People have the same mind, and the heart is filled with the same truth, this truth is the principle of heaven, man, and physics, so everything is completely contained in your heart, and there is no need for external objects to teach you, what you have to do in this life is to explore your own heart, because your heart is blinded by external objects. So you have to be, all the time, try to get rid of this external object that blinds you, and this is the object, and what you will eventually get is your original mind. Because this heart has long contained all the truths, so when you get rid of external objects, you will naturally see nature in your heart. β
