Chapter 90: The Trap
Vio was confused, but she had a higher priority, immediately giving Draco a Gradient Transparency Spell to crack the spell, and the force that was holding on to her wand.
One end of the wand was already shaking a little, which meant that Draco's hand or something else had begun to disappear transparently, which was probably the root cause of him holding him at that time, he needed Vio to cast a spell on him immediately in a short period of time, otherwise it was very likely to disappear directly.
As the incantation was finished, Draco's appearance slowly appeared where the tip of Vio's staff was pointing.
His face did not look very good, and became even paler, and there was a faint white glow when the night was already too dark to see anything within a few steps.
"It's dangerous!" Vio said happily.
"That's true. Draco flicked his wrist with subtle satisfaction, "Your IQ surprised me tonight, I thought you would be desperate to see that person. ”
"Enough Malfoy. Hermione frowned. "Everybody knows that VIO has always been biased towards you. But now is not the time to show that off, hurry up and find out, where have Harry and Ron gone?"
Draco looked at Hermione coldly, as if he was a little unhappy with Hermione's attitude of letting him help.
Before he could say something to retort, Vio raised his hand and pointed to Professor Lupin and the big black dog still standing in the distance.
Now that they looked a little weak, Vio wasn't sure if what she was seeing was the real Professor Lupin and the Black Dog
Draco snapped up and grabbed Vio and walked towards them.
Hermione was still hesitant and had to follow.
They made a beeline for Professor Lupin and the Black Dog, but after walking for a long time, they found that they were always in front of them, not any closer.
Hermione stopped, and Draco looked at her lazily, as if too lazy to say anything, but understood that she was more important at this time.
"Vio, I guess, this should be a trick. Hermione said.
Vio nodded, if someone used Professor Lupin and Sirius's black dog as a trick to attract them, there were probably two possibilities: first, Sirius and Lupin were indeed in the screaming tent in front of them, and the other was that Professor Lupin and Sirius were really not here, then they were obviously in trouble, which was obviously a good way to catch them all.
But the latter vio is a little confused about why.
One last attempt, they ignored Professor Lupin and the Black Dog they could see, and instead walked straight into the Screaming Rooftop Shed.
Before entering, Draco and Hermione were in a rare alignment.
"Are you afraid of ghosts, Santriel?"
"VIO, this is said to be the largest haunted house in the UK"
Vio, as someone who knows why this place is rumored to be a haunted house, can't help but laugh when Harry and Ron are already lost.
But only for a moment, she sighed deeply and felt that she couldn't laugh.
It was a house, a messy, dusty house.
The wallpaper had fallen off the walls, the floors were stained everywhere, the pieces of furniture were broken, as if they had been broken, and the windows were nailed with wooden boards.
Several people glanced at each other, Draco looking around indifferently, and Hermione looked exhausted, but she nodded.
So they walked in together.
There was no one in the room, but a door on the right was open to a dark hallway.
The windows on the front and back walls of the room were sealed with wooden planks, and a large piece of wood had been torn off from a nearby wooden chair, and one leg was missing.
Hermione approached Vio with some trepidation, a rare sign of timidity, and Draco gave her a surprised look and a wand in his hand to illuminate the larger space.
Hermione threw a grateful glance at him.
At this moment, there was a creaking sound overhead, and something was moving upstairs.
All three looked up at the ceiling.
Hermione gripped Vio's arm so tightly that Vio's fingers were unconscious.
Vio knew she was scared and tried to hold back the pain, but Draco noticed this and raised an eyebrow at Hermione, his face not looking good.
Hermione pretended not to see, but secretly relaxed some of Vio's arms.
They climbed out of the hall as quietly as they could, and then up the crumbling staircase.
Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust, but not on the floor, something had been dragged upstairs, leaving a wide, shiny mark on the floor.
They reached the dark landing of the staircase.
"Knox. ”
Draco whispered.
The glow at the end of the wand was gone.
They were plunged into darkness again, and before Hermione could shiver more, they finally got used to the darkness and began to feel the outlines of some objects.
Only one door was open nearby.
They snuck over and heard movement behind the door: a low moan, then a deep and loud whine of a cat feeling content.
Vio breathed a sigh of relief, it should be Crook Hill without a doubt.
I don't know why it's in the Screaming Rooftop Shed again, but it must have helped Sirius a lot, at least, since Vio had never given Sirius anything to eat, nor had he visited him in the Forbidden Forest, and it was unlikely that he had been hunting for food in the Forbidden Forest until now.
To be able to bring Sirius something to eat often, to help him keep an eye on others, and to let him come and go as he pleases, what other cat would do that but Crook Hill?
She was the first to reach for the door
Inside was a slightly empty room.
In the center of the room lay a luxurious four-poster bed, surrounded by a curtain of dust, and a cat lay on the bed, whining loudly at the sight of them, with triumph and satisfaction in his voice.
However, that's not Crook Hill!
On the floor next to it, Ron clutched one of his legs, which stretched out unnaturally. Harry, on the other hand, leaned to the side, his eyes slightly closed, and the situation was not good.
Hermione followed Vio into the room, gasping at the sight of what she saw.
"Harry, Ron!" she said as she rushed to them.
Vio grabbed her from behind.
"Calm down, Hermione. Don't go there yet!"
"No!" Hermione struggled to get out of Vio's shackles, but Draco sneered beside her, her voice very cold, "Santriel, let her pass, I really want to see if the werewolf is faster, or if she's faster!"
Hermione paused, and Vio sighed and pointed slightly to the ceiling.
Hermione looked in the direction of her arm, and a large, thick black shadow was clinging to the chandelier, swaying slightly with it.
