A moat to the north, and the temple ditch along the high ground to form a large platform, Liuwan Village Laojun Temple and the big stage are on the platform, in the middle of the moat is a big road to the north, both sides of the road are fields, the other moat is to the west, the moat is also a field, in the middle is also a road to the west.

From the south side, we passed the wall, and not far to the west was a moat with a large road and fields on both sides of the road. To the south there is another moat, and there is a large road extending to the south on the side of the moat on the side of the cliff, that is, to the west, and the city wall on the south side of the city gate on the east side, and between the two is a long field stretching southward, and there are two persimmon trees next to each other in the middle of the field.

Walking along this road to the south, you can see the Longwang ditch that extends more than ten zhang deep from the east. Continuing to extend south along the road, there is a wide trench in front of you, and you can see the persimmon trees on both sides of the trench, and the wild soft jujube trees, stinky almond trees, elm trees, and sour jujube trees on the cliffs on both sides.

Just in the place of entering the trench, the road forks out a sheep intestine path along the south bank of Longwanggou to the east, uphill, is an open field, there are tall persimmon trees in the field. Walk along the path on the north side of the field, that is, the south bank of Longwanggou, to the east until you reach the northeast corner of this field, that is, the intersection of the ditch edge on the south bank of Longwanggou and the ditch edge on the west bank of Nanwanggou.

It is here that a solid brick tower stands. The brick tower has a total of seven levels, hexagonal, and each layer of the façade is carved with doors and windows, which is not high, but because it stands on the edge of the ditch at the intersection of this deep ravine, it looks very tall and magnificent. There is no name on the tower, and there is no record of its construction.

When and by whom this tower was built, no one can say for sure. Standing under the tower, the north is the Liuwan village facing each other across the ditch, the east is the village facing each other across the ditch, the southeast is also the village facing each other across the ditch, and then you can see the hills that stretch eastward at the foot of Jiwang Mountain, and the wind is blowing, and there is a curling smoke floating in the majestic and magnificent.

In front of the brick tower, that is, to the east or even to the southwest, is a fork in the ditch. Along the steep and narrow sheep intestine slope to the fork of the ditch oblique next section, also one or twenty meters, the left side of the slope is a small piece of irregular flat land, built a five dragon temple.

This temple is limited by the small plot of land, built according to the terrain, and is not large, only the size of a house. But the houses were built very exquisitely, and the bricks used to build the houses were carefully polished, and the rafters and purlins were not fine. Moreover, it is a roof made of glazed tube tiles, with delicate goose items (goose items are a kind of construction of wooden brick houses in the persimmon bay area, that is, curved brick legs built with cut and polished bricks to support the four corners of the house), and there are also beautiful carved ridges. It can be seen that the benefactor who built this temple back then was very attentive and sincere.

If you go down diagonally for more than ten meters, you will reach the bottom of the slope, which is a kiln courtyard, but there is no wall. In the middle of the kiln courtyard is a two-room house-sized temple of Our Lady of the Virgin Church. This temple is also built exquisitely, it is also covered with polished bricks, the rafters and purlins are not thin, and it is also the top of the glazed cylinder tiles, there are delicate goose items, and there are carved ridges.

In the southeast corner of the kiln courtyard, there is another temple, called the temple of sending the son Niangniang. Although this temple is only the size of a house, the architectural style and materials are the same as those of the above two temples. The west side of the kiln courtyard is the earth cliff that is two or three zhang high, there are two caves under the earth cliff, one side of the kiln is the Buddha temple, the other side of the kiln is the monk's room, there are two monks living in it. The southwest side of the earth cliff is a very small kiln, and there is also a cave under the high cliff, which is the beauty temple.

The north, south and even southeast sides of the kiln courtyard are deep ditches of more than ten zhang, and only in the northeast corner there is a narrow and steep ramp with masonry steps connected to the high platform. This platform is very special, if you stand at the bottom of the deep ditch and look up, each side is almost a regular trapezoid, the whole platform is like a huge inverted bucket, there are wild cypress trees and elm trees growing on the surrounding earth cliffs, the shapes are different, and the branches are luxuriant.

From the northeast corner of the kiln yard, there is a mountain gate when you reach the top of the terrace. Entering the mountain gate, it is a very large square land, surrounded by walls, which are divided into two small quadrangles of the front palace and the harem, which are the Sanguan Temple and the Zhenwu Temple. The houses were all brick and wood tiled houses, with high eaves and high eaves corners, and they were intrigued.

What's even more amazing is that on the terrace with deep ravines on all sides, between the two palaces, there is also a well. It is said that the water in the well was clear, abundant, and sweet.

This place is also the ditch and platform where the seven temples are located, and the villagers of Liuwan and several nearby villages gave it a very special name, called "Shan'ershang". At first glance, I mistakenly thought it was a mountain, but it was actually a ditch. Perhaps the name is more of a hint at its supreme status in the minds of the bankers.

Regarding these temples on the mountain, there is such a beautiful legend in Liuwan Village. It is said that there was no deep ditch on the mountain, but there was a plateau high above the flat ground. One day, a man named Zhenwu passed by this place and saw that the platform was much higher than the ground and relatively close to the heavenly court, and he took a fancy to the platform as a good place to cultivate.

Since then, this Zhenwu has often climbed up to the platform alone to practice, meditating for as many days as he wants, and he is very infatuated and serious, his clothes are shabby, and he doesn't even care if the birds make a nest in his hair. Gradually, with the passage of time and his daily cultivation, Zhenwu felt that he was becoming lighter and lighter than a swallow and his heart was as clear as a mirror, which meant that he felt that he was about to become an immortal.

But at this time, there was a dilemma for him. It was early in the morning of the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, and he was still meditating on the platform alone as usual, when suddenly, out of nowhere, a beautiful girl came from nowhere.

This woman is graceful and graceful, and she is still wearing a dress as thin as a cicada's wings, and she brings a cup of fragrant tea to Zhenwu with a tea tray to drink. But after thinking about it again, how could a cultivator have such a mortal heart, so after Zhenwu thanked the people for their kindness, he persuaded the girl to go back to show that he would disturb his cultivation.

When the girl heard Zhenwu's words, she was so angry that she pulled off the hairpin on her head and scratched it in the air. Suddenly, the dust flew, the roar was loud, and the surrounding of the platform collapsed, becoming a big gully, just this square platform is like a pillar of heaven, between the blue sky and white clouds, stable as a rock.

The girl said that she was so kind-hearted that she had been insulted like this. In a fit of rage, the girl wanted to jump into the deep ditch on the side of the terrace, but Zhenwu hurried to stop it, but the girl still jumped into the deep ditch.

Zhenwu didn't care so much, so he jumped and jumped down the ditch to drag the girl. It's too late, it's too soon. At this moment, a cloud of mist rose in the deep ditch, and the five dragons held up the girl and Zhenwu, and they went up to the sky.

This legend has added mystery to these temples on Liuwan Mountain, and has attracted generations of villagers.

I heard that the temple here is very effective, especially for those who don't have a baby to ask for a child. Therefore, starting from the thirtieth day of the Chinese New Year's Eve every year, people near Lin'er like to come to Liuwan Mountain to burn incense, adults and children, men and women, some walking, some coming in carriages, and the whole first month is endless.

There are newcomers, there are people who come every year, there are those who pray for blessings, there are those who ask for children, and there are even those who make vows, and the temples are crowded with people, and it is very lively.

As for the tributes in the temple, there were too many on the altar to put them on. On the wall are the symbols or flags that make vows or wishes, and the ropes that are pulled are also hung on them.

On this day, I had breakfast (people in the village generally eat two meals a day, breakfast is eaten at about ten o'clock, dinner is eaten at about five o'clock in the afternoon, and if you are hungry in the middle and early in the morning, you will eat steamed buns), and the old fairy and his wife go up the mountain accompanied by their little daughter-in-law.
