The wind hunts, and the firecrackers sound in unison. On the occasion of the successful conclusion of the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China, we ushered in the housewarming ceremony of our National Taxation Bureau.

First of all, let me extend a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the leaders and guests on behalf of the overall staff!

The change of our IRS from an old office to a majestic office building is a great event for us, and we rejoice and sing for it.

This grand event embodies the painstaking efforts of the higher-level leaders and the Laha town government, and this grand event brings together the love of fraternal units and the people. It is another fruit of reform and opening up, it is a bond of one heart and one mind, it is a bridge for the country to be rich and the people is strong, and it is a beautiful hope for the future!

We gazed at it and remembered how many days and nights the leaders at all levels had worked hard to solve our worries and difficulties; we gazed at it and remembered how many ups and downs, how many fraternal units generously helped us, how many sunshine and rain our IRS endured, and how many spring breezes and rains we bathed in. Because of this, our IRS is thriving!
