Chapter 13: A vague plan
Phoenix walks alone, on a gloomy path. Pen | fun | pavilion www. ο½ο½ο½ο½ο½ο½ γ infoThere are no street lights, no light, just small dots of light that flicker in the distance.
Walk to the back door of the Burrow, where lots of old boots and rusty cauldrons are piled up in a mess. Phoenix heard the soft cooing of chickens as they fell asleep in the shed in the distance. He knocked on the door three times, and there was a sudden movement behind the kitchen window.
"Who is it?" a voice asked nervously.
"I, Peverell. β
The door opened immediately. In the doorway stood Mrs. Weasley, short and stocky, wearing an old green dressing gown.
"Come in," Phoenix slammed the door shut as he entered the room, "what's wrong?"
"Everything's alright, are Weasleys there? I'll look for them. Phoenix lowered his hood, "Ah, hello, Professor Moody. β
"Hello, Peverell. Moody's normal eyes read the Quidditch press with relish, and MONOCULUS watched his surroundings vigilantly.
"I'll go and call them. Mrs. Weasley poured him a cup of strong tea and hurried up the stairs.
Take a bite of Phoenix, and it tastes good.
"How's the plan?" asked Moody without looking up.
"I'm thinking about the idea that maybe we don't have to go together. He looked at the clean, welcoming kitchen. On a large pile of sheets in the laundry basket beside the table was a large clock, which had nine hands, each engraved with the name of a member of the family, and all eight of them pointed to mortal danger at the moment.
"What do you say?" he said, putting down the newspaper.
"When we walked together, he would catch up with each other. I'm going to get you to catch the eye of the Death Eaters, and I'm taking Potter out of Hogwarts from the ground. β
Moody scratched his crippled nose as there was a sharp sound on the stairs.
"Man-" one of the Weasleys yawned, "what's the urgency at this late hour?"
"I have a task for you, it's important. Phoenix pulled out his chair and leaned over to them, "I heard you've always wanted to open a shop in Diagon Alley?"
The two of them immediately came to their senses.
"Yes, do you want to make an investment, man?"
"Oh, that's enough, you two - I warn you. Mrs. Weasley said angrily, and Phoenix motioned for her to be at ease.
"It's not an investment, I need someone to keep an eye on Gringotts. Phoenix pulled out a piece of parchment, "This is a Gringotts bearer note, if you want, find a faΓ§ade in Diagon Alley near the Gringotts door." Your task is to observe the people who come and go every day, and draw their faces, and I will find another person to investigate, and remember to pay special attention especially to those who come and go frequently. β
He pushed the bill into the center of the table.
The twins made a decision almost instantly.
"Okay, no problem. That's all, it's not a very exciting task. One of the Weasleys picked up the bill and looked at it, his eyes widening as if surprised at the amount on it.
"These are all the documents you need, and they have been done for you, and they will take effect by filling in your name. Seeing that they agreed, Phoenix pulled out another stack of papers and handed them them, "Be careful, keep a low profile, the Death Eaters will definitely do something in Diagon Alley, don't meddle in the affairs you don't want to close." β
"We'll take notice. They hesitated, but agreed.
"Alright, let's move on. Satisfied, Phoenix turned back and continued to Moody's.
"What do you think?"
"But how do you move, I think they'll be monitoring the entire airspace. Moody closed the newspaper, and the Quidditch player on the cover tried desperately to dodge the Bludger.
"I guess I want to use Muggle transportation, they certainly wouldn't have imagined that we could transfer him in a completely Muggle way. β
"Would you like something to eat, Peverell?" said Mrs. Weasley, as she watched them talk.
"Okay, thank you. Phoenix said to Mrs. Weasley, "Let's use the Burrow as a meeting point, shall we?"
"No problem. Mrs. Weasley said as she tapped her wand on a large iron pot. The iron pot jumped onto the stove with a clatter, and immediately began to tumble and bubble. "Giveβ"
She tapped the iron pot again. The iron pot rose into the air, flew towards Phoenix, and then tilted to one side, and Mrs. Weasley quickly tucked a bowl underneath it, just in time to catch the thick, steaming onion soup it had poured out.
"Do you want bread?"
"Thank you, Mrs. Weasley. β
She waved her wand behind her shoulder, and a loaf of bread and a knife flew gracefully onto the table. The bread was automatically cut into slices, and the soup pot flew back and landed on the stove. Mrs. Weasley sat down next to Moody.
"When you get to the safe house, you use the portkey to move and everyone to the Burrow. I'll take Harry straight to another safe place. β
"You're not coming?" said George or Fred, and Phoenix couldn't tell the difference.
"No, the Death Eaters with the backing of the Ministry of Magic back then could completely crack all kinds of protective magic from us. We're delaying them at most," Moody said at once, "but you'd better hurry, and get to London before dawn." β
"I think there will be a way. "Phoenix didn't want to go into too much detail about the plan, and there was going to be something about the transfer that would have to be flexible and flexible.
They further fleshed out the plan, including the specific people involved in the operation. Moody wrote down the plan himself, but the battle-hardened Auror hesitated when it came to the personnel list. Whoever is chosen, the cover personnel are undoubtedly thrilling.
"What's wrong?" asked Weasley, grinning.
"Don't worry, we've got you covered. Another Weasley said wittily.
"It's just a preventive plan, you don't necessarily really need it, don't think about it that much. Phoenix looked at Moody, but everyone knew who was saying it.
Moody ignored them and turned to look at Mrs. Weasley, who turned her back to them, her hands clutching at the pile of dirty clothes. The corners of Moody's mouth twitched a few times, and he quickly wrote down a few names.
"So be it. β
Phoenix finished the delicious onion soup and took the list. Eventually, the Weasley twins were assigned to the Fake Harry Ranks, with the protectors being old men who had fought in the First War.
"Mondongues can't do it, he has an important task. Phoenix saw it and crossed out his name.
"Then we'll have one less group. Moody's said.
Phoenix looked at the list, rubbing his thumb against the rim of the bowl. It doesn't have Hermione and Ron's names on it, but they also need to be transferred, and he has other arrangements for their transfer method.
The important thing is that the Order of the Phoenix is now facing a shortage of manpower, and after Dumbledore's death, some smart people naturally understand that the Order of the Phoenix is over. It seems that she has to sacrifice some of her own people, and taking this opportunity is also just the right time to get out of the inner line of the Order of the Phoenix, she has always been of low value, and after having Snape, she has become a dispensable role, far less important than when his father was in power.
"I let my people fill the gaps, and the more people the better. He handed the list back to Moody, "Ron and Hermione, I'll figure it out another way, so be it, okay?"
Moody was upset that Phoenix was always hiding something. But things are not people, he can only agree, at least they are all to defeat the mysterious man.
"Very well, good night everyone. β
Nodding to them, he walked briskly into the courtyard, and down a few steps, Eden flew down from the eaves and disappeared with him. (To be continued.) )
