At the same time as the large-scale merger of the factory, the comprehensive training of workers and technicians also went hand in hand, and the internal organization and study of the factory was one thing; the direct assignment of young talents to Rolls-Royce for production training was the key point, and it was necessary to comprehensively study its production specifications and technical standards, and strive to completely turn over the old Soviet thinking among the workers.
