Chapter 251: A New Semester Begins

Dumbledore called Snape to meet Sirius, apparently creating an opportunity to reconcile the two of them and not be as strained as before.

In the eyes of others, there is nothing indissolvable between the two people, just some unpleasant memories from their student days.

But they dislike each other to the extent that everyone can imagine.

Snape seems to have completely transferred all his hatred for Harry's father, Jaime, to Sirius, who inherited his friend James's dislike of Snape on top of his own hatred of Snape.

They don't like each other, and they can't wait to hit each other directly.

Hoping that they can reconcile is a dream. Dumbledore's efforts were completely wasted and even complicated matters.

"Pug?!" Sirius raised his wand and roared loudly, "It's funny, who is more like a lackey, I want you to see that you are still looking forward to the return of your old master, Lord Voldemort, and then rejoin."

"Shut up and don't put the name in front of me. Snape gritted his teeth, raising his wand as well.

As the battle broke out, Harry, who was closest to him, rushed over and stopped them in the middle of them.

"No, Sirius," Harry shouted.

"Get out of the way, Harry, do you think I'm a coward?" Sirius roared, trying to push Harry away, but Harry didn't move.

"Well, I guess so. Snape sneered.

"Harry, get out of the way!" Sirius yelled, shoving Harry aside with a palm.

As Harry left, a thick red glow from the end of his wand flew straight towards Snape.

Snape was prepared, he took a step back, waved his wand and knocked Sirius' spell away. Bright green sparks flashed, and a branch beside him turned into a giant python. It hissed and slid towards Sirius.

Sirius did not retreat, but advanced, waving his wand and whizzing three spells.

One of them struck the python that was approaching him, and the python turned into black smoke and vanished, leaving two spells flying towards Snape with great speed.

Snape took another step back, chanting a quick incantation, and just as he was about to strike, a pale white barrier appeared in front of him to stop Sirius' attack.

The sudden battle stunned everyone.

Evan was stunned for a moment, then hurriedly pulled out his wand and rushed over, stopping between them.

Seeing Evan rush in, neither Sirius nor Snape attacked again, they gasped and looked at each other with extreme contempt on their faces.

"Stop, stop, are you both crazy?!" Evan shouted, "Sirius, this is Hogwarts, if the other students see it"

"I don't care!" Sirius growled.

"I don't have time to hang around with a mad dog. Aven's words seemed to bring Snape back to his senses, and he couldn't let the other students see them.

Snape's face was gloomy and terrifying, he glanced at Sirius with disgust, slipped his wand into his pocket, and strode toward the school castle.

He walked away, Sirius glaring at his back, wand hanging to his side.

When Snape's figure disappeared completely, the crowd erupted in loud cheers.

"Great, we've wanted to do this for a long time, and give Snape a hard lesson!" said Fred and George excitedly, walking over and patting Sirius.

"I can't believe what I just saw?!We finally don't have to be afraid of this old bat!Knock him to the ground, Sirius, hard" Ron recovered from the shock and became excited.

"It's not a joke, Ron!" Hermione's expression was serious, and she and Ginny beside her looked very scared, "Sirius, you were too excited, you shouldn't have attacked Snape, it would get you in big trouble." ”

"I'm not afraid of trouble. Sirius gasped as if he had just finished a long run.

"But you're professors at school, I mean."

"Don't worry, Hermione, no one will know about this, it's just two old classmates catching up. Sirius waved his hand, motioning for Hermione not to take it personally.

The unexpected short fight seemed to foreshadow what was to come in the second half of the year.

With the tension between Sirius and Snape, this battle was not the first, and it definitely won't be the last.

There was no doubt that all Gryffindor House students were in favor of Sirius, and Snape was the Head of Slytherin House.

If such a battle were to happen again, it would be more than just a battle between two

As you can imagine, the second semester of this year will be very exciting.

As Sirius said, no one except Aven, Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys knew about this little episode that took place at the school gate.

A little over twenty minutes later, Evan and the others parted ways with Sirius at the castle gates, and he was going to Dumbledore's office while the others went back to the Gryffindor common room.

The corridors were littered with young wizards who had returned to school a few days earlier, and when they saw Evan and the others, all of them greeted each other warmly, except for the Slytherin students who continued to be indifferent.

In fact, their attitude is much more enthusiastic than before.

There were even quite a few girls who rushed directly to find Evan and Harry to sign autographs.

Evan could feel that after the Sirius incident had been hyped up by the media, he and Harry were directly involved in the school, and they were more famous in the school than before.

When Evan returned to the Gryffindor Tower, he found the portrait at the door of the common room, and the fat woman had returned, and she greeted him with the same enthusiasm.

He had just climbed in when thunderous cheers erupted from the common room.

The Gryffindor House students all rushed over, and they gathered Aven, Harry, Hermione, and Ron in the center to ask them about Professor Lupin, Sirius, and Peter Pettigrew.

Although everyone learned about the incident from the newspaper, those who saw the incident were still excited.

They had been arguing and talking for a long time before Evan seized the opportunity to rush into his bedroom.

The bedroom was exactly the same as it had been when he had left the other day, and the house-elves had already made his luggage and bed.

Behind him, Colin followed.

"Evan, how are you doing with the Christmas holidays?" he asked, smiling, and sat down on his bed.

"Okay, a lot happened, but it all worked out in the end!" Evan collapsed on his bed tiredly.

A lot did happen this Christmas, from searching for Regulus in a cave full of corpses, meeting a mysterious vampire girl, and being busy preparing for the shop. Evan had never been so tired as he was now, but thankfully what happened was going better and better.

"I read in the newspapers the truth of all the events, and the matter about your shop. Colin continued, "I was going to go yesterday to cheer for you, along with Sirius's autograph, and my brother and I adore him very much after learning his story. But my dad thought it was too dangerous and wouldn't agree to take me to Diagon Alley. ”

His face was full of regret, and with what Aven knew about Colin, he knew that the other party was very, very much admired heroes like Sirius and Harry.

Otherwise, he wouldn't have taken a whole year's picture of Harry last year. Until now, Harry would still be very excited when he spoke to him.

"Don't worry, you can always ask Sirius to give you an autograph and take a few pictures of him by the way. Evan rolled over and turned to Colin, "I forgot to tell you, Sirius has promised the Headmaster to be the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor. (To be continued.) )
