Chapter Seventy-One: Give the Cat a Name
"Wait a minute, Mr. Minister!" Harry said hurriedly, "what about the punishment given to me?"
"Punishment?!" Fudge blinked, as if he had just remembered such a thing.
"I've broken the law!" Harry said, "an ordinance restricting the use of magic by minors!"
"Oh, dear child, we won't punish you for such a trivial matter!" said Fogu, waving his baked dough impatiently, "It's a coincidence, we're not going to send people to Azkaban just for the sake of blowing up Auntie!"
Harry's words were a little confused, and they didn't fit in with his past dealings with the Ministry of Magic.
"I received a formal warning last year when a house-elf turned Dudley into a pig's tail at my uncle's house!" Harry said with a frown, "The Ministry of Magic says that if I do any more magic there, Hogwarts will expel me!"
Perfectly questioned, Evan watched with interest Fudge suddenly look embarrassed.
"Things change all the time, Harry, in the current situation, we have to think about you, you don't want to be fired, do you?"
"Of course not. Harry replied hurriedly.
Hearing Harry's words, Fudge burst out laughing, and he called the barkeeper Tom, motioned for him to open a room for Harry, and repeatedly told Harry to stay in Diagon Alley for the next two weeks and not to go out, especially not to wander around Muggle London.
Then he put on his robe and prepared to leave.
"Mr. Minister, do you have any news of Sirius Black?"
Hearing Harry's words, Fudge's fingers slid over the silver clasp of his robes.
"Oh, you hear that! Well, no, not yet, but it's only a matter of time before he catches him. The Azkaban guards had never failed, and they were furious this time more than I ever knew. Fudge's voice trembled a little.
"Goodbye then, dear Harry. Fudge and Harry shook hands.
Harry hurriedly asked if he could sign his consent form to visit Hogsmeade, and Fudge looked uncomfortable.
He flatly rejected Harry, the expression on his face becoming more and more unnatural, and Evan quietly wiped the cold sweat from his forehead as he turned around.
When Evan and Harry had finished their baked bread, they followed Tom up a beautiful wooden staircase to a room with a brass sign indicating that it was Eleven, and Tom opened the door. There was a large cosy bed, a few shiny oak furniture, a crackling fire in the fireplace, and Hedwig, who had not been seen all along, standing on top of the closet.
"Hedwig!" Harry exclaimed in surprise, "so you're here, did you send that letter to Aven, what did he say?"
He immediately stopped, and he found that the text message he had hastily written to Evan as he left the Dursleys was strapped to Hedwig's lap intact, unmoving.
Harry suddenly became a little worried, Hedwig couldn't find Aven, but why didn't the other party reply to him, would there be any accidents.
Just as he was wondering, Hedwig suddenly flew up to the black cat that had been following him.
As soon as Evan jumped on the bed, he saw Hedwig looking at him, his amber eyes full of vigilance, and then it seemed to see through his disguise, cooed a few times, and came up to say hello affectionately, and wanted to hand over the parchment on his feet to himself.
It's so strange that a cat is reading a letter!
Harry sat down on the bed and looked at Evan absentmindedly.
He couldn't believe that he had only been away from Privet for a few hours, so much had happened, that he hadn't been expelled, and that he had two good days to get rid of the Dursleys.
But why didn't Evan reply to himself, could it be that he also went abroad like Hermione and Ron, so that Hedwig would not be able to deliver the letter to him.
There is also this black cat that suddenly appeared, looking at Hedwig's appearance, as if he knew each other.
Harry rolled over and reached out to hug the cat, but the other man immediately ducked away, looking at him with a disgruntled look. Harry had never known that a cat would have such a human expression, what a strange thing.
Immediately after, it occurred to him that he didn't know the name of the cat yet, and if he was going to raise it, then shouldn't he give the cat a name?!
Harry thought of a lot of names, and by the time the sky outside the window turned from a deep purple-blue to a cold iron-gray, he was already asleep in a daze.
The next day, while still asleep, Harry suddenly felt something pressing on him, and he opened his eyes suddenly, only to find that it was Evan who was pressing on him.
This startled him, and he immediately fell asleep.
"Aven, Aven, wake up!" Harry nudged Avan, who was asleep, "When did you come over, did you see the letter I wrote to you, and how did you get to my bed?!"
"Good morning, Harry!"
Evan rubbed his eyes, he found that he had changed back, and the mana that had been consumed had been completely restored, and even increased considerably.
Seeing Harry staring at him, he hurriedly told the other party what had happened, how he had turned into a kitten, how he had been attacked by a black dog on the street. But there was one thing he didn't say, and that was that the big black dog that chased him last night was actually Sirius Black.
"Y-You said you changed that black cat last night?" Harry said in surprise, "No wonder I've always thought it weird, a normal cat wouldn't eat chocolate and baked bread, right?"
"yes, I was expecting you to find out sooner. Evan nodded, and under the gaze of the other party, he turned into a black cat and changed back again.
"I should have thought of it, it's the same as Professor McGonagall, what's this spell called?" Harry looked at Evan enviously.
"Animagus!" said Aven, "I hope you'll keep it a secret for me, Harry, I'm going to use it as a killer weapon." ”
"No problem, I'll keep it a secret for you. But how did you do that, Professor McGonagall said it was a very complicated, very dangerous spell?"
"I got a little bit of help from Tom Riddle and Salazar Slytherin. Evan sat up, "If you want to learn, I can teach you, the main difficulty is in the accumulation of magic power, if nothing else, you can probably learn this spell in a few years." ”
Evan then talked to Harry about "Animagus" for a while.
The two of them went downstairs to finish breakfast, and he summoned Dobby, the house-elf, to him.
After not finding Evan all night, Dobby looked terrified, his fingers were covered in bandages, and he looked like he must have punished himself severely, and he cried bitterly in front of the two of them for a long time, which made Evan very unhappy.
He comforted Dobby for a while before asking the other party to go back and pack his luggage.
Then he went out and called his mother again, telling her that he would be living in Diagon Alley for the next two weeks until school started, so that she could not worry. Not surprisingly, Mrs. Mason gave Aven a harsh lecture until the end of the day.
