Chapter 90: The Bold Newspaper Editor
With a flash of firelight, Phoenix appeared in the office of Snow Mountain Castle in a wet state. What he didn't expect was www.biquge.info Hermione pounced on him and hugged him and sat down in his chair.
"It'sβ" Phoenix said to Watson, noticing Harry in the room, "you told them." β
"He was furious. Harry panted and rubbed his scars.
"I forgot, you have the same heart. Phoenix patted her helplessly.
"What are you doing?" said Hermione, frightened, her lips trembling, "if it weren't for Harry, we wouldn't know - why go to the Ministry of Magic? Do you know how dangerous it is? You're not the kind of fool to be stupid, what's the point of making a fuss about the Ministry of Magic?"
She asked a long list of questions.
"Let him catch his breath. Harry said. He took out his wand and dried his robes.
"Thank you!" a groan of pain came from an ancient book on the table, as if it were coming from far away.
"Shut up," Phoenix slammed his fist into it, "and of course I did it for a reason. I have to do something, you sit down first, I'll take my time. β
He bowed slightly at Watson, and he turned to go out and close the door for them. The surrounding portraits also listened intently, and an old wizard took out a hearing aid.
"They're starting to vet employees, you know. They will eventually purge the entire Ministry of Magic, leaving only Death Eaters, Purebloods, Cowards, and Dregs. If they do, have you ever thought about how much of an obstacle it will be to future rebuilding work? When the time comes, the Ministry of Magic will have to put a large number of its former employees on trial. β
"While some people are not yet frightened, gather those who still have a sense of justice to fight against Voldemort together. In every respect, it's the best. I had to take this risk, without any plan, no backup, no sentry. β
"You should consult with usβ" Hermione said.
"You're going to stop me, let's get done first. Lest you worry," Phoenix smiled and spread his hands, "there's no need to be afraid. And taking a step back, I have limited time, and many of the people I arranged are suspected, and if they don't do it, their best outcome is to go to Azkaban. β
He turned to Harry and asked, "What did you see?"
"He's on a manor, I don't know where. Harry recalled, "He's mad at hearing you go to the Ministry of Magic to incite people against him. β
"And what are you going to do next?" Hermione used her wand to raise the fire in the fireplace.
"It's simple, to make all of Voldemort's crimes public," Phoenix said immediately, "to isolate Britain in every way, and to encourage English wizards to escape from his control." β
Like Phoenix said, later in the day. Many major newspapers in Europe have published additional reports on the uprising that broke out in the halls of the Ministry of Magic in London.
Seist, the former deputy director of the Department of Mysteries at the British Ministry of Magic, was elected by the rebels to be the Provisional Minister of Magic of the United Kingdom, and the former director of the Auror Office of the British Ministry of Magic, Robaz, was appointed director of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement - often with a long list of appointments. The French Ministry of Magic, together with the Ministries of Magic of other countries, recognized the Provisional Ministry of Magic and had all the rights of the former Ministry of Magic over the entire British Isles.
The French Ministry of Magic also found them a plot of land in Paris to serve as the temporary headquarters of the Ministry of Magic.
Some Ministries of Magic have also issued wanted warrants, and hundreds of people, including Voldemort, have been found guilty of murder, illegal use of magic spells, and other 26 crimes, and are wanted worldwide. It's not very useful, though, because they're just putting on a show, and who can arrest Voldemort.
From the second edition onwards, the newspaper listed all of Voldemort's crimes in detail, giving a comprehensive introduction to European wizards who did not know much about Voldemort.
Tom Marvolo Riddle was born on Chinese New Year's Eve, December 31, 1926, in front of an orphanage in London, England. His mother was the witch Merope Gaunt, and along with her brother Morfin Gaunt and her father Marvolo Gaunt, he was a pure-blood descendant of Salazar Slytherin, one of the founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Merope has a crush on Muggle Tom, who lives in the same town, and they eventually elope. Somehow, Tom Riddle's father abandons the pregnant Glopp - the author's irony is that she uses magic to confuse old Tom, and then the magic fails. This is the only way to explain why Glopp allowed the handsome old Tom to elope with her - Melop was alone and unhappy, giving birth to little Tom at the Wu orphanage in London on Chinese New Year's Eve in late 1926 and then dying.
Later, the author satirizes Voldemort as much as possible, how ridiculous his pure-blood ideas and his own background are, he has a Muggle father himself, and he also preaches 'purifying wizarding society' everywhere, and adopts cruel rule and oppression against those wizards who are not pure-blood.
Hermione and Harry were amazed.
"It's normal," Phoenix explained, "that Voldemort has very little influence abroad, and he can't compete with Grindelwald at all." They weren't afraid at all, this dark wizard who had been in Britain for half a century. But I didn't expect the editors to be so bold, and their habitual sarcasm and mockery posture haven't changed at all. β
"But I don't think the Death Eaters will let these editors go. Hermione said worriedly.
"Then it's up to them to dare, those Aurors are ready," Phoenix waved his hand in an imposing manner, "unless Voldemort himself comes, they are killing themselves." β
"You provided all this information. Harry looked at the newspaper with quite detailed information about Voldemort. Many of them are secrets that only a very small number of people know, and it is hard to imagine that the reporters of those newspapers have the ability to obtain such information on their own.
"Who else but me, these newspapers will be sent out early tomorrow morning, every wizarding family in England. "The Provisional Ministry of Magic is working overtime to arrange this. β
"Especially these crimesβ" Phoenix pointed to the newspapers, about the murders.
Marlene McKinnon, Benji Fenwick, Edgar Bones, Caradoc Dearborn, Gideon Prewit, and Fabian Prowett have a long list of names, including brief descriptions of them, when and why they died, and most of them were killed along with their families.
From the first war to the present, all those who died because of Voldemort are on the list. The author bluntly admits that he has never seen such a horrific massacre, and even Grindelwald's most rampant period is far inferior.
The author is a chubby old man, who looks old, and may have even participated in the war against Grindelwald. He published his name, photograph and home address, indicating that he had no fear of revenge against Voldemort or his henchmen. I only hope to awaken the conscience of the public and stop Voldemort's atrocities, whether he is an English wizard or not, as long as he is a brave and righteous wizard, he should stand up and fight against it.
