It seems that only the special steel blanks of the Institute of Metal Materials can be processed by Guangzhou Shipyard.

Since it will take time to make a big change, simply check it out thoroughly. They also found that there was also a problem with the main bearing of the machine tool and had to be replaced. Even the machine bed has problems, the stress is not eliminated, and it is directly the newly cast bed. This definitely doesn't work, you have to find a way to relieve the stress. Fortunately, the Institute of Metal Materials has electromagnetic resonance technology to quickly relieve the stress of the metal, otherwise it would take at least a few years for it to be relieved naturally.

In this way, the machine tool was only installed soon after it was shipped to Huizhou for a major transformation, and all machine tools had to be changed. These are big guys, and it's not so easy to ship them back to Huizhou.
