In the season of crisp autumn and bright sunshine, we held the Municipal Talent Exchange Conference, which was held well and in a timely manner! I wish the conference a complete success!

I am deeply honored and excited to be able to participate in this conference. Because I am a young man who has just stepped out of school and has just entered the society, it can be said that my experience is shallow and my knowledge is limited. By participating in this conference, I was able to benefit a lot and learn a lot of knowledge that I didn't know before.

After graduating, I was very happy to return to this city, because I love my hometown very much, it is a beautiful and rich place, and it is the place where I was born and raised. After I returned to my hometown, I looked around and found that my hometown had undergone earth-shaking changes: all walks of life in my hometown were thriving, the people in my hometown were happy, the appearance of my hometown was completely new, and the future of my hometown was as beautiful as a brocade. The more I watched, the more I loved it, and the more I loved it, the more excited I became. I secretly made up my mind: I will take root in my hometown for the rest of my life and build my hometown with my hands!

Now, for me, there is neither the practice of work nor the accumulation of experience, but I have a red heart to dedicate to my hometown, I can humbly seek advice, have the courage to practice, go deep into the masses, be willing to be a primary school student, learn from scratch, start from scratch, learn skills, and work hard. What is more important here is the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly. The ancients said in their poems: "The spring silkworm is dead to the end, and the wax torch turns to ashes and tears begin to dry", which is used in work, that is, to have the quality and style of Jiao Yulu, never forget the party's principles and policies, work hard to do the construction of the hometown, and care about the suffering of the masses.
