The creation method of Xiangjiang films is far away from the mainland, and most of Xiangjiang films are purely commercial films, serving the audience, as long as the audience likes to watch it, it will be filmed, whether it is nonsensical or, it is closer to the audience.

It is reflected in one of the more obvious aspects: the script.

The time from the start of filming to the completion of filming in Xiangjiang is very short - it can be completed in seven days, and in Xiangjiang, this phenomenon is called seven days of freshness.

Sometimes you can take a novel and shoot it, and at the same time you have to print and edit it. It sounds incredible to complete a movie in seven days, but the whole process is meticulous and tightly set, and there is no time wasted, and you have to admire the maturity of the industrialization of Xiangjiang films.

However, mainland films have very high requirements for the grasp of scripts and literature, coupled with messy review and preparation, some movies cannot even be made for several years.

If only these differences were the same.

The real problem is that now, mainland films are mainland films, and Xiangjiang movies are Xiangjiang films, and the two are clearly distinguished, and the most direct manifestation is that Xiangjiang films cannot be released in the mainland, and it is difficult for mainland films to achieve high box office in Xiangjiang.

However, there are exceptions to everything, and the exception in this matter is the Yindu Agency.

After several twists and turns, the filmmakers created three film companies, "The Great Wall", "Phoenix" and "Xinlian", which is often referred to as "Changfengxin".

In 1979, "Great Wall" and "Phoenix" merged for the first time to form Zhongyuan Film Production Company;

In November 1982, "Changfengxin" merged with "Zhongyuan", and incorporated Clear Water Bay Studios and Southern Pictures into the system, and officially reorganized into Yindu Organization Co., Ltd.

After the establishment of Yindu Institution, on the one hand, it supported the production of cutting-edge directors by setting up satellite companies and "raising the system in hospitals", and on the other hand, it continued to support veteran directors such as Li Hanxiang to shoot films such as "The Queen Mother of the West" and "The Tales of Dunhuang Nights" in the mainland; at the same time, Yindu also invested in mainland films such as "The Last Aristocrat" and "Qiu Ju's Lawsuit", taking into account cross-strait film exchanges and market tastes.

Due to the particularity of Yindu Agency, the films it shoots can be filmed directly without going through the approval of the script by the relevant domestic departments, of course, the premise is that you are not released in China, and if you get it released in China, you still have to be reviewed.

But in any case, only the films of Yindu have the conditions to be released in the mainland and Xiangjiang at the same time.

Moreover, Li Qing has no other choice, if he doesn't take refuge in Yindu Agency, "Donkey Gets Water" can't even stand up, let alone shoot.

Some people may say that Lao Tzu is rich and capricious, so Lao Tzu will shoot it, and then go directly to the international film festival competition by bypassing the domestic censorship department.

That's really not going to work, unless you don't want to go back to the huge film market of China.

In 1997, Liu Li starred in a movie called "Winter Love".

The film "Winter Love" embodies the historical outlook and values of young people born in the sixties.

The Film Bureau believes that the original title "City Love 1997" is ambiguous, and suggests that it be changed to "Winter Love".

Following the advice of the Film Bureau, director Ah Nian renamed the movie "Winter Love", and it took a year to shoot it and submit it for review.

Soon, Ah Nian got a notice that "Winter Love" was not approved and asked to revise it.

The film was changed again and again, and it was not approved for a long time.

In a fit of rage, Ah Nian, the director of "Winter Love", made a copy of the film privately and participated in the 45th San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain without obtaining a "Film Release Permit".

Therefore, he was severely punished by the Film Bureau, ordered to withdraw the copy, and suspended Ah Nian's directorial qualifications, and it was not until 1999 that Ah Nian was reinstated in his filming qualifications due to the "Youth Film Project".

At the present stage, although the mainland film market is dispensable, Li Qing cannot wait until 1999 to return to the mainland film market.

Therefore, if there is the slightest possibility, Li Qing will not go to the censorship department, especially when he is still extremely weak, because doing so is likely to ruin his hope of returning to the mainland to make movies.

Li Qing trusted a lot of friends to contact a senior executive of the Yindu organization, and then flew to Xiangjiang to meet with the senior management of the Yindu organization, and contacted him with heavy gifts.

Subsequently, under the recommendation of the senior management of Yindu Institution, Li Qing met Liao Yiyuan, chairman of Yindu Institution.

In view of the fact that the story of "Donkey Gets Water" is indeed wonderful and different, and Li Qing has become quite famous in Xiangjiang and Taiwan.

The most important thing is that the production fee of "Donkey Gets Water" was all raised by Li Qing himself.

Liao Yiyuan didn't think too much about it, so he agreed to shoot "Donkey Gets Water" in the name of Yindu Agency.

After several twists and turns, "Donkey Gets Water" has finally been established!
