(15) Deliberately seek depth and be unique
I entered the education front in 1968.
In the past 20 years of practice, I have deliberately pursued the depth of my work, not staying on the superficial surface, and developing my own personality.
Whether in education or teaching, they have their own opinions and practices, forming a style full of personality characteristics.
The class teacher is the organizer, leader, and educator of the student's basic unit, an important assistant and relying force for the party's political and ideological work for the students in the school, and a soul engineer who trains students to become idealistic, moral, educated, and disciplined new-style workers.
Years of practice as a class teacher have fully proved the importance of class teachers.
In our real world, there are many class teachers who are diligent, from morning to night, go deep into the class, "watch" the students, make the class orderly, and give the impression that the students are the big class leaders, busy and tired.
However, once you leave, the class is out of order.
My views and practices are different.
I advocate ideological education for students, let go of their hands and feet, and let students manage themselves, and do not advocate that class teachers look at students all day long like prisoners.
My approach is to use appropriate methods according to the age, psychological characteristics, and ideological reality of middle school students, and pay attention to cultivating their self-control and self-care ability, so that they can study and act consciously.
I think this approach has a depth and it is more demanding of the class teacher. It's harder, more detailed, but more effective, and it's perfectly in line with the requirements of today's times.
This kind of work is mainly divided into two categories, one is the education of the whole class, and the other is the training of student cadres.
The education of the whole class is carried out with revolutionary theories such as Marxism, Chairman Mao Thought, Deng Lao Theory, the party's education policy, and the code of conduct for middle school students, so as to inspire them to love the motherland and the party, to erect lofty ideals, to clarify the purpose of study, to cultivate their own beautiful sentiments, to strengthen the concept of collectivism, to consciously abide by discipline, to study hard, to actively participate in various activities, and especially to educate them to work the word "consciously."
It has been proven in practice and the effect is remarkable.
I attach great importance to the training and use of student cadres, and I have made greater efforts.
A strong student group must have some good students who unite around the teacher as cadres to form the core of the class, which can lead the whole class to strive for a common goal.
First of all, I selected outstanding people to form class committees and youth league branches, and educated them, so that they felt that they had a long way to go.
If you want to carry out your work well, you must first be a role model, which requires you to be humble and sincere and strict with yourself.
I have also passed on the working methods to the cadres, guiding them to use their brains and learn working methods through practice, so that they can dare to work and be good at work, and give full play to their exemplary and leading role.
In front of all the students, the prestige of the cadres is erected, and the obstacles are removed so that they can work smoothly.
Over the years, I have successively trained many cadres such as Tian Yuming, Zhang Shuqin, Cui Wenlin, and Li Yaqin, who can be strict with themselves, take the lead everywhere, and complete tasks independently.
Once, the whole town had a meeting of teachers, and my class was self-studying, and the order was very good.
But when school was about to end, the poor student Liu Huaizheng violated discipline, and the female squad leader Zhang Shuqin immediately criticized it, and Liu Huaizheng immediately corrected it.
In the autumn of one year, due to my physical condition, I could not work outside the school, so the class leader Cui Wenlin led the class to work in the field of the suburban school and successfully completed the task, which was well received by the leaders.
I fully affirmed the work achievements of the cadres, took responsibility for their mistakes, and helped the cadres to investigate the causes and point out ways to improve.
Therefore, the cadres have done an excellent and satisfactory job.
I was not in the class, but I knew everything about the situation in the class; I was not there in person, the class was in order, and the learning activities were normal and prominent, which the principal at the time, Zhao Guangchun, called "remote command".
In my opinion, this is as it should be.
Middle school students have a certain amount of self-control, and as a class teacher, they should make full use of this and guide them well to carry them forward.
In the class managed by this method, the teacher is not present, and the students taught in this way have high consciousness, rapid progress, and strengthened quality, and will participate in the construction of the four modernizations in the future.
Some people say that a soldier who does not want to be a marshal is not a good soldier, and I say that a teacher who does not train leading cadres is not necessarily a good engineer of the human soul.
This also has the advantage of saving teachers from being overworked and allowing them to spend more time on teaching and exploring.
And looking at students all day long, the spirit of diligence and responsibility is commendable, but compared with this, it is inevitably a step lower, and, in the long run, students will lose self-control, and gradually indifferent to consciousness and initiative, and there will inevitably be a phenomenon of "the old cat is not at home, and the mouse is in the house".
In short, as a class teacher, not only love their own work but also have superb management skills, which requires the class teacher to continue to explore and improve their skills.
Regarding the problem of chaotic shifts, I also have the experience of turning chaos into order.
The general class is easy to manage, and the chaotic class is not so easy.
This requires the head teacher not only to have the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties and daring to tackle key problems, but also to have good management skills. Leng Ding looks at it, it is very difficult to work in a disorderly manner, but it can be conquered after analyzing it.
This requires a lot of more work.
Such a class may be intricate, requiring the class teacher to have keen observation, deep analysis, accurate judgment, and excellent transformation ability.
In the face of a myriad of situations, it is necessary to distinguish between primary and secondary contradictions, and change them with a quick knife to restore the normal situation.
I once took over a chaotic class that was one of the largest in the whole school, and the students were divided into two major factions, and the contradictions were sharp, which made the class a miasma.
I think it's all about quelling the factional struggle and uniting the two sides.
The key is to solve the problem of the two factions.
The leaders of the two factions are Cui Wenlin and Wang Xichao.
After investigation, I feel that the most important of these two people is Cui Wenlin, who has charisma, can bear hardships and stand hard work, dare to act, and is a general if he is well guided; and if he is not well guided, he is a culprit.
I was determined to change him for the better.
I worked patiently and carefully with him, from the perspective of care and love, talked many times, helped him to see both his strengths and his weaknesses, and he completely woke up and became an advanced person as a squad leader.
At the same time, Wang Xichao's work was also done, the two reconciled, and the two factions were united.
I treat these two leaders equally, and they are reused, and everyone is very satisfied with their work, especially Cui Wenlin, who is quite good, no less than a teacher.
As a class teacher, you should also care for your students, be sincere to them, think about them everywhere, and try your best to help them solve problems.
At the same time, the students are educated in ideals and sentiments, and the code of conduct for middle school students is used to restrain them.
After hard work, everything in the class is normal, and the outstanding results are rated as an advanced collective, and I am also rated as an advanced worker.
I have a lot of experience in the work of the class teacher in the past 20 years, and I think this work is not simple, it is necessary to understand the students with reason, move them with affection, "bring them to justice", and give them virtue, and combine the four words of emotion, reason, law and morality well, cultivate their self-care ability, and make them qualified successors.
Teaching is an important responsibility of teachers and an important part of measuring the level of teachers. In the past 20 years of practice, I have embodied commonalities, developed individuality, and constantly explored new paths.
Lesson preparation is very important.
The Soviet pedagogical theorist Yesipov said: "The quality of teachers' lesson preparation is a prerequisite for successful teaching. ”
I take this very seriously.
I don't think that writing a lesson plan with a complete project and detailed content is to prepare the lesson, which is to some extent a superficial thing, I think the lesson plan should be written realistically, and the teacher cannot read the lesson according to the textbook.
Teachers should be familiar with the teaching materials, grasp the knowledge thoroughly, and write lesson plans according to the syllabus and the actual level of students.
It's a good idea to keep the lesson in mind.
A series of procedures and contents in teaching have a clear and complete image in the mind, so that they can be used freely and vividly when teaching.
I also attach great importance to the issue of board books.
It is necessary to carefully ponder and carefully design, so that it becomes the skeleton of the article, and can reflect the author's intentions, and also shows the dismal management of the designer. It should be general, typical, scientific, and artistic.
(Example: Illustration of the Drama Unit of SS Chinese Volume 4, omitted)
When imparting cultural knowledge, it is not only about teaching well to solve the problem of whether students can learn or not, but more importantly, to solve the problem that students can learn.
This is a very high requirement for teachers, and how to solve this problem has always been a problem for people to explore.
The teaching process is a bilateral activity of teaching and learning composed of teachers and students, so it is necessary to give full play to the leading role of teachers and the main role of students.
Teachers should give full play to the initiative of students' learning, because initiative is the internal motivation for learning, and teachers are the external motivation.
Teachers should guide students to think independently, analyze and judge on their own, and what they get is the real knowledge.
At the same time, it is also necessary to cultivate students' problem-solving skills, mainly to let them use their knowledge to practice operations, so that they can solve the problems that they can use.
In order to achieve this goal, teachers must have ten competencies in practice and use them to guide.
(1) Ability to agitate
Conduct ideological education for students and do a good job in agitating them. Let them think independently, stimulate their strong desire for knowledge and love for culture and science.
Take the initiative to speak in class, express their opinions, form arguments, cultivate the habit of consciously and actively, and make the classroom atmosphere lively.
(2) Ability to choose
Teaching methods are diverse and constantly evolving, and teachers must have the ability to choose teaching methods appropriately.
The method is wrong, the students are not interested, how can we talk about enthusiasm and initiative?
From the perspective of ancient and modern China and foreign countries, especially the current situation, the optimal and latest method is selected from the big concept of heuristic.
My practice proves that this works well.
(3) Creative ability
Break the convention, not stick to the old conventions, and boldly innovate.
According to the different content of the textbook and the receptivity of the students, the routine of taking the lesson as a unit is broken, and the combined teaching, such as "Scrooge" and "Pryushkin", has both commonality and individuality, and the effect of combined teaching is better.
The text is not divided into paragraphs, and the direct point of the theme is the focus, and the effect is good.
This kind of creative ability is very beneficial to the improvement of the quality of teaching.
(4) Evaluation ability
Evaluate students' learning, especially their answers to questions.
The advantages can be encouraged by them, and the shortcomings should be explained tactfully, so that they should understand the mistakes and the causes of the mistakes, but also not make them pessimistic and discouraged.
This requires teachers to have a high level of evaluation.
(5) Ability to guide
Guide students to learn creatively.
Inspire students not only to think about the scope and depth and breadth of the teacher's guidance, but also to use their brains to discover the truth, to study, to explore, to discover, and to create.
This can greatly stimulate students' interest and mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative.
When teaching the lesson "Party Member Registration Form", I guided the students correctly, and the effect was far beyond my imagination.
The main idea of my guidance: why take the "table" as a clue - what is the content on the "table" - what does it mean to have a "table" - what are the serious consequences of losing the "table" - what did Huang Shuying's mother and daughter do for the "table" - what spirit do they express......
That is to say, if the guidance is good, the effect will be great, and if the guidance is not good, the effect will be poor, which requires the teacher to have a high ability to guide, otherwise, everything will be just talk on paper.
(6) Enlightenment ability
More guidance and less explanation, inspire students to think positively, general questions can be analyzed and studied to get answers, focus on key points, and solve problems.
Even when solving questions, students are fully mobilized to answer them, and they cannot be replaced.
Don't rush to say the answer to the problem that the student really can't solve, and inspire the prompt again and again from the front, from the negative, from the side, etc., until the answer is said when the student is "energetic", so that the student suddenly opens up, as if bathed in timely rain.
Looking back and thinking, the aftertaste is endless, and I also understand where I didn't find the key.
(7) Application ability
The combination of learning and application, theory and practice, so that students can combine the knowledge they learn from books with practice, so as to apply what they have learned, and can double their interest.
After the lectures on "Pryushkin" and "Scrooge", I came up with two essay titles: "Teacher X.X. on the podium" and "Master Tang and the Water House".
I asked the students to use the skills of the two texts they learned to write, let them go to the field to observe, find people to investigate, collect materials, choose the theme, refine the theme, and then conceive the writing.
The interest of the students is strong, they go deep into life and write satisfying essays.
In order to combine book knowledge with practice, teachers must have the ability to apply and closely integrate perceptual knowledge with rational knowledge.
(8) Ability to express oneself
Teaching is mainly expressed through the language of the teacher in the classroom, which requires the teacher to have a strong ability to express and pay attention to the teaching style and language, so that it is subordinated to the teaching content, neither rigid nor frivolous, the language should be simply refined, avoid long-winded and boring, to be charming, humorous and humorous and deliberately pretentious to amuse students There is an essential difference.
(9) Organizational skills
In the classroom, teachers should give full play to their organizational skills, but they should not rely on abstract and empty preaching to forcibly control students' learning, but seek strategies and use a variety of learning methods to organize them unconsciously.
(10) Design ability
This mainly refers to the ability to design board books. A good teacher should, like a senior designer, design the board book well, be typical, general, scientific and artistic, and reflect the main spirit of the article and the intention of the teacher.
The above ten competencies are not used in isolation, but are interconnected, mutually supportive, and organically combined.
After 20 years of practice, we have come to the conclusion that if a teacher wants to do a good job in teaching, it is not easy overnight. It is necessary to ponder repeatedly, practice repeatedly, and constantly update, in order to lead teaching to the depth, reflect the common development of individuality, and achieve the ideal realm.
Another issue to talk about is re-creation.
At this stage, there are many shortcomings in high school Chinese textbooks, such as simple and abstract knowledge, lack of systematization, and especially lack of reflection in students' learning of the law.
This is especially true of teaching reference books, which are very detrimental to the teaching of teachers and the learning of students.
As a teacher, you have the responsibility to recreate knowledge.
I have been studying in the business for seven years, and I have completed my undergraduate studies and achieved good grades, which has created favorable conditions for me to organize my textbooks.
According to the needs of the high school syllabus and practical teaching and learning, I refer to relevant materials and use the brain as a machine to supplement the deficiencies of the teaching materials.
The students were very happy, and I sorted out all the things like modern Chinese, ancient Chinese, and logical knowledge.
All in all, 20 years of education and teaching practice have made me deeply feel the incomparable importance of education.
How strict she is with the staff on the education front.
In the future, in the long years of education and teaching, in addition to having a high sense of responsibility, the spirit of hard work and profound knowledge, we must also deliberately seek depth and unique style.
Of course, it's not for curiosity, it's not for showmanship.
For the great cause of the motherland, we should selflessly dedicate our life's energy.
