Chapter 42 Walking on Different Paths

"Moonface, wormtail, big feet, pointed fork," Qiao Qia sighed, patting the title of the map, "we owe them a lot." Pen @ fun @ pavilion wWw. biqUgE怂 ļ½‰ļ½Žļ½†ļ½ā€

"O noble man, working tirelessly to help a new generation of lawbreakers. Fred said solemnly.

"Yes," said George briskly, "don't forget to wipe it off when you're done with it!"

"Otherwise, others will see it. Fred warned.

"Just tap it again and say, 'The prank is over!' and it becomes a blank piece of parchment again. ā€

"Well, young Harry," said Fred, oddly in Percy's tone, "remember to behave. ā€

"See you at Duke Honey. George said with a wink. They left, both giggling contentedly.

Harry stood there, staring at the magical map.

He watched as the little dot of ink representing Lady Loris turned to the left, paused to sniff something on the floor.

If Filch really didn't know, he wouldn't have had to walk past the Dementors, but as he stood there excitedly, the words of Mr. Weasley that he had heard once came to his mind: If you can't see where its mind is, never trust anything that can think for itself.

This map is the kind of dangerous magical object that Mr. Weasley had warned about, an aid to the magical prankster.

However, Harry reasoned that he only wanted to use the map to get to Hogsmeade, not that he wanted to steal anything or attack anyone, Fred and George had been using this map for years, and nothing terrible had happened, Harry pointed his finger along the passage leading to Hogsmeade.

Then, suddenly, as if he had heard some command, he rolled up the map, tucked it into his robe, and hurried to the classroom door.

He opened the door two inches, and there was no one outside.

He walked cautiously and slowly out of the classroom, behind the statue of the one-eyed witch.

What must he do?

He took out the map again, and was surprised to see a new ink dot on the map, which was marked "Harry Potter".

This little figure happened to be in the real place, about halfway up the corridor on the fourth floor.

Harry watched carefully. Harry, the tiny ink man, seemed to be tapping the witch with his little wand.

There was no movement.

He went back to the map. Next to Harry on the map, a spell composed of the smallest bubbles appeared: "Left and right separation".

"Left and right!" Harry muttered to himself, trying to tap the stone witch again.

But before his wand touched the stone witch, he heard a small voice shouting, "Harry!"

Harry was so frightened that he heard someone call him, and his whole body trembled violently. Luckily, he didn't have the habit of screaming when something unexpected happened, so no one else noticed that something was wrong here.

Vio hurried towards him from around the corner, carrying a small package. It looks light.

"Oh, it's you. Harry was visibly relieved when he saw who was coming. "Why are you here?"

As soon as Vio came to the statue, he looked at the wand that Harry held up in his hand, and instantly understood what was happening.

She pursed her lips and smiled, "What about you, why are you standing here alone?

Harry shook his head helplessly, made to not want to speak by Vio. It took him a long time before he remembered that the map of the living point that Fred and George gave him was still in his hand, so he directly handed it to Vio and asked her to open it, and pointed to the map as Fred had taught him before: "I solemnly swear that I will not do good things!"

A map of the entire Hogwarts school was quickly revealed on the blank parchment, and then a few dots were revealed unevenly on it. Vio looked at the map intently, lamenting the intelligence of Harry's father, Lupin, Sirius, and Peter Pettigrew back then, and she couldn't necessarily find the corresponding spell archetype on the map, but they had worked together to create such a complex map about twenty years ago, when she was her age or a little older.

"Vio?" Harry shouted suddenly uncertainly.

This voice brought Vio to his senses as she looked at Harry, a look of hesitation that was rare on Harry's face, and unless something really bothered him, he usually made a quick decision.

"What's wrong, Harry?" asked Vio, curiously.

"Did you see that?" Harry's voice softened, "there's no you on the map. ā€

"There is no point that represents you. He said it again.

Vio chuckled in her heart, but she quickly thought of a reasonable explanation, "Oh, maybe it's because it's been too long and the magic is gradually not working?"

Harry immediately searched for Professor McGonagall all over the map, only to find that Professor McGonagall wasn't really on the map either.

"Okay. Harry was disappointed, he didn't know if he should continue to believe the picture.

Only Vio knew that Harry would be anxious to prevent Harry from finding her counterpart and name on the map, and then told the others that she had deliberately moved out of Professor McGonagall There were only a few people, and most of them were faculty members, only to know that Professor McGonagall had gone home early this Saturday morning. It also happened that she was passing by the faculty lounge that day when she was called in by Professor Flitwick, who was talking to Professor McGonagall inside, and then heard about it.

It worked, and Harry, like everyone else, was clearly no longer scrutinizing an obscure matter.

So I took it for granted that VIO said that the map was old and occasionally made mistakes, so there was no explanation on the map that represented the dots that represented her.

"Since we've met, why don't we go together?" Vio looked left and right, fearing that someone would come, and after a few gossips, he immediately reminded Harry to open the back of the one-eyed witch statue and go into the secret passage.

She really wanted to go to Hogsmeade's screaming shack to see if Sirius really turned into a big black dog in the way of Animagus, then she should be able to recognize it, after all, there was no one like Sirius who became the dog, with a distinct personality.

Harry quickly pointed his wand at the back of the statue and said, "Left and right." ā€

As Vio had seen many times, the statue parted from the back, revealing the secret passage inside. (To be continued.) )
