Chapter Zero: High Interrupt Chapter - Part 1

What is youth? This seems to be a question that every adolescent girl asks. Among their answers, there will be people who praise the beauty of youth in a proper manner, and there will be people who will expose the sins of youth on a whim. But I'm sorry, I don't want to use an adjective or a noun to explain youth, but for me, it's better to talk about the identity attached to the period of "youth", the identity that young people between the ages of 12 and 18 must experience - the identity of a middle school student. With this understanding of the meaning of this identity, I may be able to understand the meaning of youth.

But what is the meaning of this identity, or what is the purpose of switching between secondary and higher education during these six years, and what is the meaning of switching between the two identities of junior high school and high school students?

I think the most important thing is to use the three years of junior high school to make mistakes and understand them, and then use the three years of high school to correct them. Of course, almost no one will agree with my answer, because this is just my personal judgment, but there is an affirmation of my answer in the psychological cognition of society, otherwise, what do the two concepts of "middle school disease" and "high school debut" in the mouth of the people mean, yes, the former means the mistake of the middle school period, and the latter means a new look of high school.

Therefore, youth is a process of discovering mistakes and self-correcting, and the two different identities of middle school students have done a good job of time-marking for us.

Therefore, whether a person knows it or not, from the time he becomes a high school student, it means that the era of ignorance and sensibility has left him, and the so-called self-indulgence in the name of youth should not exist since high school.

So, what did my three years of high school tell me?

It is the sin of talent.

Yes, talent is evil, some people may be surprised, if it were not for those extraordinarily talented people in the world to discover, to create, to lead, how would human civilization come about, how human society would progress and develop, how could I sit in this very comfortable room and talk about these messy things.

But I must point out that this judgment of yours is only based on results, because there is no evidence that human civilization cannot develop to the present level without the discovery, creation, and leadership of talented people, because people are accustomed to obeying those who are talented, and are accustomed to adapting to the progress brought about by talents, because we acquiesce that talented people will inevitably lead to our progress, so we selectively ignore the destruction of human society brought by talents.

That's right, when looking at history, the impact that talent can bring to human society is often two-fold, and it is likely that talent leads to more destruction, destruction, so it does not exist, it does not exist, so we don't know, we don't know, so we forget the destruction that talent brings. Fortunately, in the corners of history, we can still find some truths about this, such as the darkness of the Middle Ages caused by the preaching of the great Jesus Christ, such as the collapse of the Han Empire caused by the great Wang Mang's reforms, and the weakening of France caused by the conquest of the great Napoleon.

So why can it be sinful. That's because talent is the logic of human action, with a certain aspect of talent, it will naturally appear more handy in doing a certain thing, and will naturally become a so-called strong person in this field, if a talented person only exists as a member of the group practice, as an individual, then there is no problem. Because no matter how an individual uses his talents, whether his final result is success or destruction, his impact on society and history is still minimal.

But the problem is that human beings obey the strong, so human beings tend to obey talented people. And having talent, becoming a leader, this will inevitably bring overconfidence in talent, overconfidence is arrogance, arrogance, will lead to a lack of self-judgment, will do things beyond their own ability, if this person is a leader, then he will make a decision beyond the collective ability, the final result is the destruction of the collective.

Therefore, talent is the root of destruction, and talent itself seems to be nothing wrong, but talent can lead to disillusionment under the use of human beings, and talent becomes a sin.

Of course, from this logical point of view, it is the arrogance and arrogance in human nature that lead to the evil of talent, but the problem is that no one can guarantee that after having talent, there will be no arrogance and lack of judgment under the influence of talent, so neither can I. Because this is the most profound lesson that my country has taught me in the past three years. Therefore, my approach is to try not to exert one's talents, only by not exerting one's talents, can one allow oneself to introspect, and only by staying away from one's talents can oneself avoid creating evil. This may be an evasion, but for human beings, only such prudence and rationality can bring longevity.

I can't stop others from creating sin, but I forgive them because they don't know the terrible talents of talent, and yet I can't guide them because I'm not God, but, now that I know this, at least I should avoid it, at least I should do my best.
