Chapter 266: Quidditch Training
Evan left Sirius' office and headed for the library, thinking about the centaur tribe.
Since he was going to the centaur tribe tomorrow, he had to be ready.
Just in case, Evan plans to go to the library to study the movement of the constellations in the last few days to see what they represent. He remembered that there were several magic books in the library dedicated to centaur astrogazing, which were just right for him.
By the way, Harry and Ron Hermione should be informed of this as soon as possible.
A few minutes later, as soon as Evan reached the door of the library, he saw Harry running out of breath, and behind him was the stern shouts of the caretaker, Mrs. Pince, who was scolding Harry for running around the library.
"What are you doing?" said Evan in surprise, reaching out to Harry.
"IāI've got something to do with you, Aven!" replied Harry, gasping.
"It just so happens that I'm looking for you too. Evan raised his head and looked around, and said in a low voice, "Do you remember the other day when I told you, Ron, and Hermione about the secret treasure left behind by the four founders of Hogwarts at the Burrow?"
Harry didn't expect Evan to say this, he was stunned for a moment, his expression became serious, and he nodded cautiously.
"As far as I can tell, the key to the treasure left behind by Gryffindor is kept in the tribe of centaurs deep in the Forbidden Forest. "I've just consulted with Sirius, and he's going to take the four of us to the centaur tribe tomorrow night." ā
Harry seemed surprised to hear Aven's words.
It took him a long time to understand what Evan meant.
"You mean that magic item kept in the centaur tribe and left behind by Gryffindor himself that can increase his magical powers?!" Harry said in disbelief, "Tomorrow night, Sirius is going to take the four of us to the Forbidden Forest to find it?!"
After seeing Evan nodding in confirmation, Harry gradually became excited,
It's the best adventure to venture out into the Forbidden Forest, find what Gryffindor himself left behind, and unravel millennia-old puzzles.
It took a while for Harry to calm down.
"Tell Ron and Hermione about this and get the two of them ready. Evan continued, "By the way, what did you just say was looking for me?"
"I want you to be on the pitch together and watch the Gryffindor team practice for the last time before the game. Harry excitedly said, "Ron and Hermione are there too, you can talk to them about it." ā
"Wait, Harry, just tell the two of them. "I have some business to do, I'm going to the library to study the recent constellations, which will be very helpful in understanding the centaurs." ā
"When the training is over, we can work together. Let's go, Aven, Ron and Hermione are waiting for us on the grounds!" Harry didn't seem to hear Evan's refusal, and couldn't help but push him in the direction of the Quidditch field, "You can't always be in the library, you need to relax and get some fresh air!"
"Alright!" Evan thought for a moment, he really needed Hermione's help.
His stargazing skills weren't particularly good, and Hermione might have some expert advice on that. There are many places in arithmetic divination that involve planetary trajectories, and for a whole year, Hermione insisted on observing and recording.
You know, Hermione has the best arithmetic and divination grades in all of Hogwarts.
By the time Evan was pulled by Harry to the Quidditch Arena, he found everyone standing at the edge of the arena, and they were in a circle, listening to Lady Hooch explain the Firebolts.
Like everyone else, Lady Hodge was full of praise for the Firebolt.
She held the firebow arrow in her hand and did not hesitate to provide professional advice to everyone.
"If you look at the balance, if there's a downside to the Halo series, it's that the tail tip is a little sloping, and after a few years of use, you'll often find that this lean can develop into an obstacle. They also improved the broom handle, which is slightly thinner than the Sweep series, which reminds me of the old Silver Arrow, but unfortunately they don't make Silver Arrows anymore, I learned to fly in Silver Arrows, which is a very delicate old broomstick. ā
She said a lot, and it wasn't until Wood prompted training that Lady Hodge returned the firebolt to Harry and walked to the edge of the stands and sat down.
Wood communicates tactics to the players, and Evan beckons to Ron and Hermione, and the three of them climb to the top of the stands and find a place where no one is sitting down.
In the middle of the field, all of the Gryffindor Quidfields took off from the ground.
Evan saw Harry flying in mid-air on a firebolt, his speed was almost as fast as the wind, and only a vague shadow could be seen.
"Harry, I've let the Golden Snitch out!" shouted Wood, who was standing in the middle of the field and waved his hand at Harry in the air.
As soon as he finished speaking, Harry spun down from the sky.
He looked as if he had no weight, straight down, his toes brushing the blades of grass on the field, and then suddenly stopped, and his figure flashed slightly, flashing out from behind Wood, gently gripping the golden snitch that had just been released.
The whole process took less than 10 seconds.
Remembering the deafening cheers of the Gryffindor team, Harry rolled the Golden Snitch to the ground again, letting it roll for a minute before he ran wildly, weaving his way between his teammates.
After a few seconds, he spotted the Snitch lurking near Katie Bell's knee, so he deftly bypassed her and grabbed it again.
"Great, the firebolts are the best!" Ron cheered loudly, "Come on, Harry, we're going to win tomorrow!"
Hermione was also very happy to see Harry's performance.
The two of them looked the same as usual, but Evan keenly caught the faint tension and weirdness in the air. Something must have happened between Ron and Hermione, they barely looked each other's eyes right now.
Evan shook his head, not thinking deeply.
In his opinion, Ron and Hermione's personalities were meant to be that. Quarrels or something, it's too normal for the two of them.
It's just that most of the time, Hermione is right.
Evan stood at the top of the stands and looked out at the Forbidden Forest in the distance.
It was as silent as ever, not a single bird could be seen, and as far as the eye could see, there was a sea of green, and the trees towering into the sky could barely be seen.
As the oldest creatures in the Forbidden Forest, the centaurs have lived there for a long time, and their footprints have been all over the land before Hogwarts was founded.
Evan didn't know what they would ask him to do, and a feeling of unease rose at the thought of Ferencze's melancholy expression as he left.
He thought of Professor Trelawney's prophecy that Voldemort would mark the temple of the Chosen One, and perhaps that was the place where the centaur tribe kept the key to the secret treasure that Gryffindor had left behind.
Evan didn't know what was going to happen next, and he shook his head vigorously. (To be continued.) )
