Chapter Seventy-Nine: The First Step of the Plan
There are a variety of quill pens in the shop, and the icing quill is the most popular among them. You can hold it and smoke it and look like you're thinking about a problem, with a large group of students gathered around.
"It's new. Hermione and Phoenix squeezed to the shelves. But she hesitated, picked up two quills and didn't know where to choose.
"This new one -- when you use it, you can wrap it in the scent of fresh parchment," says Phoenix, "and it sounds good." β
His suggestion was not taken immediately, and Phoenix bought the entire shelf of quills. When she went out, Hermione slipped a large handful of quill pens into her pocket, and her expression was not just happy or unhappy.
"I'm going to find Rogge," Phoenix said, "and I'll see you later." β
"Good. Hermione spat out a word with a cold face, and she didn't know what was wrong with her.
Phoenix walked briskly to the back of the candy store, where empty cardboard boxes and miscellaneous items were still lined with the alley. Usually no one would come here, and Cho and her friends were already waiting there.
Autumn was holding Eden in her arms, and her friend was grooming its feathers. Seeing Phoenix coming, it chirped and flew over his shoulder.
"You're here, do you have something to look for us?" Qiu looked dissatisfied. The phoenix pestered them not to go back to school, but to this deserted alley.
"I hope you can do me a favorβ" Before he could finish speaking, he was interrupted by another girl.
"No problem. Autumn glared at her friend, and before she knew what it was, she opened her mouth to agree. Her friends only have Phoenix in their eyes.
"Can you tell me your name?" asked Phoenix politely.
"Marietta Ekmo. Ekmo said excitedly. Autumn felt uneasy in her heart, although Phoenix was polite and gentle.
"Thank you," Phoenix drew his wand, and in the stunned gaze of the two, "out of body." β
The two became hollow-eyed and behaved politely and indifferently.
"Autumn is waiting for us to determine the time of the DA's event, and you have to tell Umbridge. Potter plans to train everyone in the dark arts, telling her when and where. Got it?"
"Yes. Autumn nodded.
"You still have to get close to Potter and seduce him but not get him to get you, understand?" Phoenix thought to himself, thinking that it would be better to be clear, he didn't want to make a fuss. "If one day Minister Fudge asks you about the DA, and you tell Fudge that you are loyal to the Ministry of Magic and treat Potter as trash, understand?"
"Yes. β
"In the end, you have to forget that these are all things that I have you to do, they are all what you think in your heart, what you think. β
"Yes. β
"Miss Ekmore, everything just happened, it's time for you to go back to school. β
"Yes, Mr. Peverell. "Ekmo was happier than Cho, not entirely so cold. Phoenix withdraws the magic. Walk away quickly.
After a few moments, the two regained their senses and looked at each other in confusion.
"What are we doing here?" Cho frowned.
"It's time to go back to school. Ekmo suggested. The two of them left together, and the whole alley returned to calm.
As soon as I got back to the common room, a large crowd gathered around the bulletin board.
Orders from the High Inquisitor at Hogwarts
All student organizations, associations, teams and clubs are hereby dissolved. Organizations, associations, teams and clubs are defined as regular assemblies of three or more students. A request for restructuring may be made to the Senior Investigator (Professor Umbridge). No student organizations, associations, teams, and clubs may exist without the approval of the Senior Investigator.
If a student is found to have formed or joined any organization, association, team, or club without the approval of the Senior Ombudsman. Summarous dismissal.
The above regulations are in accordance with Education Order No. 24.
"What does that mean?" Draco said worriedly, "Is this included in the Quidditch team?"
"Apparently, don't you see the 'team'?" Nott frowned slightly.
"Don't worry, our application will definitely go through. Phoenix wasn't worried at all, on the contrary, he felt that this decree could speed up the progress of the project, and they had just formed a study group when an order came from here.
Draco rushed out to find Umbridge.
"Where have you been today?" Daphne's attention quickly shifted to Phoenix. He motioned to a less crowded place, and they came to a corner away from the crowd.
"I was told by you to form a defense team, but you didn't come. β
"I'm not going to mess around with those Gryffindors. Daphne stared at her nails.
"You know it's about strengthening the relationship between the colleges, and it's beneficial. Unless you're rooting for Voldemort or staying absolutely neutral. Otherwise, believe me, you will benefit from attending this meeting. Daphne stiffened, and Phoenix leaned against the wall, waiting for her answer.
"Okay, I'll go. Tell me the time and place. β
"There's no hurry, you don't have to participate in the first time. β
"Why?" asked Daphne, puzzled.
"Just be obedient. β
Unsurprisingly, Draco was able to get his hands on the paperwork approving the Slytherin team's activities. During Potions class, he stood outside the door of Snape's classroom, brandishing a piece of vellum-like parchment and raising his voice to let Gryffindor, who had not yet passed, listen.
"That's right, Umbridge kept the Slytherin Quidditch team going, and I went to ask her early this morning. Hey, it's almost like it's automatic. Let me tell you, she knows my dad very well, and my dad frequents the Ministry of Magic - we'll see if Gryffindor can continue to be active, won't he?"
"Don't be angry," Hermione said pleadingly to Harry and Ron, both glaring at Malfoy, their faces blue and their fists clenched, "he just wanted to provoke youβ"
"I mean," Malfoy raised his voice a little more, his gray eyes flashing maliciously at Harry and Ron, "I don't think they have much chance of the impact on the Ministry of Magic - according to my dad, the ministry has been looking for reasons to get rid of Arthur Weasley all these years - as for Potter - my dad said it was only a matter of time before the ministry sent him to St. Mungo - they apparently have a special ward for people whose brains have been damaged by magic-"
Malfoy looked weird, his mouth pulled long, his eyes rolling around.
Suddenly, Neville was about to rush up and beat Draco hard. Harry and Ron hurriedly grabbed him so that he wouldn't be torn apart by Crabbe and Goyle.
The door to the basement classroom opened, and Snape was standing, his dark eyes swept over to Gryffindor's side, and Harry, Ron, and Neville were twisted together.
"Fights, Potter, Weasley, Longbottom?" said Snape in his cold, sarcastic tone, "Gryffindor deducts ten." Let go of Longbottom, Potter, or you'll be locked up. All into the classroom. β
As Snape closed the door to the basement classroom and there was a loud echo as everyone entered the classroom, the class fell silent.
"You'll find out," Snape said in his low, sarcastic tone, "we have a guest today. β
He pointed to the dimly lit corner, and Harry saw Professor Umbridge sitting there with a clipboard on his lap. He glanced at Ron and Hermione, raising an eyebrow.
"Continue to dispense the booster today, and you'll see the mixture you left over from the last lesson, and if it's right, it should be in the end of the week. The method - "he waved his wand again" - on the blackboard. Begin. Professor Umbridge spent the first half hour taking notes in the corner. (To be continued.) )
