸" shaped structure.

By Li Fanyu's approach, this structure has been upgraded.

The mechanical support points of the general fire platform were redesigned by Li Fanyu to achieve a perfect layout that was considered perfect by all primary design expertise. In order to enhance the stability of the bodywork, the telescopic brackets of the general fire platform have become six.
