When Gao Han ran a professional team himself, he really realized how much money it was. Pen | fun | pavilion www. ｂｉｑｕｇｅ。 ｉｎｆｏ

If nothing else, let's just talk about the stadium.

As early as the founding of the Chinatown team, the team used the football field of the city-owned Fermin Cacho Sports Center as a training ground, but later moved to its own field after owning its own youth center.

However, the home team has been renting the Aldevilla Stadium, although the annual rent is low, but it is also a fee, and more importantly, the team has to pay a lot of additional maintenance costs every year.

In the past few years, the China City team has upgraded year by year, its influence in the surrounding area has gradually spread, and the attendance rate has also been rising.

The main reason is two points, one is that the capacity of the Aldevilla Stadium is very small, only 1,000 seats, which is simply not enough to meet the needs of Chinatown fans, but this is already the second largest stadium in Fuenlabrada.

The largest stadium is the home of Fuenlavrada FC, which has a capacity of 2,500 people.

It can be said that the stadium problem has severely limited the development of the Chinese city team, so the first thing to do after Almodo Marcos took office was to negotiate the acquisition of the Aldevilla Stadium.

The stadium was not well used before the Chinatown team, so the owner was also happy to sell it directly to the Chinatown team for a reasonable asking price, and within the team's acceptable range, the two sides quickly negotiated the acquisition, not only to win the Aldevilla Stadium, but also to have a surrounding parking lot, as well as four vacant lots that were originally intended to be used as training grounds.

But that's just the beginning of burning money.

After the purchase of the stadium, the Chinatown team had to renovate the original main grandstand to the southwest and build a new grandstand to the northeast, so that the capacity of the stadium could be increased to 5,000 people.

According to the popularity of the China City team, it is basically not a problem to fill the 5,000 people, and the cost of the renovation is expected to reach 1 million euros, which is definitely a large amount for the China City team.

However, according to Almodo Marcos's estimates, after the renovation, the annual ticket revenue alone can add an additional 450,000 euros to the Chinese city team, and after the renovation, there will be some other facilities such as catering outlets and fan shops, as well as venue advertising, which is expected to increase the annual income of hundreds of thousands of euros.

After all, Chinatown is now a team in La Liga.

But the problem is that this income will not be seen until at least a year later, but the investment of one million euros is in sight.

In addition to the stadium, changes in the way the club is run will also greatly increase the financial pressure on the team.

In the past, the club loaned a lot of players, including players from La Liga teams such as Atletico Madrid, many of which were paid by the parent club, or even all of the salary, so the China City team did not spend much in this regard.

But now, the club is going to bring in reinforcements, and all the salaries have to be paid by themselves, which adds a lot of expenses.

According to Almodo Marcos's budget, although the club has increased a lot in terms of sponsorship income, it can only barely maintain the club's investment and daily operations, and it is basically impossible to come up with more money to invest in transfers.

"Unless, we sell one or two players to cash in. Almodo Marcos said.

"No, it's absolutely not going to work. Gao Han immediately objected.

He just felt the helplessness of Atletico Madrid, how could he let the team sell players and cash out now?

Looking at the current squad of the China City team, there are only three players who are really attractive, David De Gea, Jordi Alba and Eden Hazard.

These three players are not very old, but they perform very well, and they have the golden sign hand-picked by Gao Han, any one of them can be sold for two or three million euros, but this is definitely not allowed by Gao Han.

Not to mention the high cold, Pochettino also did not agree to sell the players, strongly stating that all three players are the future backbone of the club.

If you don't sell people, you have to invest money to bring in reinforcements.

Gao Han has just built a youth training center in China, and now he doesn't have much money on hand.

This is also the first time he has felt the benefits of a rich man, at least when he watched Abramovich burn money, it was tens of millions of dollars burned, and he didn't frown, but now he ......

It's good to be rich!

However, there is also a trick of no money without money.

The simplest and most direct way is to eat big.

Mendes, who was sitting silently, immediately felt Gao Han's eyes aimed at him, and secretly screamed in his heart that something was wrong, and then felt Gao Han's ill-intentioned smile, and he cried bitterly in his heart.

"Okay, you say, as long as I can help, I'll help. "The Portuguese agent confessed.

Everyone present was amused, but they were also surprised.

Who is Mendes?

Put it in European football, it is the master who can stomp his feet and shake the ground, how many bosses and chairmen of giant teams have to be polite when they see him, but now they are forced by Gao Han like this, driving ducks to the shelves, if you don't see it with your own eyes, who will believe it?

"Don't worry, Jorge, I won't let you suffer. ”

But how can Gao Han's words make Mendes believe?

"If we don't have money, we have to think of ways to do it. ”

After finishing speaking, Gao Han beckoned and motioned for everyone to come over.

"Jorge, AC Milan, are you familiar?" asked Gao Han.

Mendes nodded, "I used to run the Pato transfer, and I had a bit of a relationship, and not long ago, they just called me and said that they wanted to buy Ronaldinho and let me go to Barcelona to help run it." ”

"OK, that's fine. Gao Han smiled, "I know that there is a young player named Aubameyang in the AC Milan youth team, nineteen years old, Gabonese nationality, who is not valued in AC Milan and is preparing for a loan, you can help me contact him." ”

"And then?" Mendez asked with concern.

"I'll buy it, but it can't exceed 800,000 euros, and, you tell Galliani, in three years. ”

Mendez's eyes widened, and he almost didn't scold.

800,000 euros, why do you want to pay three installments?

Are you embarrassed?

Anyway, you Gao Han is the number one person in European football, if this gets out......

But looking at Gao Han's face again, Mendes knew that this harlequin must have to be himself.

No way, who makes himself his partner or his agent?

Maintaining the golden sign of Gao Han is also a major responsibility of his agent.

"Okay, I'll talk. Mendes confessed.

Gao Han's eyes narrowed, as if he was praising a clever sentence, and immediately pointed to the next one.

"Last season's Ligue 1 promotion team in Strasbourg, there was a midfielder named Schneiderlin, eighteen years old, who couldn't play in Strasbourg, and this team was relegated back to Ligue 2 this season, you help me come forward, invite Schneiderlin over, and say that we give him the main force. ”

This matter is not difficult, just running errands, with the reputation of Gao Han, there is no disadvantage.

"No problem. ”

Gao Han nodded and smiled, "Then Ajax shouldn't be a stranger, right?"

"Suarez, who ran last year, is the one you recommended and dealt with them. Mendes replied.

In the summer of last year, Gao Han heard about Suarez from Robben's mouth, when the Uruguayan played for Robben's hometown team Groningen, and Gao Han took the opportunity to attend Robben's wedding and watched a warm-up game of Suarez, and the result was greatly admired, and he directly cheapened Mendes.

Suarez later joined Ajax, with Mendes operating from it, while the Uruguayan striker also performed quite well.

"There is a Belgian centre-back named Toby Alderweireld in the Ajax youth team, who is 19 years old and has not made a first-team appearance, so you can talk to me about it, preferably in installments. ”

"Also, Feyenoord has a 16-year-old Dutch centre-back named De Vrij in the youth team, and you can help me talk about the periodisation as well. ”

"In addition, in Brazil, Cruzeiro has a 21-year-old midfielder named Ramirez, who just transferred in for 200,000 yuan half a year ago, you can help me talk about it. ”

"Gremio, who is also in the Brazilian league, has a seventeen-year-old player named Douglas Costa, who has not played in the first team so far, so it should be quite cheap, and you can help me talk about it. ”

"River Plate in the Argentine league has a striker named Radamel Falcao, I am quite optimistic about him, you can also help me to test it, he should be more expensive. ”

"In addition, Armenia's Yerevan Phoenix team has a nineteen-year-old player named Mkhitaryan, this should be easier to discuss, and the price is definitely cheap, you can help me get him. ”

"Oh, by the way, the Brazilian player Diego Costa who Atletico Madrid loaned to our team last season, if you go and talk to Atletico Madrid, just say that our manager admires him, if he can install, if not, he will go on loan first, sign a buyout clause in a year or two, but don't mention me. ”

Atletico Madrid's big three are all human spirits, and if they know that Gao Han wants to get Diego Costa, it is impossible to sell it to death, so they have to use roundabout tactics.

Mendes recorded everything Gao Han confessed, but the more he calculated in his heart, the more wrong it became.

"Wait, wait. "The more Mendes thought about it, the more wrong it became.

"What's the matter?"

"May I ask a question first?"

"Well, just ask. ”

"How much money are you going to invest in these transfers?"

Mendes is not worried about the recruitment and negotiation, with his connections and connections in European football today, it is not a problem to get these players at all, but the problem is that there has to be money.

After Gao Han heard this, he smiled and gestured two fingers.

Mendes secretly screamed in his heart, "Pounds?"

But Gao Han replied with a wry smile: "Euros." ”

Mendes was dumbfounded, almost collapsed, if the person in front of him was not Gao Han, he would definitely jump up and scold his mother directly.

Two million euros, nine players to bring in?

Yes, these players are not famous, but the players in the European professional league are not cabbages in the vegetable market, are they?

Not to mention, Falcao is the main striker of River Plate, even if Mendes has two million euros, right?

Diego Costa was €3.5 million when he joined Atletico Madrid last year, and now at least that's the price.

Douglas Costa's name, Mendes has heard, Gremio's talented rookie, can it be cheap?

In addition, Alderweireld, De Vrij, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang, Schneiderlin and Ramirez, even if these players are cheap, they all add up to at least a few million, right?

Two million want to get them all done?

Boss, this is too difficult a task, isn't it?

Gao Han couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed when he saw Mendes' expression of wanting to cry without tears, but he really didn't have any money.

As the saying goes, it is difficult for a good woman to cook without rice, if Pochettino is not equipped with a lineup, how can he lead the team?

If the team can't be promoted this season, that's better, but if they can't be promoted next season, then it will be difficult to keep players like Eden Hazard and David De Gea.

"I know, it's not easy, Jorge. Gao Han had a look of sympathy for you.

"But you're Jorge Mendes, and in European football, is there anything you can't do?"

With this big hat down, Mendes knew he couldn't run away.

Gao Han never praises people, and when he praises something.

But who is Mendes?

As shrewd as he is, with a roll of his eyes, he figured it out.

Gao Han eats his own big family, so he eats others.

Judging from Gao Han's attention to these players, it is definitely not bad, and he can't suffer a loss.

Thinking of this, Mendes clapped his chest on the spot.

"Okay, I'll help you get in touch right away and get back to you as soon as possible. ”

Seeing that he agreed so quickly, Gao Han felt a little guilty.
