"The enemy is in the direction of twelve, three, and nine o'clock. β
For some time, Patrick and the G41 still can't get rid of the enemy. The enemy's defenses were impenetrable, and wherever they went, there would always be troops to intercept them. Hopefully they will be able to solve it, but their ammo will not support them in solving too many enemies.
On the other hand, the enemy's defense system has detected a frenzied invasion and is vying with it for control of the surveillance, so now Patrick has lost the advantage of electronic warfare.
"Let's go, G41. Patrick said as he fired back at his pursuers.
"Yes, master!"
They began to circle around the entire space station, maneuvering around the enemy and firing as few shots as possible. Everywhere he arrived, Patrick would try to lock the gates in one direction, using this to stall for time.
Patrick came around a corner and leaned slightly against the wall. The infrared scan told him that he was approached by enemy light armed men. The pursuers were still biting tightly, and depending on the situation, they had to get through here.
As soon as the infantry took a step around the corner, Patrick stepped out, waved off the infantryman's gun, and grabbed him and held him hostage. Draw the Desert Eagle and pull the trigger on the enemy in front of you, nearly breaking the target in two. After G41 followed, he quickly killed the remaining three infantrymen with a few quick shots.
Releasing the kidnapped soldier, Patrick shot him again. The infrared scans spread out in all directions, and the holographic projection of the pursuers was already very close, but Patrick saw something else. He closed the gate behind him, then led the G41 forward, turned left and right along the aisle, and came to the door of a computer room.
"Ready...... "Patrick slammed the door open with a punch, and the G41 raised its gun to the inside of the machine room, and the whole process was seamless. There wasn't anyone in the room, just a row of closet-like processors and an oversized turbine.
Patrick looked at it for a moment, then waved G41 to the door and wait. He couldn't find anything resembling a console, so he threw two hard punches at the turbine.
"Prepare to enter a gravity-free environment," Patrick said casually, "Three, two, one......"
"Bang!" As soon as the words fell, the mechanical prosthetic completely entered the turbine, the metal plate deformed, and sparks continued to splash out. The space station that lost its gravity generator immediately went weightless, and everything that wasn't fixed floated up.
Patrick and the G41 turned on the omnidirectional thrusters and quickly integrated into the gravity-free environment. Patrick launched the locklock and grabbed the wall at the end of the aisle, pulled himself over, and then with a kick, he floated to the traffic hub of the space station.
Although the transportation hub is the space that directs each area of the space station, it is still a separate section one by one. Patrick floated in, locked onto the floating enemy in the area, used the thruster to adjust his position, and spun and pulled the trigger. The poor insects floating in the air were powerless to fight back, and soon became the ghosts of the G3SAR.
"Crazy, where's the blast point?"
"There are two of them," said the madman, "one is the storage station, the other is the fuel room, and the two are so close that you just have to go down to the atrium and take the elevator down." β
"Understood, let's go. β
"Be careful, the enemy also has troops that specialize in dealing with gravity-free combat. β
"I saw it. With that, Patrick cut off the communication and sprayed to the side, dodging the distant attack. He glanced in the direction of the attackers and saw a heavily armed squad steadied against the wall, aiming at them. The rifle they were holding was presumably a SASS automatic sniper rifle that had been modified for use in the space environment, and was designed to fit the gravity-free environment.
Patrick grabbed one of the passages and quickly pulled himself underneath with his chains. Although the enemy has excellent long-range combat weapons, Patrick is unmatched by their opponents in terms of mobility. He used the bridges as cover, quickly shuttling between them, and in the brief split second he fired at the immobile enemy, who was quickly defeated.
The thrusters exploded, and Patrick spun around to dodge the flying bullets, shooting the last enemy on the platform who tried to escape, and at the same time made his way to the next workshop. The mechanical door facing is the door to the atrium, which is closed at this moment. And the troops that greeted Patrick and the G41 were already in a position and waiting for them to come.
"G41, the infantry will be handed over to you. Make use of obstacles as cover and leave no living mouths. β
"Yes!"
With his rifle behind his back and the grenade launcher drawn, Patrick stared warily at the flying mech. Their triangular formation was flying towards him, and it was clear that he was their target. He pulls himself to the right, dodging the oncoming bullets, while raising the grenade launcher and aiming at the mech on the right, pulling the trigger. Due to the lack of gravity, the grenade crashed straight into the mech, causing it to lose its center of gravity and lean back. Patrick kicked the bottom of the bridge again, got on top of the damaged mech, loaded another grenade, and fired it again. This attack directly broke the upper body of the mech, completely silent.
The bullet passed through the smoke screen and landed on Patrick's right arm, and he quickly sprayed to the left, away from the mech's strafing trajectory. The remaining two mechs approached from the left and right, their mounted miniguns spinning in an attempt to shoot Patrick down with a wide range of strafings. Patrick fires the chain, grabs the floor, pulls it over, and immediately turns face up, raising his rifle horizontally. He aimed at the fuel tank of the left mech and pulled the trigger of the G3SAR. After firing three bullets, the fuel tank was pierced, and the back of the mecha in the advancing state exploded instantly, spinning in mid-air.
This solves another one. Patrick thought to himself.
He moved the gun's crosshair to the other side, and saw that the remaining mech had turned around. Patrick stepped down, his body dodging behind a tube due to the reaction force. Bullets grazed the metal outer walls, bursting with sparks.
The robotic arm sucked into the pipe, held it hard, and then stepped hard, and with the thrust of the thruster, Patrick quickly came to a place slightly above the mech. The chain grabbed the top of the mech, quickly carried him over, and landed firmly on top of the mech. Patrick pulled out a C4 from his back, mounted it on the mech's thrusters, and then kicked them away from the mech with the thrust of the thrusters.
With a "boom", the mecha was detonated, and the fragments of the stump scattered around. Patrick steadied his center of gravity and scanned his gun for a week before coming to the mechanical door. The G41 had just finished clearing the enemy infantry and was on standby at the door.
"Master?"
"What's the matter?" asked Patrick, who was cautiously searching for a circuit.
"I have a sense of foreboding......"
"There's nothing to be afraid of," said Patrick, "and we've been unlucky enough to survive all sorts of misfortunes." β
"Will we ever be lucky?"
Patrick paused: "I don't know, but at least we're alive now." And, we have each other, and that's enough. β
"Hmm. β
The mechanical door opened, but the speed with which the two flaps opened was not complimentary.
"Stab 02-2, I've opened the door. You can break it with your hands, if it makes you feel better. Crazy joked.
"No need. β
Patrick scanned it with an infrared scan, and the image was densely packed on the other side of the door. The enemy's third line of defense is in full swing.
Patrick knew that even with all their wisdom and all their strength, they would have to rely on luck in the end.
"Keep up, G41. β
It was so before, and it will be so now.
"Prepare to engage the enemy. β
Everything is left to fate.
